My experience with the Smile.io app has been smooth and seamless. It seems well-designed and intuitive. It's a great way to add value for customers and increase engagement with my business.

Pros

It was very easy to set up and integrated well with my website. Customers were earning and redeeming rewards right away. The admin is easy to navigate and understand.

Cons

There are several ways for customers to earn rewards, but I would like to add custom options specific to my website. Perhaps that is possible, but not on my plan.

Overall I am very happy with the user experience and the setup process. We have been using them for over five years and it has been a great situation. They have excellent customer support too.

Pros

The seamless integration with Shopify makes it easy to work with customers in-store and online for a good customer experience.

Cons

The cost is high but it is understandable. I do wish the rewards were some kind of UPC code or a way to make the interface easier.

Overall, they've been great! I'm grateful for the customer service team as well because they have been quick to respond.

Pros

Everything feels so easy to make updates, which I am so grateful for! It's user-friendly so our team can go in and make changes as needed.

Cons

I've found that Smile will make changes to their program often without warning. We've experienced issues when updates were made to our POS system, and it took us off guard.

Great! I'm a very satisfied customer. The customer support is great, the features are great. It's all very good.

Pros

I really like this product, it's easy to set up and easy to use, for myself as a store owner and for my customers as well. If I ever need support, they are there for me. I've been with them for years and I'm not planning to change.

Can't think of anything.. I'm really very satisfied. It's a very good company and I'm satisfied. I don't know of any cons.

In one word, excellent! We probably haven't used the full potential of Smile, but just what we have been able to do has increased our customer loyalty and built lifetime value for many of our customers. It's been a very succesful part of our offering to customers and increased our brands legitimacy and authority.

Pros

Smile was very easy to set up and adjust for each of our 3 brand websites. We were able to offer a simple rewards program within minutes. And we are able to easily adjust the program when we are running promotions.

Cons

Can't think of anything too negative. They have been adding features over the 5+ years we've been using the app that have addressed any concerns we had.

Our experience with this platform has been very positive overall. The Customer Support team is responsive, helpful, and always available to assist whenever needed, making the onboarding and daily operations smooth.

Pros

The system is easy to use, allowing our team to manage tasks efficiently with a smooth learning curve. The Gift Cards and Review Feedback features help attract customers and improve satisfaction, while the Campaign Marketing tools support targeted promotions. Overall, the platform effectively supports business growth and operational efficiency.

Love it and would definitely recommend as a loyalty platform for all users. Integration is smooth and customer support is great.

Pros

The tiers for our loyalty program seem to resonate really well with customers. We also find that customers who use Smile tend to convert twice as much as normal repeating customers. The program is great

Cons

I would love to see a little more investment in the multicurrency program - currently it is limited to percentage off and in a multicurrency store it is harmful

It helps me build customer loyalty and bring people back to my store. I can easily reward repeat customers and referrals, which has helped increase engagement and sales without needing to constantly run discounts. And, my customers LOVE it! It's a win/win!

Pros

It’s easy to use and does exactly what I need. I love how it connects with Shopify and makes rewarding repeat customers simple. It’s helped keep people coming back to my shop without me having to do a ton of extra work.

Cons

I just wish there were more design options without paying for the higher plan, but overall it’s been great for my business.

It has been a fabulous experience so far. The team was extremely helpful in the set up process as I did have a few snags setting it up. But customer service handled it quickly. I do wish I could offer more points automatically like for reviews and UGC but that doesn't seem to be a feature quite yet. Hopefully soon.

Pros

So far everything works well. My customers are earning points for purchases and able to use them on future purchases. It helps the customer feel appreciated for their support.

Cons

The only real complaint I have is that the set up process was a bit difficult and I had to reach out to customer service a few times for help. However, they were quick to respond and fixed everything.

Overall, Smile.io is a very good app with great support and strong features for building customer loyalty. It works well, but it can get expensive depending on your needs.

Pros

Customer service is amazing and very responsive. The product is one of the best in the loyalty space and it’s easy to use, customize, and manage for customers.

Cons

The main downside is the pricing. As your store grows and you need more features, the cost increases quickly and can become expensive for smaller businesses.
