Pros: I really liked the concept, features and possibilities but a lot of what we needed was not available as of yet.

Cons: Customer service was great and would take note but nothing much they could do if the feature was not available. I ended up spending so much time with tutorials and customer service that it ended up just being too time consuming and so It was frustrating because I was constantly spending so much time with the program.

Overall: As mentioned it had some nice features in theory but overall it still needs a lot of work.

Amazing, easy to use, friendly support team & great features which are improving all the time.

Pros: Its easy way to navigate through the software from creating jobs to creating invoices , payment integrations helped us quite abit being able to take phone payments & paying a 'PAY NOW' button on the invoice to get paid faster.

Cons: There isn't any cons im really happy with the software Its the main key to our company running smoothly. Id be happy to test new features & help jobber in any way I can.

Pros: Where do I begin? When my company was first introduced to this software, there were so many little issues we were having within our operations, and Jobber came along and solved just about all of them. It has SO MANY useful features, making everything seamless and paperless, which is a major plus for us as we are a Green company:)

Cons: I literally can't think of anything negative to say about Jobber. They have made my professional life easier in so many ways!

Has completely changed the way I work. Jobber does all the organising for me

Pros: It is a smooth and seamless transition from quote to job to invoice. We are only a small company but Jobber means I can task the engineers inform the customers and invoice the jobs all from one patform.

Cons: There could be more emphasis on the expenses side with the ability to list the taxes etc. That way I could ditch quickbooks and have less time with data entry.

Pros: The support is amazing, it it so easy and intuitive you can start using it after the training with no problems at all, and if you have one, the support is quick and terrific.

Cons: If you are on a Pest Control company, you can no use it , I mean, you can, but there are so a lack of properly reports that I don't recommend it

Pros: This is the best most comprehensive and versatile work program I have used and I have used over 15.

Easy app for on site workers to log in and out

Being able to create a variety of properties for each client (agent),

retains a history of visits with photos and notes

Create checklists for each job that can be downloaded or emailed to the clients

Reminders to invoice set to after job completed or set date. And a one off job or one with multiple visits.

Continually adding great new functionality so that the software is always evolving where most systems are stagnant. The Cons I am sure will be added soon. I love Jobber and the helpful friendly team.

Cons: These are not cons they are suggestions

Sms job details in Australia as young people don't use email usually
Suggest: if sms is not possible one Week Sheet instead of Day Sheet with all jobs for the week instead of multiple emails.

Not being able to easily see that everyone is on the job.
Suggest: a green button with location lets me see if staff have turned up on time.

But Jobber has so many other fantastic features that I wouldn't consider any other program

Overall: No longer missing to bill customers, an easy way to retain the history of repeated jobs with photos. Too many advantages to list. I love Jobber

Jobber has been the best thing we could have found to help keep our techs organized!

Pros: We like just about everything. It allows appointment email reminders to clients, the client hub allows clients to view their account, our techs use the option to add notes & pictures to the job so nothing is missed, when the techs arrive & leave jobs we can track their time, customers can pay invoices online, the software syncs to quickbooks easily; there are many more things available that we do use and some we haven't used yet.

Cons: On the accounting side of the software there is no way to create a credit memo or credit balance & sync to quickbooks. We include tax in our prices and there is no option to show that on the invoice - only an option for tax exempt.

It has been amazing and helpful to have an app that encompasses so much at this great value.

Pros: The ability to multi task within the app in a seeming less way. This app allows for so much work to be simplified, customized and organized in a simultaneous way. Very witty!

Cons: My inability to scale my business so that I can really utilize the full spectrum of its capabilities.

Pros: EVERYTHING ! Seriously, What's not to love about this program? Scheduling, billing, invoicing, customer emails, quotes, auto billing, auto invoicing, the list goes on and on. I have been with this company for a while now and have gotten to see how this software has grown from almost the ground floor. There has been nothing slight of astounding as the updates just keep on coming and the software just keeps getting better and better. I am so glad I was able to be here to see this company and software grow and come into what Jobber is today. A great program designed AROUND the user with all the input from us to get the add-ons and updates we need, Thanks guys for the years of backed support and help for all of us out here !!

Cons: I have used the program for quite a few years now and have not come across anything that I would take as a con to this program at all.

Good app, works well. Material price integration would be nice.

Pros: The new term view is my favourite feature of the app. Also the address / map function is good for operatives to find jobs.

Cons: Sometimes it's not clear if invoices have been raised for jobs which results in raising a second invoice for the same job!

Overall: Forward planning

Pros: Visually it allows us to track and schedule jobs while the entire team watches and ensures there is no wasted time in our day

Cons: The Xero compatibility is simple but does not allow for specific items to be synced and we have to edit entries in Xero so we can track correctly

Overall: Team management made simpler. More detail captured on every job. Invoicing is a breeze. Customer follow up is now automated.

Pros: Very flexible and robust while still being easy to learn and teach others how to use. Jobber has a good balance of features while still not having so many options that the system is too complex.

Cons: Like most software, there are some legacy inconsistencies on naming conventions and design as new features are implemented.

Overall: Runs all of our CRM. A real time saver.

I LOVE Jobber, and this new feature that makes the app friendlier for admins is so appreciated.

