(2) Integration of external market data with internal sources, including Master Data Management of Organizations. (3) Real estate transactions analysis using spatial functions (4) Human resource profiles access using full text search (5) Human resource competency management (6) Branch search using spatial functions Pros As a RDF NoSQL database, Stardog is the best of both worlds: flexible as a NoSQL DB but with a powerful schema. Also, the product is a complete integration platform as it enables, not only virtually accessing other SQL and NoSQL databases, but also the integration of unstructured information. The fact that text search and spatial functions are also provided completes Stardog's abilities as a full integration platform. Cons As a newer DBMS, Stardog will still need investment in the areas of database management and monitoring to make it easier to deploy, maintain and support. Review Source SC Serge C. It felt more like a partner relationship rather than a client / vendor one. For example, when we required the PATH operator and GRAPHQL support which Stardog did not support at the time, we work with them to defined and/or test the features which were release in months of requesting it. Pros Stardog «PATH» operator allows us to do path traversal queries which would have been very difficult otherwise. A close second are the virtual graph capabilities and the simplification of R2RML via SMS2. Cons Stardog is easy to deploy for simple installation, but cluster management and monitoring is rudimentary at best.
