Some of the features still need some work -- Windows updates and AV for example.

Pros

It works well and is easy to use and understand.

Cons

The LogMeIn company, with it's pricing, decided to rape the very people who made them successful.

Easy of setting up different users for different computers, printing and transferring files.

Cons

Plan is either 25 computers or 100 computers no in between so I have to pay for a lot that I don't use.

EASY SET UP OF SOFTWARE ON LINE FOR OUR PROVIDERS TO DIAL IN TO HELP OUT WITH ANY ISSUES. OUR PM SYSTEM CAN DIAL IN ANYTIME ITS SET OPEN

Cons

WE LOOSE CONTACT AT TIMES DURING A SESSION BUT OVER ALL IT WORKS WELL. OCCASIONALLY WE NEED TO RE BOOT THE PROGRAM

Pros

LogMeIn offers many of the features necessary to remotely access and support end users. It has a small RAM and processor footprint and is compatible with Windows XP through Windows 10.

Cons

Comparatively very expensive for companies. Customer support is hit or miss. Some TeamViewer techs are very helpful. Others seem to care less about helping.

Pros

I use this product multiple times a week to remote login to work. It is extremely helpful to use this program to work from home and access work computers.

Cons

There are some features that I find difficult when using a Mac computer with this program as it does not allow you to use certain features such as the right click very easily.

Ideal for remote access, remote massive installation, execute backup commands. Perfect for those who have multiple clients that need IT support. You can squedule multiple task to run in one or multiple machines.

Cons

It is a great software, the only drawback is the price, it increases, at the same time you get more services.

Pros

You can access a person's computer whether it's a MAC or a PC. Allows the customer to deny or approve access to a person's computer before moving forward. Completely secure and trustworthy.

Cons

I have never had any issues with it. The service is straightforward and it does what it is supposed to do. Not one complaint.

Pros

Easy to navigate through the software and to link up with other desktops. Overall, I like LogMeIn but they need to make improvements for UX.

Cons

The pricing for the lack of improvements is a bit disappointing. I expect, with price increases here and there, for a software to continue to upgrade user experience. I don't see that happening here.

It has been mostly a frustrating experience. From lack of features on MacOS to abysmal performance of remote connections, if it wasn't the only option for centrally managing systems with individual user accounts - I'd be using something else.

Centralized access control over attached systems.

Cons

Poor performance and unreliable connections.

While I enjoy using this once I finally get in to my pc, I don't feel it's worth the aggravation to get there.

Pros

I like the ability to use this from home or anywhere. I have to access the server which I can not get from home.

Cons

Getting into the system is difficult to navigate through. It seems like to have 5 different logins to get there.

My personal experience was fine however our IT team was more involved in the maintenance then anything and I'm not sure they would have the comments.

Pros

It worked great for a short while but we ultimately moved to a different product. Granted I am not an IT specialist but it did help us connect or remote team members and allow our IT agents work on our systems from outside the office.

Cons

It needed a lot of adjusting and we were calling in IT requests more often than we do now using another tool to connect remotely. Some users had difficulty keeping connected without turning the function on and off all the time.

Pros

It makes it very easy to see if a computer of ours is offline and makes it easy to access the computers.

Cons

Sometimes we have glitches where it shows a computer as accessible but it won't connect, but this is usually solved by exiting out of the program and going back in.