Pros: It's intuitive. I don't have to try to figure out how things work; if I just use it the way it makes sens, it works for me.
With the new feature - team view - I can schedule a job on the fly without switching back and forth between employee schedules.

Cons: Only one small complaint, that there's probably already a solution for that I'm not aware of: When I drag a cleaning from one time slot to another, it doesn't automatically go to the hour, quarter-hour... So if I have it set for 8AM and I want to move it to 9AM, it will often end up with a start time of 8:59 or 9:03. Something random like that.

Overall: It saves me SO MUCH TIME!!!

Cons: Not enough open source applications or integrations. We would like to have the ability to customize some of the job forms and integrate with other applications.

Pros: I love that I can track my future ordering of products based on the jobs I put on the schedule. The colors really help me be able to see where my employees are and enhance the overall scheduling feature. You can track your employees and where they are during the day just to see if you can add another job while they are in that area. You can add notes or documents onto each job/contact and this is just my go to for everything. You will not regret purchasing Jobber, every time that I had a question someone (not a robot) was always there for me. It very user friendly... I could go on forever``` thanks Jobber for helping my business grow, because of your organization I have been able to focus my attention on other areas of my business... :)

Cons: When I schedule a job for three different employees I should be able to add them and all of their colors show up on the schedule.

Pros: I'm not going to take it away from jobber completely. Your customer service is awesome. They are super friendly, it got great attitudes. They answer the phones all the time. Except when they're in meetings anyway. But regardless they're very good at getting back with you and finding you good answers. Also, their user interface while I have a problem with a few things, for the most part is super super simple and intuitive. They are very good if you're a small business. But that's the problem. Is that where you're wanting to stay? I didn't think about it for years ago when I started. And now I kind of wish that I didn't. But I'll get to that here in a second.

Cons: Their data export is horrible. If you want to see a clear picture of where your calls are coming from, you have to download for 5 files and concatenate them all and try to piecemeal them together to understand and have a full database file of your own clients. Honestly, that stinks. They don't give you an API, because they say that the one that they had slow down their servers and they don't want to offer that level of service to small businesses. Do you see what I mean? If your small they'll do business with you, but if you want to grow, they're not willing to go there.
So, if you want to grow, don't go with jober. Instead go with single Ops. They have an API.
This may not mean a lot to you now, but once you start dumping high amount a month in advertising, you absolutely want to know where every single call is coming from. If you don't, you end up wasting thousands of dollars a month.
And jobber will not give you the API. Worse, they could give you an API on a limited basis. For example they could limit it to Tim queries a day. That would not slow down their server significantly. But they don't. And that stinks. So you get all of this investment training all of your people with a specific system, and then once you start growing you have to leave. For this reason, I wish I would have gone with single Ops II begin with.

Pros: I like that fact that all three of our sales reps are able to go on a potential job site and quote our product on the spot. It not only makes it easier for the reps by calculating the costs by sqft and discounts, but it is a HUGE benefit to the office staff who can pull up those same quotes in an instance so that everybody is on the same page.

Cons: There needs to be a way to automate a follow-up email sent to a lead that receives a quote from us after a few days. I know there is a current function to send follow-up emails after a project is completed, but it would be much more efficient to have one sent after the quote to follow up on potential business. I also wish there was an ability to put together contracts through Jobber based on what items were included in the quote.

Good for scheduling, but is a bit cumbersome for a database.

Comments: Customer service usually doesn't have a solution to a problem. The only way to make suggestions for improvements is to speak with customer service and they usually tell you that it would be a major change and not likely to happen.

Pros: Works well for scheduling and assigning jobs to techs in the field. Good for communicating information, files and attachments to individual jobs.

Cons: When entering an new address, it auto-populates the city and state and, in most cases, is incorrect. Very annoying and no way to turn this off. No way to easily download or access all photos taken and attached to jobs. No way to change/correct a property address in a job. The only way to do this is to delete the job and start over. Not a good solution if you have already assigned visits, attached files and added notes to the job. Supposed to sync with QBs. It does to an extent, but not being to map items to match fields in QBs, becomes rather useless. The only thing I can sync with QBs are the clients information.

This software helped us digitalize our job scheduling l, job tracking and service reports.

Cons: Occasionally there will be an item that I can customize to my wants, but that's me being picky.

Overall: It speeds up our office process and billing. Instead of receiving service reports from our technicians on a weekly basis we are getting them as soon as the job is complete which is now hourly.

Pros: Recurring Scheduling is easy to set up, having multiple calendars viewable for each of our team members, great integration with iOS phone calls.

Cons: Needs better integration with Square payments (would like to have the option to pay via square in the jobber app itself), be able to choose between iOS phone app and SIP phone apps for calls.

Pros: It's a good software that works for me and I have to work with it. Scheduling, reminders, easy to use. Cost is on point

Cons: Mobile app can be more user friendly, Billing has many holes. Can't accept multiple invoices at once and can't take half cash and have a credit card. Ok reporting but could be better. Doesn't shows an audit on each account like housecall pro. I like to know who did what with my customer account. But housecall pro can't offer multiple property Management houses like jobber does.

Pros: Ease of use! I use the software everyday. I can basically do everything I need right from Jobber. Scheduling, receipt logging, time sheets, invoicing, you name it.

Cons: Would love a drag and drop feature unscheduled tasks/job. Also a customizable blocked schedule, say in two hour increments, with the same drag and drop capabilities.

