Pros ZeroBounce is super easy to use, it's more affordable than competitors, and the quality is generally higher than others. The one time we needed customer support, they were actually very helpful. They have multiple features to their verification that others don't that allow us to be extra cautious if we want to really protect our sending authority. Cons There's really not much to not like. I do wish it was easier just to pay-as-you-go rather than buying bulk credits or subscribing. We have a lot of variability that makes it hard to commit to a subscription at the volume we need sometimes. I have only used the verification tool. It's always fast and reliable. Pros I've used other services that claimed all leads were verified, but they weren't. I usually have a 99-100% verified rate with them. Plus, the price is great. I use Instantly, which has its own 'verification' service, but it's not as reliable as Zerobounce. Cons I like everything. It's easy to upload lists, and processing is fast. If anything, my only 'complaint' is that I only want to download the email\_verified list, but I need to get a zip drive of all lists.
