The UI can be confusing at times. Pros The best feature is the ability to write user stories and tasks easily and in advance and then plan those into the upcoming sprints. Cons Having it bundled with Zoho Remotely is confusing. I am not sure if I am paying just for Sprints or for all of remotely. Took a bit of time to get used to the concepts like project/item, but up to speed relatively fast. Cons Our team was used to stories with tasks. Each story has a lane, each task had a post-it on the wall. We haven't figured out how to have this exactly the same.
