I could install it in some minutes. All features that I need is there. Totally integrated with other Zoho tools. I recommend.

Cons

The software is very excellent compared to what we have been using, but price is looks expensive. It could be better.

Pros

This is the best solution we have found so far to track the services we provide to clients who turn to us for assistance.

Cons

Sync with CRM and initial setup of email channels is not super intuitive to someone without a background in these things.

Easy to use and intuitive. There is a lot of features that we needed that others competitors of Zoho don't have.

Cons

It misses an important feature which is assigning a ticket to a group of users. Also, the Zoho Desk API is not working.

Zoho Desk has many options and features but what I liked best was the Extensive reporting tools and the ability to set up your own dashboard.

The overall interface did feel a bit cluttered but that is also because of the many options perhaps.

This software does everything Brandmotion needs it to do!!! The customer portal is phenomenal. Customers can log tickets through the portal. It connects to Zoho CRM. Zoho integrations is exactly what every system needs and Zoho is the only company I know that does integrations across the board with all the functions of a business.

Pros

Its integrations, phone bridge capabilities and customer portal.

Cons

Needs more integrations with phone bridge companies and more ways to customize tickets (more customized fields).

We are looking to replace RT. We have used RT for years and need a more robust system that will allow our customers to have a dynamic customer support experience.

Pros

The easy integration and vast dynamics really puts customer support on task. The ability to have live support, customer knowledge base and ticketing all in one place, makes life so much easier.

Cons

Right now I can not fine anything that I do not like. Every feature seems to fit exactly what I am looking for.

We could not find ITIL features. We don't know if the tools support it. Spanish translation is not very good and no way to custom them.

Easy of tracking tickets. I especially love the way you can convert emails straight to incident tickets.

I had some trouble when I was setting up the software to communicate with my mail server. I wish that would be automated in the future.

This will help our company out a lot in terms of keeping on track of things and meeting SLAs, etc.

Pros

I really like the dashboard that shows all the tickets for all of the different agents and the fact that for quite a good service, with a lot of features, it is free for up to 10 users which is perfect for small businesses.

Cons

I think that the workflow automatons could have been included in the free version however that is the only downside I could think.

Low-cost, effective trouble ticketing software.

Pros

Zoho Desk is very easy to configure and quite intuitive. It's all web-based, can be accessed from anywhere, and integrates nicely with almost everything.

Cons

Zoho customer support can be difficult to reach. It's a company based in India, so the language and cultural barriers can leave support less than stellar. It's good enough, though, that we don't need to reach out to support very often.

Pros

What I liked best about using ZoHo, other from the fact that it's free, is the ease with witch my agents can get stuff done. All I have to do is set it all up once, and the rest sorta works itself out through use by agents

Cons

An area where progress can be made, is the export/import feature. I am used to do mass updates through exporting, adjusting an dthen importing data. However there is a limit of a 1000 records on the export
