Comments: This system designed specifically for asset managers is extremely well thought out. It is comprehensive, flexible and convenient; it does pretty much anything and everything a money manager could want to do. Perhaps the most powerful advantage of Advantage is Protrak's customer service. Protrak's extremely capable staff invariably handle calls quickly, competently, helpfully, and politely. Perhaps best of all, related to this client-focused attitude is Protrak's unusual degree of non-defensiveness and openness to suggestions from users. Protrak considers all such suggestions, vets them with other users, and integrates the best of them into subsequent releases. This assures users of a constantly evolving and improving system.

Comments: I was one of the Managing Directors at Robeco-Sage responsible for acquiring ProTrak. At the time, we look at several systems. We were very pleased with ProTrak. We had all contacts in one place and many types of managerial reports available. It also allowed me to follow projects and cooperation within the team and other support staff. The system was clean and friendly to use.

When I started my own business 4 years ago, I acquired ProTrak again. I am still using it today.
