Pros easy to set up and scale. easy to use and effective at matter management and client management. potential for additional functionality. Cons some aspects are more complicated than necessary, for example setting up new matters for existing clients. the one suggestion i have is, the service seems to have been created with litigation and certain other specific areas of law in mind, wherewas i dont know why that is necessary - the service is flexible enough that we can name fields as we like, and that is very useful, but not all law firms do the specific types of laws that you have built into the initial core. so my recommendation would be to make it more agnostic and let the law firms define what the legal fields are. The ease of retrieving information, and adding files, etc makes it worthwhile. It's also very refreshing to know if you have an issue, the response time is so quick and the guys that call are lovely. Pros The speed of response if we have any issues. The fact you can also 'personalise' your own Thread screen to suit your own purposes is great. Cons The Billing and Costing area is very hard to use properly - it's just not simple enough for us.