Pros: Easy to use, team can invoice and take payment on the spot, new team view is brilliant as the team can finally see what each other are up to and who has space available if required for new tasks.

Cons: Xero integration - this needs work although I am not sure if this a Xero limitation or Jobber. For some reason I have to keep manually refreshing Xero contacts into Jobber. Again, this may be a limitation of the API, not sure but it sure is a little annoying.

Jobber allows me to save time and keep track of my endless list of "to-do's". JOBBER or DIE

Pros: That I can run 80% of my business from the software. The jobber payments make it very easy with quotes, deposits and onsite payments. Also, the app is very fast and the backbone of employees everyday job.

Cons: Has some glitches and would like a better lead follow-up system, where you can track, note and separate a customer from a lead.

Overall: Fast scheduling, everything in one place, in the field app in amazing, UX is the best looking and easy to use.

Pros: the ability to track jobs,payments and follow ups on quotes. Also the invoicing has been easy to use for everyone to learn and since it links up with our accounting software our accountant can keep track of the money too.

Cons: there is no inventory tracking available. We need to track inventory and this software only deducts it from the inventory we have in our other software when we sync. Having inventory would make the process of knowing our numbers would be huge for us

Pros: The staff is constantly making updates and the support team is always quick and polite. It seems that if we have a requested change to the software the team listens and rolls it out.

Cons: We have gone to a prepay system that the software is not completely set up for , but the staff has helped us make it work. Really hard to come up with any cons.

Comments: Overall it has done mostly what we need it to do. Except overtime.

Pros: Easy to use and learn. I can get my new people singed in and using the app very quickly and within a few days they are using it like a pro

Cons: Does not handles overtime very well. Also, when we receive a partial payment it still shows the total invoice amount on reports

Pros: I love Jobber's design - beautiful modern. Love it! I love the ease of use as well. I havent had any trouble finding anything so far.

Cons: I think its gets a litlle pricey and things start to add up as you use it more. But otherwise its a pretty good app.

Pros: Jobber is so simple to use and its great because you can customize your view to what your job role is. Example, project management view Vs. Sales or office manager view.

It is also great due to the customer portal. Customers love that they can see the progress of their job.

Cons: I feel like there is always site maintenance going on. Sometimes I am unable to send out attachments as well.

Pros: The set up is extremely easy and straightforward. It can be done in just a few hours and has quite a few add on features to fit your needs.

Cons: Our business involves a lot of different variables as far as location and scheduling. I wish there were more ways to customize or add locations based on postal code for more effective and efficient booking.

Pros: I like how it already answers alot of my needs with the stock version. After that I love how I can customize Jobber to fit my particular needs. And if I have questions, Jobber is great to respond!

Cons: No auto correct with spelling. I am detailed in my quotes, so I write alot, I wish the system would check my spelling.

Overall: Easier work flow. Providing excellent customer service

Pros: Ease of use. And for what I get for the price I pay. Jobber is a vital part of my everyday life. It helps keep me on track. Having jobber allows me the extra time I need to see more customers and in the end make more money.

Cons: Nothing major. Just little things here and there I'd like it to do certain things but it can't. For instance. When I send a quote, sometimes I list out several options on the same quote for the client to look over and decide. It would be nice to be able to hide the subtotal at the bottom rather than each option price be totaled at the bottom. But it's just little things like that.

Comments: Don't buy this product unless you run a simple Business that caters to residential customers only

Cons: This program is unable to handle third-party tracking for commercial accounts this is strictly a residential product for somebody moes lawns. I didn't like anything about this program. Customer service constantly gave us the wrong and run around answer.

Pros: What don't I like about this software?! This company and it's platform are amazing! Once you get past a small learning curve this software is easy to use. Love being able to tell where my crews are, see productivity on job sites, invoice clients while out in the field, take quotes while out in the field, route my trucks with a click of a button, and easy to use overall. Their customer service is beyond excellent. If you have a problem you can chat live or email them and have a response very quickly within operating hours. If it is after hours someone normally gets back to you within a few hours. Great company!

Cons: There is really nothing bad I can say about this company. The only thing is there are occasional glitches in the system and one time it when down for a few hours. Otherwise it is great.

Overall: Too many to count. Invoicing, routing, tracking of trucks, productivity measurements, easy of emailing clients.

Pros: Intuitive. It acts as our main program during the day. Jobs closed are billed in real time. Saves time and effort. It is also helpful to be able to tag a message to the client.

Cons: QB link is a bit cumbersome. Hard to tell what's going on and where it came from. Close in Jobber first and work QB as to payables. Just a learning curve

Overall: Uses less resources and promotes organization. Jobber does the details more so than other W/O programs.

Pros: Ease of use and so many features available. We rely on this program for everything from scheduling, tracking and invocing and payments!

Cons: Can't think of any negatives and we've been using Jobber since 2014! No complaints and the customer service is amazing.

Overall: Its our main go-to for everything we do in our day to day business. We would be useless without it.

Pros: This software keeps track of your customers current and past orders, stores signed agreements, helps with scheduling and even inventory of chemicals if you need it!

Cons: There are so many applications of this software that it was difficult to implement the software as we were working in our previous system. Once we got past the first few weeks the initial fear that we bit off more than we could chew was gone.

