Helped us to understand the software fully and walked us through anything we didn't understand. Kept our preventative maintenance on schedule and streamlined the way we do them. Work orders and corrective actions all sorted based on asset, issue or chronologically. Very simple, easy to use interface. Cons Any cons that I did have were all addressed in their latest iOS update so I no longer have any cons. The software is flexible and the team is open to our feedback. They are constantly improving the software. Cons Due to the limitations at our plant we can not have constant internet connection. The App is really designed to be connected to take full advantage of all its features, but the team has been responsive in remedying the issues we have experienced.
