Pros

The interface is user-friendly and accessible. Everything you need is in one place and the integration with other third-party software.

Cons

The App Creator module is the most important in my opinion, however it is not easy to set it up without expert knowledge.

Pros

It's mostly easy to use and the app integration is nice. We have been using it for a few weeks now and are enjoying it so far. We came from Zendesk and it's very comparable.

Cons

There needs to be a simpler automation setup. We get a lot of tickets for the exact same thing several times a day. I need to be able to send out a clear concise response by clicking a dropdown and a button, not having to re-type or copy and paste the same message 30+ times.

The best, my customer care and helpline is now officially always on.

Pros

The ticket board, its making the urgency in my team to get things done, the help center has all the information that my customers require and the best part is how they like the customization part. this is simply world class.

Cons

I would've really loved more integrations other than Zoho integrations. Because i use tools like HubSpot and Intercom so I would've loved to get more flexibility in that.

Pros

the ammount of applications and functionality it has, it makes it very easy to delpoy and any level of user can do it

Cons

not enough support for when i can not find something, there have been certain features that i see are available but need to be activated and when i can not find where to go to activate it then it is very hard to get help to find where i need to go, so there has been a lot of wasted time looking for resources that are not there

It does not have a minimum remote tool incorporated (like ZOHO Assist). At least if we would have Zoho Assist with a better quality and faster but for now is pretty much unusable.

Pros

After using Zoho products for years now, I'm forced to start looking for alternatives due to reliability issues and limitations in features. Customer service is also slow, vague and doesn't resolve issues.

Cons

Downtime, emails not being sent or received. After being told for 3 years that zoho would fix the reliability issues we are still not seeing any results. Downtime several times per month and email messages not being sent, or received.

We don't respond from the software to customers as the formats don't match our templates but it looks like that is coming on a feature list

Pros

We like the options to enter a knowledge base as we see this will help us internally and opening it to our customer base for reference. The dashboard, added perhaps a year ago is a great quick view on the overall status without having to order reports

Pros

Mail integration and Bugs Integration, Multiple departments, all at once! We are still exploring more features on this. I have been using zendesk earlier but found this to be more intuitive and easy to manage. Integration with other zoho products like CRM and Bugs is the best feature!

Cons

UI is bit complex for newcomers, i hope Zoho works on this soon! We had hickuups figuring out where is what but i think we are good to go now.

The biggest benefit is having a reliable software that can handle multiple areas of my business, and have the feel of a company intranet. This helps to keep my employees engaged! :)

Pros

I love the ease of use while still maintaining a number of great functions. I also love the ability to customize and make it feel like our own company software.

Cons

What I like the least, is the login page for email. If I was to make any changes I would like the ability to use a custom login page for company employees. The current Zoho email login page is a bit too busy.

We are very satisfied with the Zoho desk tool. It has saved our lot of time to track daily issues. Our efficiency has certainly been increased due to this tool. Thank you, Zoho.

Cons

No on-site version for those who distrust the cloud. No dedicated asset management features. Needs update always you change any feature.

Better overview of running issues at customers, emails that are being read by colleagues, and forgotten to set to unread are no longer an issue.

Pros

The best part about this software is that it is easily integrated into different systems, set it up with your own branding, etc. Functions of the free version are practically enough for daily use.

Cons

When you want to generate reports on deeper levels, you quickly run into issues with the free version. Luckily they offer a professional version, only disadvantage is that you have to pay per agent.

It has all the new fancy screens the look smooth. It is a solid option if you are running a small support department on a budget. There are affordable options the do give you the full operations to run a support operation.

Cons

It comes with a high learning curve. It isn't as intrinsic as more developed products. Also does not have the workflows and options you get accustomed to with more developed ticket management systems.

Pros

Zoho Desk is easy to get started with. It's easy to set up and you can be up and running in a matter of minutes. It has a lot of advanced features that help you in running your help desk in an efficient manner.

Cons

Information on setting up the system to implement some of the complex requirements is hard to find. Would have liked 24/7 support.

Much much easier way of managing issues as they come in. Using my inbox was impossible!

Pros

Very easy to use with lots of functionality. Staff have always been extremely helpful if there has been an issue (very rare). Overall i'd highly recommend it.

Cons

Can be slow sometimes in receiving emails through. Not be a huge amount just 5 minutes or so which is annoying sometimes.

The ticketing system is great and we are benefiting from it.

Pros

The integration with our CRM (Zoho CRM) is paramount in helping the productivity of our team members. No other help desk software offers such a seamless integration.

Cons

More social media accounts should be added. Apart from that, we do not have anything we do not like. We have bee using it for a couple of months. There are some outstanding questions around task templates, but everything has been working as designed.