Pros: Jobber helps us manage so many different field staff in one place. They are always updated and trying to improve their product. We like that field staff schedules, client invoices and staff time-sheets are all in one place and easy to use.

Cons: The reporting is a little lacking and sometimes when we have issues it feels like customer support is saying good luck chuck, we understand that they can't fix every problem but there has to be a way to say "sorry we can't help" and not make your clients feel like you breezed over them. The reporting is really their biggest area for improvement.

Overall: Jobber really provides us with everything that we need for client services in the field. There isn't a single feature that jobber has that we don't get benefits from.

Great interface. Easy to use. Awesome software for a company looking to have most functions together

Pros: All functions are in one area such as: Scheduling, Reminders, Billing, Links to QBO. Has a mobile app for employees which allows clock in and clock out and it tracks via GPS. Awesome to be in the known of employees during working hours.

Cons: Jobber does not have an open API. Does not link to Quality Driven Software or many other software's. This is a true bummer because most software's have the ability and are open to connecting with other applications.

Overall: Ease of Scheduling. Time saving.

Excellent support, very quick and ready help any time we need them.

Comments: I did a lot of research to find the best software for our small business and Jobber solved most of our problems, but created a few also. It's not flawless and it needs some improvements, but it's the best thing out there to help keep you and your team organized with jobs and reporting time.

Pros: Set up online payments, work order submissions, recurring jobs, etc. Very user friendly, easy-to-use interface. Modern design and looks good and feels good. Instant chat is quick and people are fast to respond.

Cons: No good way to make product suggestions for software. Customer service usually gives you a round about answer that doesn't solve your problem. They implement new ideas, but it never seems like the ideas are coming from their customers. Time sheet reports are only shown by time entry and not by day (making it VERY difficult to calculate overtime) No way to easily download or access all photos taken and attached to jobs.

One of the best investments we made!

Pros: The best thing about Jobber has been the way it has changed what used to be a tedious, time-sucking chore into an effective, painless process. I'm more organized, and our customers benefit from it. They love that they are reminded of upcoming visits and can receive and pay invoices electronically. Brilliant!

Cons: I would love the app to evolve in-pace with the desktop version. It is sometimes hard for me to communicate how to do something effectively to app users, because I'm only accessing Jobber via the office computer.

Pros: This application is amazing. It allows us to schedule jobs for our employees and track their location/expenses with ease. We can see job costing for each project and quickly understand which jobs are most profitable and cut out jobs that have a smaller profit margin. The app also lets us send invoices and estimates to a customer. Once the customer accepts the estimate, we click one button to schedule the visit and then one more button to create an invoice. It will automatically send payment reminders to customers. This automates many of the processes that we have always manually completed. This frees us up to focus on closing deals. It also integrates seamlessly with Quickbooks. We love Jobber!

Cons: There is honestly nothing that we would change. The interface could use a few updates, but that's about it.

Overall: Will change your business forever

Pros: We like being able to create invoices and collect payment immediately. This used to be about a 30 day process for us and now it all gets done same day. If you ever have a questions the online help chat option is very fast. They are able to help me with any issue or question I have within in minutes. It did not take us or our employees using the app to learn this software. Previously we were using all paper and were worried about the transition to the phones, but our employees picked up on it the first week and are enjoying it. Our customers are actually happy to receive electronic invoice and have the capability to pay their bill immediately online. Within the first week we received several positive feedbacks.

Cons: 0 cons. 1 thing I will say is that it did take us a little while to find our method to schedule. We do have about 3 crews going out every day with 10-20 appointments each. It would be great if there a way to be able to split up the days into sections that reflect each crew. But scheduling is far easier than our previous method.

Pros: Extremely intuitive and easy to use with little to no onboarding required although offered. Support is VERY responsive and takes feedback to improve software. Keeps getting better - product updates regularly with great enhanced, useful features.

Cons: App can be buggy at times. Online payments only accept credit cards. Limited customization for quotes/invoices. Calendar interface could use some improvement but functional for the average user.

Overall: Since incorporating JOBBER as a CRM and Job management tool we have been able to streamline our processes and increase our close rate substantially. NO MORE DOUBLE ENTRY from Excel to Quickbooks. Now we can sync with QB online with ease saving time.

Has made me a lot more organized and consequently more productive

Pros: Great organizer to keep my meetings in order; The coolest part is that my clients can put themselves on my schedule. It helps me organize my appointments and makes me look very sharp and professional.

Cons: Sometimes the app will freeze on you , but I don't see that as a big deal. The benefits and the cost far outweigh any negatives, which negatives are almost non-existent.

Overall: Better organization , keeps my meetings in order, helps me become more productive, clients can put themselves on my schedule.

Pros: I can have as many users as I want so everyone is in the loop with regard to their installations. Eliminates the paper trail and babysitting the installers making sure they know what they are supposed to do - it is always live information. I can still print out daily sheets for the installers if needed. The software is easy to use, easy to learn, easy to maneuver and very cost effective.

Cons: This isn't really a con, but there are many features that I don't use at all. I wish that when I change something that has already been entered that the new information appears everywhere.

Pros: Field staff are able to easily track time in their mobile apps. Client hub is starting to be a valuable tool, it needs work though.

