Results come back quickly and the process is intuitive enough that anyone can pick it up. The experience was very easy when my company made the switch and since then everyone has been happier. Pros How fast our phase 1 results come in. Cut our project timeline by 2 days! It's also great that it can run a large amount of emails at once. We previously had to do it in batches with other programs. Cons I wish you could run phase 2 on a short list of emails. I ran 40 emails and 8 came back catch-all but phase 2 never happened so I was 100% sure if they were usable.
