Pros

The tag feature is very helpfull in finding typical needs, bugs or product related interests. The same with the knowledgebase.

Cons

The integration to other Zoho products could be easier as well as It´s a bit pricy as an add on to the already existing Zoho CRM premium plan we are using.

Pros

Easy configuration. Remote attendance is certainly key to choosing Desk. Price much lower than its competitors and with more functions. Cool and understandable interface. Speed Integration with office 365 on smtp server. Great user portal for your ticket view of the entire customer organization.

Cons

Translation to Spanish very poor. There is no unified view of all departments. App in smarphone, missing functions like add agent time. Notification of new cases, by default there is no notification by mail

Some softwares really play important roll to make our work easy and Zoho Desk is one of them. It is simple and it has great features like help desk, nice ticket generation Etc.

Cons

There is not much to say about it here. However, previously generated tickets need some more features.

Pros

Nice GUI, which makes it fun to work with. Still beeing in the beginning to understand the concepts. We are comming from OTRS. We are just using the Email-Tickets for our support by redirecting our support-email to a special. I like the concept of the knowledge base - you create Article you can reference in your ticket answers. And those article become content for you SEO activities.

Cons

We had an error - while trying to save new articles. But it seems - that the support / programming team is working on it.

A complete and comprehensive support desk with all the bells and whistles.

Pros

It's easy and extremely user friendly and offers a unique white lable feature, even for the free option.

Cons

The only issue I can see, is the SSL certificate addition required when whitelabling the software to your own domain.

There as so many features which are good in Zoho desk but i like most Snippets this is very useful and user friendly.

Pros

For the most part this has every module that I could ever possibly want. Instead of having to try to connect out to a large # of different apps I can stay within the Zoho sphere and know that each application will communicate with the other.

Cons

I would like to see more functionality available in the realm of the API as it seems that the format of sending data is a little strange at times (I am more used to sending information in the payload of a request versus the method of making it part of the URL string)

Pros

It's fast, reliable and flexible. Very easy to setup and deploy, the administration is friendly and the API is great for our own developments.

Cons

The only thing that i didn't like was the inability to set more than one agent to one account. If that feature is set, it would be perfect.

Doesn't have wordpress plugin. This makes it difficult to integrate will only be a link to send person out of your site to Knowledge base.

Cons

For our upper level management team that is already so busy this is seems like a great app however it was timely to set up and understand and most of our management didnt end up using it.

Pros

My company has been using Zoho Books for 3 years. In order to create a better work flow and less double entries, Zoho apps just seems to be the way to go.

Cons

Nothing so far. The interface is clean and straight forward, which was a big issue with other app i have looked at. A clean interface makes you day less busy.

The ease of use, smoothness of operation, ability for customers to login to their own portal, ability to set different ticket types, snippets, and forwarding emails as tickets

Cons

Retaining original sender email in forwarded emails (as tickets) works inconsistently across different email clients and operating systems.

Open issue view is nice, as is integration with zoho accounts. We are able to assign cases to appropriate individuals and manage accordingly.

Cons

Would like to see more custom capabilities in schema for the tickets/issues. Would also like to change some defaults, such as channel.

Integrates with Zoho CRM which is an inexpensive CRM so we can track accounts from lead to potential and then track inbound questions or cases.

Cons

Ease of setup is not intuitive. I am not sure how many accounts I have to purchase on Zoho Desk as I just want 4 or 5 so testing.

Pros

Easy to start with a basic free setup and upgrade as your company grows or develops the need for more features.

Cons

It's a little bit limited and I may outgrow it eventually. But without it I wouldn't even get started. No on-site version for those who distrust the cloud. No dedicated asset management features.

Work flows are amazing here. Makes managing tickets so much easier as so much is dealt with automatically. Tickets transition faster and dealt with quicker as the flow is just spot on.

Cons

It's a little over cluttered. There is just so much on the screen at any time. A lot of options can be consolidated or hidden.

Takes a whole to get familiar with the views and features of the system. Wish there was chat support built into Zoho Desk so we can get started with ease.