Cons: You can't chat with field workers on their apps. It's difficult to bill from the mobile app. The time sheets don't properly sync with quickbooks. You can't sync your own/bank merchant account to jobber payments. Refunds take 5 days to process, you can't issue partial refunds, or take partial payments. you can't mark an invoice partially paid (construction typically does a 7% hold back of funds) It's tough to see which invoices are still outstanding. Payments do not automatically apply to invoices in quickbooks. No way to edit outline of client reminders to not include appointment times- we would like to only include appointment dates. You can't issue a credit on an invoice. you can't see aged receivables by client. You can't set individual staff availability ie; some needs monday off so it's blocked out. Instead, you have to enter a basic task and complete/delete it so your calandar doesn't get bogged down. You cant batch complete tasks jobs-need to auto complete late visits. you can't set individual payment terms for different types of clients - (one that would be really helpful, would be if issued before a day of the month, its due the following month on a day. needs an hr area for staffing meetings and notes. Clients don't like how they're currently accessing client hub- one suggestion would be a mobile app or a save to favorites button which is easily recognized by clients.

Pros: Desktop version is okay to use. The color coding of jobs and keywords was helpful. I like that you can add photos to jobs.

Cons: App does not work well and takes quite a while to sync with desktop input. Also can't schedule quotes as calendar events, and can't merge clients. Ultimately was not user friendly and did not work for us. Now they are saying we cannot get any amount of refund which is absolutely ridiculous. We used it for less than a month.

Fantastic! Has streamlined all of our out-dated processes and more!

Pros: The website is easy to navigate.

Employees can easily see their jobs in mobile app.

Entering client & job info is a breeze even for new employees.

Live chat is available and the issues I have had have been easily solved via live chat.

Quotes are easy to find in the system and can easily be converted into jobs with minimal or no extra data entry.

Invoicing is easy and seamlessly integrates with quickbooks.

Once I turn on Jobber payments, customers will have a very easy way to pay their bill that is just as simple as PayPal (our current payment platform).

I can tag clients into any kind of group I can think of. The biggest way we will use tagging is for delinquent Invoice customers (we are blessed not to have many). Any employee who tries to enter a new job for a client in this category will see a tag reminding us to get paid for past work before agreeing to a new job. There are ways to track past due invoices but not all employees can see that info.

Automatic emails and sms templates in Jobber can be easily customized for our business needs.

Automatic customer reminder emails and sms is awesome way for customers to remember appointments.

Customers via email link in their quote can request quote changes.

Customers via email link in their quote can accept a quote and sign-off on it which makes converting a quote into a job very easy. Notification of an approved quote is emailed to me and the dashboard in the program notifies me.

Cons: Can't do line item discounting on quotes...customers like to see normal price next to discount price....also certain items on a quote need a discount without discounting the entire quote....currently a discount can only be shown after the subtotal and the discount will apply to the entire quote, discounting labor before discounting a taxable item.

Can't send generic quotes easily...sometimes we want to put several options on a single quote but the program tallies all the dollar amounts together and puts an outrageous total at the bottom...we have lost business due to a customer looking at the "total amount" of a quote and freaking out because they don't realize the quote tallied all the options together.

Can't make job forms mandatory for employees to complete before closing out a job thus making it harder to hold employee responsible when certain details are missed in a process.

Products and services reports can be skewed on the dollar amounts because again sometimes discounts are applied on an invoice but Jobber only allows for a discount on the subtotal (rather than line item)...this makes it hard to get an accurate dollar amount when doing reporting on specific items we sell. As far as I can see, Jobber reports will not take into account discounts given during a specific period of time.

The automatic quote follow up feature can only be viewed on main website. There is currently no way to make it visible to an assigned employee on the mobile app.

Overall: I already answered that question

I love Jobber! The scheduling, quoting, invoicing, custom fields, etc are just what our biz needed.

Pros: Hard question as there is SO MUCH I like. The scheduling is great as the calendar is really easy to work with and has customization features. It works excellent for just one or a whole team of people. The quoting feature is phenomenal and was revolutionary for our business. Not only can we now easily keep track of quotes and attach maps and other docs to the quotes, the whole quote and attachments are converted to the job when we close. Life changing. Notes and such no longer get lost as paper copies and our team is ALL informed of what is going on with a job. Jobber also generates a reminder for us to follow up with the customer a couple of days after the quote, which is quite handy. Jobber automatically sends 2 reminders to our clients that we are coming out, which they love and makes us look great! The guys have the ability to map the property with a push of one button and send a quick "on our way" text message to the customer. Customer service is always a phone call or chat away and everyone is always fantastic and super helpful. I love all the custom fields to store serial numbers, customer details and lots of notes. The tags are also very helpful to sort customers into different categories for easy reference. Overall, Jobber is definitely one of the best things we've done for our business. I highly recommend.

Cons: I wish the app had similar functionality to the desktop; however, strides towards this have definitely been made in the past year. I would like "estimate" to be added like a task, event or job, blending the features of a job (reminders sent) and task (no invoicing necessary). I would like transferable fields to be more customizable by me and more flexible overall. I would LOVE to be able to start with one customer service person and finish the issue all the way through with them instead of switching if the issue takes a bit of time. I would love to be able to add automatic follow up and templated e-mail follow up based on category of job. It would be nice to have the option of paying Jobber Payment fees monthly instead of per transaction. All of these things are so minor, but would be helpful to change/add.

