Pros Clockify is great for its user-friendly interface and it is easy to navigate. I also appreciate its reporting features, which provide clear insights into productivity. Pros Records grouping function by description when you add a new record, their "Reports" section, suggestion when you want to add a record with the same description, the overall idea of tracking time and grouping them by projects. It has saved me hours remembering how much time I spent with each client and how much I was being paid. Clockify makes my invoicing so easy! Pros It is so simple to record my time! From a browser window or the desktop app, I just hit the start button and start working. My time is recorded; all I need to do is ensure the time is allocated to the correct client and project. It has helped me with time management and planning my day around projects, as well as help me take account of my billing. Pros I like that i can keep track of not only my but mine and my teams earnings/billings across different projects! Cons The only thing clockify is missing is a pause button on the timer. If i have to get up to do something i dont know how long it'll take, i dont want to keep running a timer throughout. Not neededbut what would be cool, is if there was an option to have alarms go off every hour or a custom time frame. It would make clockify an excellent time management tool too! Pros Simple to use, clean UI. It helps me to stay focus and track my working hours effectively. I found it a great tool to manage project as well. Cons I would love to see an easier way to edit the end date when the timer runs for more than one day. On a few occasions, I've forgotten to stop the clock, and it continued running for days. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to adjust the end date to the original start date. I have to delete the entire entry and manually create a new one. Cons There's not a lot to dislike about Clockify, if I were to really think about something, it would be that in Calendar view it's sometimes finnicky to pick the correct start/end time while clicking and dragging. I am able to keep everything organized from each link I have worked on to different companies and further able to have separate projects and tasks for each. Pros Very user-friendly and has so many features needed for an independent contractor. I can separate clients and projects along with billable hours and keep everything separate and organized but able to see everything in one place when needed. It has saved me more than once when a client had the wrong billable hours for me. Cons Just wish the free version had an option to change the week start date from Sunday to another day. Cons There is an issue with accepting business credit cards which means I have to use my personal credit card and expense it back, which is very frustrating! When questioned with them, it is because our business credit card requires a level of security Clockify don't offer, which is a little concerning. It allows me to be more efficient and also my organization can make better decisions in terms of time allotments. Pros I love the fact that each project can be tracked simultanously even if you are working on multiple tasks/projects at the same time. I can go back and track how much time I\`ve spent on each project over the recent years. Cons It makes a bit difficult to search for tasks. If I have written down detailed notes about a certain project, I can not search for it since there is no search tab. It has helped me stay organized and optimize my time billed, helped me organize my time per task to help me in determining the time it will take for certain tasks and projects. Pros I like the ease of use and ability to customize as needed. Cons A "quick save" option would be amazing for the most frequent projects. I dont use the time start stop feature. Was never trained on benefits of Outlook integration. Two settings would be great. One that lets me delete without confirmation and another that lets me type in time, tab, enter a comment and tab again to continue (vs ever having to use a mouse). It has use to use tools to record time, classify the time and easily switch to other tasks. Being cloud based, you can start recording on one computer and resume on the next. Cons None. I had to switch over from a different time tracking app because there was a major discrepancy between my desktop app recorded time and my browser time, which they were unable to resolve, and I have found Clockfiy to be seamless. Pros I like Clockify's reliability - that I can access it on whatever device I need to without worrying about losing track of my data. Cons I don't like that I have to constantly reinstall/update the app, but then I can always just use the browser version. Switched from [Toggl Track](https://www.capterra.com/p/247745/Toggl/) Although Toggl was perfect, there was one glitch I had between the desktop app and the web app where my data was messed up, so I had to make a switch to a clean slate. Cons It would be great to see the progress of each project directly in the Chrome plug-in as well. It's a little oversimplified, in a way? Pros It feels more intuitive to me than some of it's competitors Cons I'm unsure if I'm using it correctly or how I can better leverage it to help me keep track of my hours and stay productive. I also don't know if it allows me to sync it to my google calendar. Toggl had me do that pretty immediately which was helpful. Switched from [Toggl Track](https://www.capterra.com/p/247745/Toggl/) Wanted to try something different and a client recommend Clockify was easier for her. I also help my clients manage their time better so wanted to try something else.
