It's feature rich, there are so many options that make Zoho Desk a complete service. It's a good surprise to see a new service offering so many features. The interface is sometimes confuse. But this is not a real con, I think that a little redesign will put Zoho Desk on top of his competitors in terms of design.

Overall, can't imagine using a different software in replacement of Zoho Desk. It gives everything I need for work.

Pros

Zoho Desk is so simple. It has so much to it, but the layout is easy enough that I think anyone could figure it out. Able to be understood very well.

Cons

I would appreciate if Desk allowed for users to be able to customize more. Most of the customization options are only available for Admins. Having options available for users as well would be helpful.

You can customize anything you would like to match your platform's needs .It follows all relevant customer behavior ,prior to interactions , and it helps us anticipate their needs better .Regular tasks can also be automated ,freeing you up .

Cons

There is a lot of terminology you have to learn before you can properly implement the program . Unless it is another Zoho product ,there isn't much room to integrate with a third party software .

We have been able configure it very easily and use it right away. It has many features that has made our process more efficient.

Cons

There are still some features that could be implemented and that should make the app better. More customization on which fields and how to showthem everywhere, being able to change system fields and having a subtiket system.

Zoho Desk is an easy to use tool for maintaining bugs and customer requirements. Zoho Desk can be used to log any kind of work may it be a software ticketing system, call center tickets, helpdesk support tickets, surveys, feedbacks etc. It shows all pending task and to do lists in a single page,

Cons

I didn't find any difficulty using the ZOHO desk software. If you don;t wan to mess with thousands of tickets do update your tasks regularly.

It is so easy to start, with a basic free setup and upgrade as your company grows or develops the need for more features. The actualization makes your life easy if you have more programs to complement your job, because is all in one

Cons

there is not exist an on-site version for those people that distrust the cloud and safe the information there and it is not dedicated asset management features and so many user did not like it

The user onboarding part is good. It is truly context aware with the COUNTDOWN MODES. The Reports & dashboards add value to the product. Specially, the auto suggestions that pops up when we reply to our customers is a very intelligent touch. I personally like the Agent Clash feature. It helps a lot, so that we are not clashing to view and work on tickets. Though not using all the features, we are exploring it day by day. Loving it so far, I'd certainly recommend for users who need a good customer support tool. Ssssssh!!! Didn't I said anything about the "Light Agent" feature. It is free and you can add unlimited agents. This is for agents who just want to read tickets and update their comments there. Try it out folks, and you will love it too. I'm exploring the ROUND ROBIN feature now. It would have been nicer if Zoho Desk would have added SHIFT/REGIONAL based ticket assignment between agents. Hope the team will consider this in the future phases. Special mentions to the keyboard shortcuts. They are cool. I'm looking forward for a much more compact view in the places where the product has some white unused space. Also, some cool colours as themes would be a great addition.

Zoho Desk is a great SaaS tool that we using to get requests from our clients. The best thing is; it is very easy to manage tickets by automation rules so agents can see their tickets in their system automatically. We have Zoho CRM also so it adds a great value that we can integrate CRM to Desk.

Pros

Easy to use, no training needed. We are able to manage all our client tickets with the help of zoho desk. There is no missing request anymore.

Cons

It would be easier if we can start tickets by our agents. Sometimes it is a necessity to create a ticket on behalf of the client but it is not possible right now.

We are using a trial and our customer feedback is great so far. We are testing and setting up some features but we recommend for any bussines already.

Pros

Looks great a clean image for any business A lot of options even inthe basics plans A familiy of products to grow.

Cons

Integration with Zoho Invoice is not availlable yet (as far as i know), but i hope in the future is possible

Cons

I wish zoho desk had RMA tracker. I know it's not built for RMA but if zoho could provide add-on for RMA, we definitely would use it.

Wonderful UI & UX Ease of Use & Convenience Any Non-IT Person can also configure and setup the entire tool Super Easy and can go live in 2-3 hours with all the modules I love the way everything is integrated including 8 Channels for Creating Tickets Integration with IP Telephony SMS Integration Automation & Supervisor Tool I past 10 years I have evaluated and worked over all the famous Ticket Management tool but there is one or the other thing is missing but ZOHO Desk is something which has everything. You dream and ask for it and it has it. Wonderful and Quick Email Support. Ready to help anytime.

Cons

Little Expensive. It charges per user per month basis. If you want to implement it in entire organization of sales/support & service staff of 300 for 1-to-1 client management relationship it becomes little expensive. Rest is Best.

Pros

Zoho makes some great products and this is one of them! This tool is a great resource for helping support our customers as well as maintaining our brand. It is a simple dashboard for managing customer questions and concerns. It is a perfect resource for a small business

Cons

The only complaint we have is that we wish Zoho had their applications more simplified and integrated. We use the CRM and the Desk Application and wish there was more overlap.

We have successfully launched a client's service desk ticketing system utilizing Zoho desk and the client has been quite pleased.

Pros

Zoho desk is very easy to set up and start using. I love the ability to manage your customer service inquiries as well as the ability to give your customers their own portal. Customers can keep up to date with any tickets they have submitted and techs can be notified instantly of customer inquiries.

Cons

If you do happen to run into any issues, the documentation can be a little bit hard to come by. But for the most part everything is intuitive and set up is a snap.