Overall: We are a much more organized team with this software. It keeps track of all of our documents, maps, estimates, invoices, order forms etc that used to be spread all over the office, in a stack of papers to be filed or in a paper file that no one ever bothered to look at. We are much more easily able to quote and retrieve quotes and send them to our customers in a really professional looking e-mail. It's great to have the scheduling work with the client database and the invoicing software...it really just make the whole client process quite seamless.

Pros: I love the chat anytime function and how friendly and helpful everyone always is. Anytime I have an issue someone responds within seconds.

Cons: I do not enjoy the mobile app at all. It is a lot harder to move around in than the desktop and makes it tough as far as scheduling if I am trying to look at both a customers info and our calendar.

Pros: This software is easier to use than most other software in this field. Customer service has been great and has had fast response times.

Cons: Have a delete button directly on the invoice, usually you have to go invoice - then edit, then delete. Be able to send an email to every email attached to the customers profile.

Overall: This software is so easy to use and has really helped the company I work for to manage sending quotes and scheduling technicians smoothly.

Never an issue when I call/chat online. Always get results.

Pros: The best part of using Jobber is the scheduling feature, we know where all the technicians are at all times. Plus with the ability to add jobs directly on the calendar it really helped when booking jobs. The best part of jobber is how easy it made our work flow which was mostly excel and napkins before.

Cons: Some of the features like embedding the quote request form on our website didn't look pretty and we weren't able to customize it. The GPS feature is still lacking and we can't customize the software too much for our needs.

Overall: It will make your life super easy if you're running a service business

I contacted them in the chat box and was having a issue, it was something i was doing wrong.

Pros: Simple to use, great integration to other software such as QuickBooks. Customer service is very responsive.

Overall: It has definitely help us streamline our business. Invoicing and scheduling is vastly improved.

Pros: How user friendly it is. We use it as a scheduling software system for our cleaning business. It's great that our staff can easily access their schedule from their phones, and us in admin can go in to make changes on a dime, and it will update automatically. We also use the invoicing portion of the software, which really helps us to keep track of our Accounts Receivables. It's nice to have all of our company/customer info in one place as it helps to keep us organized.

Cons: - That there is nowhere to safely store customer's CC info if we do not use the jobber payment program. We've been using Moneris for years, and we're not ready to make the switch yet.
- sometimes our cleaners have issues with the app - it will stop working or freeze up on them.
- You aren't able to apply a large batch payment for multiple invoices at once. You have to go in and mark each invoice as paid which can be time consuming when we receive a large payment against 50+ invoices at once.

Jobber is a great cloud-based field service and landscaping solution

Pros: We love Jobber because their support is great and there product is great! The way it organises our daily processes. Without it we would just be another business.

Cons: Love the quote signing ability they just came up with, but it would be nice if they had a Check box that has to be clicked acknowledging they read the service terms.

Overall: Easy to set up, we were up and running in about a week. Simple to use, training was couple of hours. It is reliable and saves me time every day.

Pros: Absolutely great system and easily adaptable to service companies. They are constantly adding features and functions and I hate to give only 4 stars on that but there are a few things that we would like to have but it doesn't incorporate. They are ALWAYS open to listening and I have actually had some of my ideas incorporated into the program. If I could give 10 stars on the customer service and value for the money I absolutely would. It is a simple program to use once you play with it for a bit. They are always updating which is awesome always new functionality available!

Cons: I don't like the fact that Visits and Jobs are treated separately with no way to combine them. I wish that you could set this up and for us, just delete the visit altogether because for us a Job is a Visit. They are always 1 to 1 ratio for us. It makes some of the scheduling frustrating because you can schedule a job but not have a visit scheduled. I can completely see how other companies need the ability for multiple visits on 1 job though.
Would like to see compulsory custom fields so you don't forget to fill out important data on quotes or invoices.
This is a big one, if you don't use the Stripe Jobber Payments then you cannot post a refund to a clients account. You basically have to do a work around and then post a negative invoice. It is very frustrating for a basic accounting function. We often have customers place deposits or pay in advance and they don't use their full deposit for our service. We have to issue a refund and it is a real pain to do.

Overall: Makes things work so much better for us! There are small issues but we work through them. Nothing is perfect and for the price point this is phenomenally the best on the market.

Awesome jobs tracking, projections, and Accounts Receivable!

Cons: Still not so great at employee/timesheet managing (no casual/subcontracting) if you're a contractor or in construction business of some kind... but GREAT at the parts that it needs to be great at for those businesses.

And They say that feature set is going to be updated.

Overall: Better organization, live assistance quickly from real people.. and LOCAL service.

Pros: By implementing Jobber into my business, I have been able to increase productivity. The mapping and scheduling elements of the app are wonderful and the batch invoicing saves me over 4 hrs each month!

Cons: I wish Jobber would communicate with quick books more for ease of recorded payments within quick books when you sink. So far it is a one way street.

Overall: Time savings and productivity increases.

There is a ton of simple day to day options that we need and Jobber does not have them.

Pros: it's quite simple to add customers and schedule jobs and invoices and the invoice reminders are great but can get complicated sometimes.

Cons: Lack of options there are so many simple things that you just can't do in Jobber I don't have the time to go through it all but it must get much better for the price that it costs.
Every business is different but some options you need in most service business. and Jobber doesn't have that kind of customization.

