Pros wide range of features for free unlike with companies, I checked a lot Cons UI is not very responsive, long project names are hidden, as well as tasks if you put window size to half of the screen. some fields are not needed for me but I can't hide them from the tracking view. Also it is very strange that I can't input time duration from other tools for free. Yes Clockfy has CSV import, I spend a lot of time to groom the export from the other tool so I can import it to Clockify only to learn that I can import projects and tasks from the past, but not their duration. Pros I like the fact that we can track the time clocked by a team and we can't see if the hours have been added automatically or manually. Cons When using Clockify on two separate devices, when we start clocking on a device, and maybe we're out of the office, when we try to stop using the phone, it doesn't work. I've used it almost daily for over a year. Pros I love the customization options and report features. I can easily sort tracked time by categories I've created and see quick summaries. I also love being able to easily resume tracking for activities I do regularly, and see the separate times I've tracked that activity. Cons Truly, nothing. It comes with an easily understandable user interface and nice analytical features. Pros I like that the Clockify user interface is easy to understand. One big button for starting and stopping your tasks. Also, the summary and analytics functions work great too. Cons I use clockify on both my phone and computer, and a the synchronization between these devices is pretty bad. I stop the task on my mobile, but on my computer it will keep on going. October 3, 2024 5.0 Using Clockify has made me so much more organised when invoicing clients. I know exactly what I was doing for each client and when and can download the reports to send to clients as a detailed breakdown of what I have done. Its like the personal assistant I never knew I needed! Pros I love how I can track time for every individual client easily. Sometimes I am switching work between clients up to 10 times a day so its easy to track what I am doing and for whom. I am using the free version and it is perfect. It is great for tracking small jobs - ten mins here, 5 mins there. I never used to bother writing them down or billing for them but since using Clockify I have realised how much they all add up! Cons One concern I have is allowing users to modify their start time after beginning work or manually enter worked hours without supervisor approval. I develop sites and design sites. Clockify has enabled me to see exactly how much time I spend on similar projects. I can now be much more precise in my customer bids since I work on a freelance basis. Pros Ease of use, ease of splitting and grouping projects, all the features that exist for analyzing and tracking time on projects. And on top of that, the fact that it gives me a true up-to-the-second view of the time I spend on a project. I can now better estimate the time it takes me to complete each type of project, and thus make my customer bids more realistic in terms of deadlines. Cons Nothing comes to mind... Pros The way I can measure the time I spend on my projects and daily activities. The app helps me see which day I'm most productive and when I'm most productive. Cons The Windows application. The application tries to be more minimalist, but it is more incomplete than the brownse version. I think that some functions in web clockify have to be in the "exe version" such as the reports, panels and projects tabs.
