It makes it tracking time, billing clients, and checking hours utilized a breeze. Pros Clockify is really easy to use to track time and run reports. Used for about a year as a 1099 employee before I was added to payroll. So this was very simple to use and gave the payroll manager everything she needed via the reports. Times, notes, weekly time, pay etc. Pros Very simple to use! The reports are really easy, clear and concise. Easy to export to send to payroll Cons nothing to say, I like everything. I can put my time in multiple different ways, I can put time or details in as a placeholder, and various ways in which I can get a report are fantastic. Cons Nothing in particular. I'm sure I could be using it in a more automated fashion, but I haven't gotten there yet. Very easy to see how many hours I worked in a week - what clients/projects/etc. Very helpful in the long run. Cons It happens rarely but sometimes there are glitches with the timer not starting. Occasionally I review time entries from the past year, and it is fairly good with that too from my experience. Pros Easy time inputs, convenient features when filling in multiple times and tasks day by day Cons Small pain point - I often need to update many time entries down to zero, and it gives me a confirmation "are you sure you want to delete this entry" for each one. It's convenient to use. It's easy to switch between clients/projects. It's a great tool for me to record my working hours between clients and is handy when I bill them. Pros Very easy to use. I use Clockify to record my working hours for multiple clients as I bill them separately. It's easy to switch between clients/projects. The dashboard is helpful when I do the billing, it tells me how many hours I have worked on, segmented by different clients. I highly recommend this tool! Cons Nothing! Pros Clockify enables me to keep track of my time effectively. Additionally, i am able to seamlessly use the widget which means i dont have to go to the clockify page to track my time. At one point i also saw a clockify asana integratioin which i thought ws quite cool Cons Entering tags and projects can be a bit tiresome. Aside from that, it also helps my managers see what tasks I worked on without the need of asking me. Pros Ease of monitoring the holidays planned and has a team view which will show who among my peers already took the day off. Cons In the Calendar tab, I wish there is an option to create a template for ease of updating tasks.
