We've been using Zoho Projects for several years and have had a good experience with interface and scalability. Several other options were investigated however we have not found a more suitable option.

Pros

Flexibility in creating plans and rich data availability. We have added several fields to the setup and use these with their API to create monthly reports

Cons

We've found editing project plans after they've been posted to be challenging. As with many project planning packages having too many dependencies creates challenges for managing updates.
