Pros: ease of use - fast speed of response from support staff - speed of accessing data as well for that matter! Set up was a breeze and maintenance is minimal. These guys definitely compete well with the big players whom we would have had to spend to get access to.

Overall: not too many bells and whistles just yet but it fits our needs exactly... there wasn't too much to not like as we only needed this for a specific purpose
