Tanner has improved employee engagement and encourages everyone to bring their best self to work, as well as to show kindness to colleagues by recognizing their everyday contributions to the company's betterment. Pros O.C. Tanner is an excellent way to recognize employees on multiple levels, from appreciation for everyday tasks to thank you's for completion of huge projects. It also allows employees to recognize each others' hard work and achievements! Cons I would love if it were a little easier to use your preferred name on this software. If you have a global goal, using culture cloud makes it possible to achieve them easily, right from implementation till date several aspects of execution was smooth. Every company s unique internal system and process and the appetite to change are some of the elements to be kept in mind but the OC Tanner implementation partners helped every step. It makes it easy to recognize others and helps suggest the reward amount. It also keeps track of all recognitions in one convenient place. Cons Employees are awarded points and pay income tax on those points. Because of this, I would prefer if the reward catalog point values were at or below MSRP for most items. Cons nothing, this is great! The extra incentive helps them be recognized and rewarded. Cons Some of the features of it need to be updated. Das "positive" Zeichen von Mitarbeiter-Anerkennung wird so schnell zum Albtraum, denn der Mitarbeiter bleibt auf Kosten sitzen und muss viel Zeit aufwenden um am Ende eine negative Antwort vom Kundendienst zu erhalten. Unsere Firma hat die Verträge mit OC Tanner zum Glück gekündigt. Der Kontakt mit O.C. Tanner wurde gesucht, leider hat O.C. Tanner kein Interesse an einer Lösung gezeigt. You don't have to hunt for anything. It's all categorized wonderfully with descriptions. It makes for a stress free, enjoyable experience. Cons The one and only "complaint" I have is the sizes available for apparel on the Rewards Page don't always match the sizes available from the manufacturer. You find a shirt, let's say, that's a 3X & you love it. You go to order it & the largest you can get is a 2X. Not fun.
