I found it easy to log hours for different tasks and it kept good records of where my time is going during the workday. As a freelance editor, the free version meets my needs completely. Whether I work for three hours straight or get interrupted by my dog two minutes after I start work, I can easily clock out and clock back in again to track my business work time. Pros The free version is easy to use, and the reports give me the information I need in a clear, convenient format. Cons When returning to an ongoing job, Clockify allows the user to start the time clock without choosing the name of the job. I've done this accidentally several times over the years and have ended up with two time sheets for a single job. Requiring a selection before starting the time clock would alleviate this issue. Overall, I have enjoyed the ease of launch and set up with Clockify. Its features are easy to use and navigate. It also has a clean look! While the mobile app has limited access as an administrator it has not been a problem as I use a computer. Pros We recently switched to Clockify and I am really enjoying the ease of use! It has an easy mainframe and a nice scheduling set up. Cons The only con I have experienced with Clockify so far is the limited access on the mobile app from the administrator standpoint. Pros Easy to use, especially when you can have multiple offices under one account that allows for one individual/employee to log in. The best part is being able to analyze total hours and break them down by different departments. Cons Not a fan of the employee number limit. With this platform, employee time management is much easier for me as it is very affordable, easy to use and very reliable in timekeeping. In addition, Clockify makes it easy for me to schedule projects as well as manage them, so there has been an improvement in my work environment in relation to work efficiency and the correct time management of each assigned task for each worker. Pros There is no doubt that compared to other competitors, I consider that this platform has very fair prices for the needs that I need to cover within my company. The mobile application works very well to be able to monitor the staff at any time and see the progress of the different projects managed. The reports are very detailed, we can even see the price per hour individually, so it is very feasible when it comes to making metrics and determining if the price of the work is feasible in relation to the performance of each employee. I cannot complain about the user interface because I found it very comfortable from the first use, even its implementation has been very fast and efficient, so it did not take long to start applying this platform to the work environment. Cons Despite the efficiency of this platform, I cannot believe that the technical support is not the same when I have a problem. The response time is very long and the solutions are vague, practically most of the time they are internal problems of Clockify that must be resolved by the development team of this platform. Therefore, I have to wait for updates where these errors are corrected, causing me to lose control over the hours worked by employees. Cons If you punch in using one device and try to punch out using another, the clock does not stop. Must have in any organization who wanted to record the employee bookings working within the office or remotely on various projects. I recommended this tool to many of my acquaintances and they are happy to use it. Pros Necessary features for managing the team member bookings. We can easily manage bookings on the project by project. It is easy to extract reports with various filters provided in the system. Cons Timer restriction is paid one. and the option for the User role creation is missing. (right now only we have Admin and Normal users) in the free plan, Team leader / PM/ etc roles could be configured with the same plan.