The customer service chat is slow sometimes.

Pros: Excellent for keeping in contact with customers, easy to set up automatic invoicing, slightly customizable to suit your specific company style or customer needs.

Cons: Running reports could use a little more work by directly creating an organized printable PDF instead of a small and busy-looking excel file. But, it does not allow the option to group all of these together, while at the same time putting each employee on their own separate page, which makes for a headache if you like to run daily reports ensuring all times have been correctly recorded, but the staff seems eager to take requests and work on areas that may help other companies

While not the least expensive option, the customer service and attention mkes it more than worth it.

Pros: The price, while not the cheapest on the market, is good when you consider the customer service and attention given before, during, and after the sale. With a wide variety of webinars, help options, and chat/email support (that someone actually answers!), we went this Jobber despite Application XX being cheaper. And Jobber is A LOT less money than it's real competition!

Cons: Would like to see more editable areas on things like printed Daysheet options. A back button or something that remembers where you were without reloading everything (ie client list), would make it a little easier for editing and adding clients and jobs.

Overall: It is making it easier to get the teams out to the filed

Pros: We love the SMS messaging and email appointment reminders because that saves us a lot of time on the phone. Appointments that are already confirmed help us so much. The scheduling of the Jobs is very quick and efficient. It has also been great to be able to store a customers card info in the system which makes it more convenient for us to get paid after each pest control appointment but also less hassle for the customer. The employee time logs for Jobber are great as well. They can just start and stop their time each day which makes payroll much easier for accounting company.

Cons: We want to be able to send out more sms appointment reminders. As in more than one. It would help us to be able to send out one like a week or two before then also like one day before the appointment. Have found that many customers dont check email.

Overall: Eliminates Paperwork and easy to use!

Pros: The ability to manage workers on the field, the route optimization and the client hub, I love the invoicing and the ability to take payments on the field

Pros: The scheduling and mapping features are amazing!! We are now able to book jobs over a month out and easily assess and schedule our crews accordingly. I Honeslty don't know how we've managed without it!! The customer service is awesome an d always very quick to respond to any issues or questions that we've had!

Cons: They dont currently have job costing, which we have relied heavily on in the past, but they are working on it!!

Pros: The system is very slick to me, using other systems previous it is smooth and not too fussy but with everything you need. It is also very logical and once you find the shortcuts it gets even better clicking from screen to screen. I usually have 2/3 pages running on one PC to save even more time.

Overall: Saving a lot of time, no messy paperwork, more brain space, and reducing phone calls from customers by at least a half, business more efficient at processing the jobs into the diary.

Comments: We love Jobber because their support is great and there product is great! Its been going on 4 years now and still no resolve on the notifications issue. Not even an update. WE NEED SMS AND EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS TO WORK PROPERLY! PLEASE!!!!!

Cons: Notifying our customers that their service is due, is crucial to our success. Notification emails and sms are just not working correctly? Right now if you have anyone unassigned in the grid view while sending notifications, all of those people will receive notifications too, when they shouldn't! Only the people on the calendar who are scheduled for that day should get the notifications. My customers who are unassigned get pissed and call me telling me "I didnt schedule service for this date". Any other users of Jobber using the notifications via email or sms having the same problem? Please let me know if your having the same issues? The reports need work, There are limited reports and no ability to shell out to a custom report writing utility. Things like new activations, disconnections so you can track how many active customers and non active customers you have. Love the quote signing ability they just came up with, but it would be nice if they had a Check box that has to be clicked acknowledging they read the service terms. Forms are lacking for our pest control industry. An inspection report of the home/office needs to be dont to let the customer know the deficiencies that need to be corrected for proper pest management. Invoices are great!

Pros: I really like the ability to add notes for employees and pdf files with info and pictures. The recurring job feature makes frequent visits easy to schedule.

Cons: It's pretty expensive. It would be really great if there was a better ability for employees to communicate with management through the system, such as if a note is added to a visit/job by an employee management would receive an email.

Pros: Customer service gets back to you quicker and is more helpful than any other customer service experience I have ever had. Also, the program is very adaptable to your companies needs.

Cons: I love the help videos but I wish they went a little more in depth. The software takes some time to get used to but once you get the hang of it, it ultimately saves time in the long run.

Cons: Mainly, the use of email notifications, and sms notifications is a major letdown. This thing is right there on the edge of being a great tool for notifications, but falls short in its automation. What a shame! Something I could seriously use, but nothing is going to be done about it. MY LOSS! Yours too!

Pros: There's a lot to like about Jobber. It is well designed and offers combined CRM, reporting, scheduling, estimating, invoicing, routing, and client portal functionality. The ability to easily send follow-up emails with an optional service review is a nice touch. Very little training required, online chat allowed us to quickly determine the best integration strategy for our recurring services offerings

Cons: Not many cons, a daily route once optimized doesn't carry forward to the following scheduled visits. This requires selecting which job you'd like to start at (in our case each week). The master route functionality applies to the full client roster.

