It's UI is simple and clean. Timesheet approvals and review process is brilliant. Projects are easy to set up and manage. We have reduced our invoicing processing time from 12 to 3 days since implementing Clockify. Pros Great UI, flexible platform, multiple timesheet input systems, cost effective. Cons Invoicing customization is a bit limited. Various clients like to see different details and it requires following different pipelines to achieve this. Having said so, we find ways on Clockify to satisfy most of our client needs. While I almost exclusively use the Timer feature, on occasions when I forget to start the timer the Manual feature in invaluable. The reporting (with filtering by client and project) is fantastic, and vital for my billing needs. The service suffers very few outages (just a handful of brief outages in all my years using it). Very high uptime of the service (very few incidents) Cons No cons in my experience; it has all the functionality I need. Pros Clockify is very simple to start using. when I invited a new team member, they only needed a 3 minute loom video to understand what they need to do. If your core concern is tracking time by project or client, Clockify will do that. But you can extend it to reports, billable hours, approvals etc. Cons I like the Clockify app just fine. What I now want is a way to extend Clockify to do project mgmt. Cake, the parent company, offers project mgmt but I haven't seen a way to connect Clockify to the project mgmt side. Some clients demand detailed time reports and others just need the total hours, Clockify does both. Also I have recommended it to my clients as well. Pros The dependability of the information. I've used the site for years (maybe a couple before subscribing) and I've never had a glitch in the data. Cons Not sure if it's my browser or what but it wont stay signed in over the course of day. Sometimes I have to sign in two or three times, but that's minor. Another thing is sometimes the filter seems stubborn or has to be reset to get it to work but in the end it always does.
