Its also great that a note section pops up with the call so I can remember where I left off with that client. Pros With a quick couple of steps I'm up and calling clients Cons So this is my fault I uploaded all contacts, and some of my contacts dont have a phone number & are email only. I wish the software would skip these contacts and only call the ones that have a phone number. Since it doesn't I'm having to delete those contacts I only have email for.
