Cons I have not found any cons. sometimes to confirm check in on a flight you need to hop over the the airline web site, but that is to be expected. The entire booking process is very clear and easy to follow. I've been on the user end and the admin end, and both experiences have been really seamless. I'm really happy with our decision to use Navan! The expense management is really quick and simple! I love that we are able to have so many of these features live in one tool-- it makes it really easy for employees to know where to go. I also love how secure and safe the entire process is-- I never feel like I have to compromise my personal data to book work travel or be reimbursed for my work expenses.
