Cons

The new version of the help desk has been difficult to get use to, as the interface on the previous version was so simple and easy to find everything.

We had been using the free version for several year, and quite frankly, under-utilized it. Our growth lead me to explore various, more robust solutions, and as it turns out - Zoho Desk's premium version gave us what we needed.

Pros

Cost and ease of getting set up. Support personnel always helpful.

Cons

Due to the power of the product, it's a bit complicated to do advanced configuration. There are features that we'd never consider using, so they clutter things up. Configuring the portal not as flexible as I'd like (unless you're a power programmer). Still good - but could be better

It was amazing, by using my pc i used to log in eveyday morning at 10 am to log out at 7pm , we use this application for marking attendences n our leave holidays paid leave unpaid leave, salary slip also we can get from this application

general tracking is good and customization capabilities are moderate. Cost for smaller businesses isn't a good value.

Pros

Ability setup agents, customer companies and several contacts within customer contacts. Numerous settings for tracking tickets like vehicle of initiating ticket, additional classifications within product line.

Cons

Reporting could be expanded on free to evaluate. full software isn't cost effective for small companies. Would like to see what options beyond general ticketing. for example, fixed, bug, future development options to move tickets into.

Its really good to see that not all the we need to login to Zoho Portal when we have an app. All the basic needs can be fulfilled with the app.

Cons

Not all the features available in the Desktop version are available in App. Say for instance, Ticket Closure Intimation button is missing in App version of Zoho.

Pros

I like the agent customization, branding, response-time tracking, quality metrics, automations, custom integration capability, and email/ticket integration. LOVE the Knowledge Base and Customer Portal (though I prefer the community on Zoho Connect and also LOOOVEE their "Manuals" (their version of a knowledge base) and wish there was more direct integration features available for use between Zoho Desk and Zoho COnnect though I think by providing a link on my Desk portal I've hopefully accomplished it enough

Cons

a little confusing to set-up and get the right answers/support for. It would be great if their support and sales agents were more clearly/easily accessible over the phone. I also prefer the Community environment on Zoho Connect to the Community offered via the Customer Portal of Zoho Desk

The overall features of Zoho is very impressive. For beginners it is very user friendly.

Pros

User-friendly interface of Zoho. Any beginner can easily access it to feed data. It reduces lot of working hours. My manager is now more pro and i get easy readable reports from zoho.

Cons

Pricing is little high. For start-ups there should be special package to suite the pocket.

Pros

Zoho desk provides effective features that are enough capable to look into my environment to find basic issues that are making troubles in my ongoing projects. The support channels that it provides are making my working great and also quite effective. The customer support system of this platform is responsive and gives me the solutions to all my queries in just few seconds.

Cons

Most recently, we have had an issue with messages failing to send, and Zoho's customer support has, unfortunately, not been as helpful as we would have hoped with this situation.

Zoho Desk costs less than other help desk software we used. It is effective enough to get the job done that we ended up staying with this as our primary help desk.

Cons

It's frustrating when messages go into spam that are not spam. This caused delays responding to important clients. We had to develop the habit of checking spam every day. I would like to see the spam filter improved.

Pros

All the features at a very affordable cost. Value for Money in comparison to rivals. The workflow features and macros are appealing. The mobile app appears to be well-designed as well.

Cons

So yet, we have found nothing regarding Zoho Desk that we did not enjoy. It's doing great so far, and we'll absolutely apply for a license because it's essential for our business.

If you take the time to work with Zoho Desk, it's a very capable software to handle incoming customer emails as tickets and give a great customer service. You just have to invest more time than with other solutions in the beginning to get started.

Pros

Zoho Desk is a very capable ticketing system, allowing you to set up automatic assignment rules, create escalation scenarios, prioritise customers based on SLA etc.

Cons

At the beginning it can be very overwhelming to use Zoho Desk. It's not really geared towards smaller businesses. Therefore if you have only 1 department, it can seem a bit like an overkill with the amount of features Zoho Desk has.
