They did a good job making an interface for business travelers. Pros We recently started using Navan for work travel and I find the interface very easy to use. From booking flight and hotels it is much easier to manage travel quickly when needs arise. Cons I have not found any cons. sometimes to confirm check in on a flight you need to hop over the the airline web site, but that is to be expected. As someone who travels often, I really value how user-friendly and convenient the platform is for booking and organizing travel. Pros What I liked most about Navan is how easy the application is to use, especially as someone who travels frequently. It makes booking and managing travel feel simple and efficient, which is a huge plus when you are constantly coordinating trips. The entire booking process is very clear and easy to follow. I've been on the user end and the admin end, and both experiences have been really seamless. I'm really happy with our decision to use Navan! The expense management is really quick and simple! I love that we are able to have so many of these features live in one tool-- it makes it really easy for employees to know where to go. I also love how secure and safe the entire process is-- I never feel like I have to compromise my personal data to book work travel or be reimbursed for my work expenses. Cons It can be a little difficult to figure out how to use airline credits as part of the process paying for flights.
