The built-in remote support make us ditch teamviewer which overcomes the limitation of 5 minutes per session.

Cons

The ability to completely remove an agent and re-assign all of his/her task when the agent is not with the company anymore.

The primary benefit was to allow us to document / archive all support requests from our customers. Before Zoho Desk we were using spreadsheets. Spredsheet are not efficient in documenting customer support interactions to say the least. With Zoho Desk we have an archive of ALL interactions and actions taken.

Pros

Easy to use, integrated with other Zoho apps. Make support interactions seamless and helps us document all support requests. It's easy to use and affordable for even the smallest startups.

Have a functioning help desk in a few days of setup. Customers can enter tickets in several ways.

Pros

Very feature rich! The ability for the software to automatically generate messages and alerts is great. Automated workflows to change values and to kick off tasks!

Cons

A little tough to configure, but once you get it, it's easy to customize. The problem is there are multiple ways to do similar things, but that's not too bad a problem to have.

Pros

Zoho Desk is unlike any other software or SaaS Our company has come across in the past. It's Intuitive easy to use interface makes entering information and working with clients a breeze.

Cons

Integrations getting our software to communicate to our Backoffice CRM / ERP was a little mundane but was managed and is not working with great success.

The Zoho Desk system is very easy to setup and use. Your help desk can be up in a matter of minutes.

I wish I can be more confident with the notification system. I find myself checking the app once in awhile.

We started using Zoho Desk as a help desk solution for our HR department about a year ago. Their paid version offers some great automation solutions, but we've actually been able to utilize the unpaid version perfectly for our HR department, which has both decreased costs for us and drastically improved the service that our HR department is providing for our employees. The software allows for excellent transparency and communication for those that submit tickets.

Excellent free version. Robust options for paid version.

Tickets are great. Honestly we have not brought the whole team on or fully utilized it yet. But so far loving the program!

Cons

Some areas are a bit clunky and overwhelming. But overall ease seems to be good. Only time will tell.

The simplicity of the tool, nothing to complex in setting up or using. Staff can adapt to it in a matter of hours.

Cons

Cannot randomize ticket numbers, i thought this would have been a basic feature. Otherwise all is very good.

Pros

Strong Analytical tools and SLA integration is a Major plus. Agent view and Telephony Links and Chat tools are innovative and these are the tools that will bring about customer satisfaction. Added features of customizing the product is a HUGE PLUS as for instance we need to bring in SUB MODULE which can be customized to our needs and build analytical reports that can be presented to the end customer of ours.

Cons

Support to help to guide us in the initial period. I need help setting up so i can easily decide to PURCHASE the product.
