Pros

Working with Yelofsoft has been a great experience. Their platform offers a wide range of functionalities that adapt well to different transport solutions. What truly sets them apart is their commitment to continuous improvement—they consistently work to tailor the system to our specific needs, even across time zones and languages. Highly recommended.

Cons

One challenge we've faced is coordinating across different time zones between India and Peru, which sometimes leads to minor delays in communication. However, the Yelofsoft team is always proactive in resolving any issues, and they’re continually working on improving their responsiveness. Overall, it hasn’t been a major barrier.

Dear Yelowsoft Team, I hope this message finds you well. We appreciate your continuous collaboration and the support you have extended to us throughout the development and maintenance of our taxi platform. As requested, we would like to provide a comprehensive feedback summary based on our experience using your system over the past months, particularly in relation to the recurring issues we’ve reported via the ticketing system. While we recognize the efforts your team has put into resolving many of the raised issues, it is equally important to express the challenges we continue to face that directly affect the reliability, performance, and overall operational efficiency of the system for both our drivers and users. Key Areas of Concern System Reliability and Core Functionality Multiple cases were reported where online drivers did not receive ride requests, despite being within the set radius and clearly shown on the passenger app. This directly impacts our ability to provide timely service. Critical failures in trip status tracking (e.g., drivers being marked as "on trip" when idle, or being unable to end a ride) have created significant operational setbacks and user dissatisfaction. Wallet payment inconsistencies, including double charges, non-crediting to drivers, and system lock-ups during payment, have caused mistrust among users and additional burden on our support team. Mapping, Routing, and Location Accuracy Inaccuracies in current location pinning, destination time estimations, and fixed routes on the driver's app have negatively affected user experience and route efficiency. Issues with map services (especially for iOS users) and inability to switch navigation providers have been persistent. Street pick-up functionality and metering errors continue to hinder driver income tracking and app functionality. Reporting, Data Export, and Admin Portal Export functionalities across various tabs (Driver Logs, Reports, Cancellations, Transactions, etc.) have frequently been broken, incomplete, or inconsistent. Driver logs and online/offline time data have often displayed illogical or missing values, making accurate performance tracking and payroll management nearly impossible. Essential features like filtering by driver, custom range exports, or downloading large datasets are either missing or malfunctioning. Incentive, Promo Code, and Subscription Issues Promo codes often expire incorrectly, do not apply automatically when a driver is found manually, or are lost due to system errors. Incentives were not credited correctly, expired prematurely, or could not be excluded from certain ride types like street pick-ups. Drivers were found to be able to bypass subscription limits even after expiry, undermining our policy enforcement and administrative control. Payment and Referral Systems Staff members reported disappearing permissions in the admin panel, leading to recurring issues in executing top-up and withdrawal functions. Drivers and users were unable to receive rewards or track referrals accurately, reducing the effectiveness of our referral campaigns. Mobile Application Stability There have been many occasions where users were only able to resolve technical issues by deleting and reinstalling the app. This should not be the default troubleshooting method. Post-update bugs that disabled app access or caused key functions to fail were observed on both iOS and Android platforms, with Android users facing more frequent issues. Closing Remarks While many of the tickets submitted have been marked as “Resolved” or “Closed,” we must emphasize that in several instances, the underlying problems persist or reappear under different scenarios. In many cases, fixes have been partial, delayed, or device-specific. We urge Yelowsoft to approach these matters with greater urgency and a focus on long-term solutions. The volume and repetition of issues indicate a need for a broader structural review of the system’s stability, consistency, and logic. We value our partnership and expect a higher level of reliability and responsiveness from a service provider of your caliber. A stable, user-friendly, and technically sound system is vital not just for our business operations, but also for maintaining trust with our customers and drivers. We look forward to your commitment in addressing these concerns systematically and permanently. One of the strongest aspects of Yelowsoft is the breadth and structure of its platform—it provides a comprehensive system that covers the core operational needs of a taxi company, from driver and user apps to an admin portal, payment system, and reporting tools. The level of customization and control that is available, especially through the backend portal, has been very useful in tailoring the system to fit our internal workflows and business model. Another positive point is the responsiveness of your support team, especially when urgent tickets are escalated. We've appreciated the team's willingness to engage, communicate directly, and follow up on technical issues when flagged. Some complex functionalities such as promo management, incentives, driver activation, and street pickup logic have shown that the system has strong potential when everything is working as intended. We also value the flexibility in feature development and the openness to new ideas we’ve proposed throughout our partnership.

Cons

What we found most challenging with Yelowsoft was the recurring instability of the system and the inconsistency in resolving critical issues. Many core features—such as ride allocation, payment processing, driver visibility, app reliability, and reporting—have either malfunctioned or performed unpredictably at various points. These are not minor bugs, but essential functions for a live, operational taxi business, and their failure causes disruptions to customers, drivers, and our internal staff. Additionally, the pace of resolving certain issues has often been slow or incomplete. In several cases, a problem would be marked as "Resolved" while the issue either persisted or resurfaced in another form shortly after. This has led to a growing mistrust among drivers and users, and added operational pressure on our team. Lastly, we feel that communication on unresolved or pending issues could be more proactive and transparent. It would help greatly if your team provided more regular updates, realistic timelines, and confirmations when fixes are live across all platforms and devices.

We have been using the taxi software for a year now, and the team has always implemented the changes we requested on time. They consistently work with a customer-oriented approach, and we are very satisfied because of that. Yelowsoft has significantly improved our dispatch and fleet management operations. We can easily track rides, manage drivers, and ensure timely pickups. The platform is reliable and cloud-based, which helps in accessing data from anywhere. There’s still room for improvement, especially in reporting and mobile app stability, but overall it’s a great solution for transportation companies.

Pros

The user interface is clean and easy to navigate. Real-time driver tracking and automated dispatching save a lot of operational time. Their support team is also responsive and helpful.

Cons

The driver mobile app goes offline after a certain hour, which causes issues. Additionally, it would have been better if there was a dedicated website interface for partners and institutions working within the system. The analytics dashboard could also offer more customizable reporting features.
