Been working with them fore 2-3 years, talked to customer support and they refer to their refund policy. Pros With rare exception, this software can do just about anything without requiring knowledge of CSS to get a WordPress site to look and work like any high-end website. If there is better software out there, I haven't seen it. Cons gets high marks in all categories except support. It's 3/5 or "OK," but I have had one particular problem with it that others have and they act dismissive of it. The truth is that I'm not sure if we all have the same issue because it's not caused by Elementor or not, but they haven't been aggressive about fixing it.