Overall: 4.5 Please note we haven't tested the smartphone functionality at this time with our crews. Features we'd like to see aside from improved routing functionality include 1) API access allowing a customized work request form and the ability to sync Jobber new leads with our phone/sms system. 2) Integrated email allowing access to client communication, view count, and the ability to send email to multiple clients based on a data tag. 3) The ability to add a calendar subscription to Jobber. 4) The ability to modify the email sent from the lead web form. 5) Auto-payment for fixed price monthly billing eliminating client intervention each month. 6) The option to auto-generate batch invoicing for monthly invoices that don't change.

Pros: The organization and communication pipelines flow freely! Very easy to find out any random bit of information on a job/invoice/client/etc and pass it on to the correct party whether it be customer or employee. Saves so much time!

Cons: I believe the issue will go away with time as the developers always seem to be working on making things easier for the users.. BUT.. at this time there are a couple areas where going back and changing mistakes can be a bit tedious. I will say, anything that has come up as a problem is met with absolutely fantastic customer service via phone or live chat if necessary.

Comments: You can sign up and pay them money without ever speaking to anyone but when you want to cancel they say that you MUST call there office in the US and if you don't and your subscription expires, you have no access to your account. Meanwhile, your clients are still getting appointment emails and the program keeps going along without you able to stop it. Customer service is beyond appalling, you send a request and you get a response after 4-6 days with a question and then you have to wait another 4 -6 days for another one-line email with another question - it is beyond frustrating. Features I am paying for just don't work and it has been 8 weeks now and I am being asked the same questions over and over with no answers.

Pros: Absolutely nothing worth the price they are asking. Super expensive with features that just don't work and they don't seem to care.

Cons: I signed up because of the payroll and employee scheduling capabilities but it turns out that during my first QB sync that this doesn't work. It syncs employees time in at 5 hours earlier so I am having to manually input them every week. Appalling customer service - minimum 4 days to reply to emails (new person each time who asks the SAME questions over and over) its been 7 weeks and they haven't worked it out yet.

We took a look at the history of this issue and it looks like there were some communication issues between our Tier 1 and Tier 3 support team and a breakdown in our normal processes. Pros: We have been using Jobber for going on four years! It was our first customer management platform. We didn't know what functions we wanted exactly but, as time went by we started to ask for certain functions that were missing. We are very happy with the changes that have been made through time . There is no perfect CRM but, we think Jobber is the very close.

Cons: Jobber does not have an off-line function. So in rural areas, the information has to be in put when data service is available. This is rarely an issue so, it's a minor inconvenience .

Jobber makes scheduling for our techs out in the field easy.

Pros: Scheduling is easy. Our guys in the field can map tot he customer's address, take and save pictures and have all the information they need at their fingertips.

Cons: Once you move a job, you can't undo it. If you accidentally grabbed it and dropped it in the wrong place you can't undo it without knowing where it was. An undo feature would be great.

Overall: Ability to not only schedule our guys in the filed but to track time sheets and share information.

Comments: I really wanted to use it, but it just wasn't built for my type of business. However, to those that are in the field service realm, you will absolutely love what Jobber has created for you in this simple to use and feature-rich app.

Pros: The ease of use and seamless app interface really made it easy to get started and keep going without spending too much time setting up.

Cons: Despite the rich feature set and awesome functionality, it caters more to landscapers, painters, and general contractors (among others), and wasn't suitable for my chauffeured transportation service.

We use this software for our sign ordering and photo ordering department.

Pros: Jobber is simple to use, and I love that it is internet based, so I can access it anywhere. I also like that I can assign jobs in real time and my employees can see exactly what they need to do in the jobber app while working in the field. I love that it integrates with Quickbooks online!

Pros: We can assign jobs to our crews and see what jobs they have completed, what jobs they have remaining, and make changes to their job schedules in real time!

Cons: It would be nice if it integrated with Quickbooks Enterprise. It integrates with Quickbooks online, so we are in the process of switching to that, which is not an easy process.

Overall: It has streamlined our business and improved productivity. Highly recommend!

Pros: I love the fact that I don't have to always think about creating invoices. This software reminds you about invoices and even goes as far as creating them for you.

Pros: I love that we can do practically everything on the go quotes, invoicing ' even schedule future appointments

Overall: Convenience, this is a great software application and we would recommend to anyone who is looking for that on the go software applications .

We're very pleased with Jobber. It makes our day to day scheduling easier and more efficient.

Pros: Jobber software is very intuitive and has features that make sense and are easy to use. Many of the program functions seem to have been designed by people from our industry, therefore they are very useful in day to day operations.

Cons: We wish there were ways to import completed job forms to my customers so they could receive a report on finished work and recommendations for future visits. I also would like confirmed appointments to be more easily visible from the calendar/ grid views.

Pros: The functionality of this product and the ability to add or take away certain features was incredible! We got everything we needed but didn't have to pay for the things we didn't need. In the service industry there are so many different scales of business and needs we felt this was a perfect approach.

Cons: They have entirely changed their payment structure and thus have made this product 4x that of market value. We'll be switching to a similar product but with a much lower cost. Wish it could have ended differently.

Overall: Scheduling, client organization, client communication, accepting payments

Pros: Awesome training and support. Constantly adding new features. They really listen to the needs of their users. Keeps great records of client history.

Cons: Still learning the best practices for using the scheduling calendars. Taking some time to get the sync going with Quickbooks.

Overall: Helps us keep our schedule and client information accurate. Increases and improves communications with staff and clients. Freeing up our time to grow our business.
