This was our first case management system in the firm and made the change over very seamless. All training received initially was superb and ongoing training keeps us up to date with new features in Thread. Also the online support we receive when needed is very efficient and effective to deal with any issues which may arise. Pros Thread is very user friendly. Well laid out and easy to navigate. Cons The email section of Thread needs to be updated. When importing a sent email from Outlook the email goes into the Inbox section in Thread rather than the Sent items section. This makes it difficult to find a sent email amongst the incoming emails.
