Easily to manage the team and task allocation. It provides helpful information that is very useful for the team especially on the time allocated on certain task. We can plan and organise it carefully for future allocation. Pros It's super easy to keep track on your daily task and see how much time spent on certain task. It's also great for the managers/team leaders to manage the team members' daily tasks. Cons You'd have to click start and stop for each task. Previous apps that we used, once you stop certain task, it will continue for the next task until you clocked out for the day. Cons I wish there was the possibility of putting notes in the tasks and not just in the project. Also the project notes are a simple text box and I would prefer to be able to add several timestamped notes. I also don't know if it allows me to sync it to my google calendar. Toggl had me do that pretty immediately which was helpful. Also the start and stop, we would like if u added a pause functionality to track our rest periods. we like the fact that we can filter by period to see the time of a specific period using the calendar. I would suggest you discover some functionalities of the "timecamp.com" competitor, since my company is planing to switch. Pros I like the usage simplicity, with the clean and minimal user interface. April 17, 2026 5.0 Clockify saves time; it makes keeping track of my total and hours spent on different projects quick and easy. Pros I was previously manually adding up my hours each month because I hadn't realised that, in the dashboard, you can select a time period and it gives you the total hours. Being able to see time spent of different projects so easily is useful. It does much more than I'd previously realised. Cons No real complaints. It could be a tiny bit quicker if, when you duplicate an entry, it automatically expanded the entries for quick editing of the date/time (if I'm adding holiday, I add hours and duplicate if for the number of days, so making this a little quicker could be helpful).
