Zoho Sprints

## What is Zoho Sprints?

Zoho Sprints is an agile project management platform that supports Scrum and Kanban. Teams can prioritize work through a backlog, plan sprints with story point estimation, and track execution on customizable agile boards. Epics help break large objectives into manageable work items across multiple sprints. Agile reports, including velocity charts and burn-up and burn-down charts, provide visibility into overall performance. Release cycles support incremental delivery with CI/CD pipeline integration. The platform includes built-in budget and expense management, test management, and a risk and opportunity module with a probability-impact matrix. Custom modules extend the platform to fit unique workflows, while OKRs connect strategic goals to sprint-level execution. Timesheets track hours per work item, and automation reduces manual effort across workflows. Integrations with Jira, Microsoft SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and more, along with Zoho apps, support connected delivery ecosystems.

Good. Easy to onboard. Immediate support when it was needed and the support team is knowledgeable to give an instant solution.

Pros

Very easy to use and understandable UI. Affordable solution in comparison with other similar products.

Cons

Nothing specific. Looks very similar to other project management tools and so there is no negative comments.

I love how simple and intuitive is to create and manage OKRs and how we can keep adding content to it.

Pros

It's a great application to manage initiatives and projects (collaboration, communication and workflow). But I would say the best is the new OKR and Risk & opportunities tool. Great to engaje different levels of the organization.

Cons

It can still be more connected with Zoho Cliq, to facilitate communication between the teams also there.

It is alright in setting up our teaching projects and monitoring who does what. It took me two weeks to get into the real swing of how sprints are used in school learning, rather than technology. Security is okay, I have no problems. Worthy should you require a structure but you are willing to adapt the teachings of agility to your teaching practice.

Pros

The sprint planning enables me to plan the language courses into manageable bits. I will be able to check on the completion of which grammar modules, student feedback activities and curriculum changes in a single document. The board view suits the eyes of visual people such as me. Our small center is priced reasonably as compared to alternatives that we considered.

Cons

Education work can be overwhelmingly work sometimes, we are not creating software. My colleagues who are not technical individuals are confused because of the Scrum terminology. When attempting to update lesson plans on my way, mobile app crashes.

For teams who need to monitor, plan, and work together on software development other iterative projects, Zoho Sprints is widely regarded as an easy-to-use, affordable, and highly adaptable Agile project management tool. Its comprehensive Scrum boards, drag-and-drop interface, and smooth connection with the larger Zoho ecosystem are often praised by users.

Pros

Zoho Sprints is well-known for its robust, customizable Kanban boards and easy-to-use interface, which make agile project management accessible. Consumers frequently emphasize how simple it is to manage backlogs, track jobs, and visualize workflows without having to overcome the challenging learning curve associated with comparable solutions.

Cons

According to user evaluations and feedback, a clumsy user interface, performance problems, and a steep learning curve brought on by an excessive number of capabilities are the characteristics of Zoho Sprints that users frequently dislike the most.

It facilitates a seamless integration from project overviews to the work and collaboration which makes it more up to date (vs. having non-connected tools).

Pros

Zoho sprint module provides the right combination of coordination and results driven tracking of progress. It helps to trigger agile sprints by connecting the stakeholders and move on with projects.

Cons

It is a separate tool to work in the projects which are usually rather described and tracked in Zoho (general). So, it comes on top of the existing subscription.
