Pros

Great UX and usability , whether you are an experienced social listening user or a beginner , you'll find what you need in the platform intuitively. The product has a great roadmap and some forward looking features ( last in date , their "fake news" features).

Cons

As with all social listening platforms , data can be slow to charge when you're dealing with high volume. Other than that , same limitation as other platforms.
