Monitoring Helpdesk Calls

Pros

The software allows the staff to keep on top off all there work with a managerial aspect. The monitoring allow staff to keep within there KPI and we can maintain our stats. No really much more to say just puting this down to make up the number of word required to fill in the Box.

Cons

No really any bad point that have seen at the moment so it does what its suppose so as a company we are more than happy with the product so far

We need a help desk solution that works with other software we use. Since Zoho has great project management as well, we're able to use both of these together.

Pros

We were looking for a solution that would integrate with our other processes. Zoho makes that easy. We use the whole suite of Zoho products and the integration works really well.

Cons

The navigation took a little bit to get used to, but it's second nature now. But really, I'm nit-picking. We've been happy with Desk so far.

Pros

Reporting and the notification system. Can see the pending and closed issues perfectly sorted out. Can handle the support calls easily

Cons

Chat which is not user friendly. The chatting is only on issue based. Unable to see the contacts to perform the chat.

Cons

Customer service is very slow and not knowledgeable of the system. It is quite for the CSR to understand.

App Subscription is expensive on a monthly rate. Discounts only at Annual. Delays in Unassigned Tickets.

Pros

So Zoho desk really helps me organize and get feed back on customer specific tasks. I own a virtual assistant, web design, and online marketing compnay. This way we can create tasks, support, tickes, and track progress on any given project. It's just really simply, plus, it automitacally gets feed back when we close a case so it's easy to stay on top of successes as well as issues.

Cons

I don't really have any, for me it fits all my needs.

Easier to handle support, and cut in support costs. We are now on top of every request without dropping the ball because there's a paper trail.

Pros

I loved how easy it is to setup the workflows among our service consultants, and the automation of tickets to handle issues or share knowledge base information.

Cons

Zapier, the tool that Zoho Desk uses to integrate with other tools its a bit pricey if you are only using one "Zap", but it would justify if you use other things as well.

Definitely easy to use and set up. Cloud base, also in spanish which is good. Not very technical complexity.

Cons

Can not edit the ticket form in the Pro version, only in enterprise. Some translations are not well.

Tracking the customer expectations and also effort planning in our customer success team will be much easier.

Pros

We have been already using Zoho CRM so using Zoho Desk seems to be a good option for us since we can use all our leads and contacts in our CRM in the DESK as well which enables us to have a fully automated flow.

Cons

The only things seems to be missing is the step in retrieving accounts from CRM to DESK. It still needs a manual work which might slow us down.

There is def. a lot we could use. We are still trying it out and determining what will work best for us. Obviously we are looking for ease of use and collaboration between all our tools.

Pros

I could add all the items and categories I wanted on the fly. I could add details in each section. I could add knowledge base articles the way I need them.

Cons

I could not group Items intelligently. I could not add symbols in the descriptions, no profound symbols were allowed in the formatting.

Integration with CRM and with our application with minimal work.

Pros

HIPAA compliant and easy to introduce nontechnical people to. We found that it was a matter of minutes before the users were getting in and finding how to assign tickets, search for them, and answer questions.

Cons

Some of the filters take a little while to apply or take effect. When you close a ticket there's a noticeable delay between then and when it disappears from the list of tickets.

It has been very useful so far to integrate multiple brands but still allowing us to use the same customer service team.

Pros

Been trying it for about three weeks and there's a ton of features and pretty much does everything we were look for in a ticketing system.

Cons

I think it needs more tools to customize the knowledge base. It also can integrate with Facebook, but it needs to be able to integrate with Facebook with Business pages, not just individual Facebook pages.

the features and having the ability to offer live chat to our clients is fantastic, that coupled with the ability to track trends and tickets makes it a really great solution for our organization

Cons

I have found the support to be a bit lacking, trying to figure out how to do something that i was not able to do took a lot longer than it should have when it was a relatively albeit somewhat convoluted fix

Easy to implement and use. Excellent features. Really happy with it. Tagging is easy, but mostly.... the views are useful.

Cons

Only seems to integrate with Zoho Crm, which isn't surprising really. Would be nice to being able to use with other CRMS.
