Combined 4 systems into one platform. Website, visitor tracking, customer communication, CRM for sales reps - everyone gets access to the same data instead of using separate systems and exporting reports every month.

Pros

Great at capturing data from customers so that you may have the information you need to make better decisions and provide better support.

Cons

I was sold on Zoho because of the integrations between the several Zoho applications, but I've seen that it has some difficulty in making it all work seamlessly.

You can not customise the same. We have some our needs for inside Organisation needs for tasks and tickets which are not usable.

Cons

Gets kind of confusing when configuring advanced features. I find it hard to get back to where i once was. I did not find much to complain about. It is an awesome tool.

I think the transfer settings can have a little more of customization and what not and it should say that there are being transferred.

Pros

It seamlessly works along side our Zoho CRM system and pops up record details when dealing with tickets.

Cons

Can sometimes over complicate functions with its interface and can have a bit of dark look aesthetically.

Very easy to navigate and configure for a non-technical administrator. The software is also very intuitive. The product allows you to grow with the demands of your business. Especially nice for a start up that just needs a place to start but can expand without having to start over with another CRM

We signed up for Zoho desk as we have been using Zoho CRM and found the integration between CRM and Help desk very useful. We have been tracking our tech support tickets through Desk.

Pros

Zoho desk is a good product and is affordable compared to other similar products in the market. They have good apps for integration into other products.

Cons

The customer support is not up to the mark, they need to improve their customer support a lot. The user interface is sometimes confusing and not exactly intuitive.

A little tough to find all the features, but once you find them, they are awesome. Hard to figure out how to add a user. Tasks feature could be more robust.
