Soft4RealEstate has strong financial reporting capabilities and was flexible to accommodate various different categories of Lease and property in a single solution, the extensibility options when viewed with the potential of leveraging the wider Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities are excellent.

Pros

Property management systems often have less impressive financial management, as they primarily built to answer the minimum financial requirements, often integrating with another Financial Ledgers solution. Soft4RealEstate is built on top of Microsoft's cloud ERP solution Dynamics 365 Business Central, giving it the best of both worlds.

Cons

Soft4RealEstate tenant portal provides basic self service capabilities to tenants, and is straight forward to use, but could be more visually appealing and extended with lots of additional capabilities. I expect we will see this evolve over time to be more feature rich and offer an enhanced tenant experience.

Pros

Enough intuitive interface, a lot of possibilities to filter, sort, group, export and so on. Good relation with Excel, helps a lot for common tasks for standard user. Very native enviroment for Windows users, low entry cost for learning. Due some efforts almost unlimited functionality.

Cons

In real business solution must be modified and these modifications usually are not fool's protected. Users can do untested tips and tricks and catch them is hudge time and a lot of efforts requiring testing. Not enought BI out of box.

Pros

The software is made on Navision which is by my opinion is most flexible accounting software. It was principal argument why the software was chosen.

Cons

It is some dificulties to review allocation of utilities expenses to tenants, when different level submeters is allocated to tenats.

Soft4RealEstate runs on Microsoft Dynamics NAV so not only are you getting a robust back end for powerful financials, the interface works like MS Office, too. Easy to use and intuitive, Soft4 has a great tenant map so you can quickly see what units are available and drill down easily into many many layers of data. CAM reconciliation has never been easier with automatically generated invoices and a tenant portal for your clients to view communications quickly and easily.

This is a great solution for real estate management, real estate administration and real estate rental sales business. The best of it is that it brings together property management and accounting with financials, budgeting and forecasting, property and ownership tracking for a natural. Great functionality, easy to work with!

Solution with great potential. Especially when you use Dynamics NAV & Soft4RealEstate from front to back in your business. Super easy to get full overview about your business.
