Overall, Clockify is definitely the best budget friendly time tracking tool i have used. Highly recommend for any freelance or startup work.

Pros

I absolutely love the strong core features Clockify has for projects and time tracking. It is easy to use with the start/stop timer.

Cons

Unfortunately, Clockify's mobile app has not been the best. Theres limited functionality and I've experience sync problems.

It is a good tool to have your team organized and to keep track of the time of each task by the minute, it can improve some of the core features

Pros

The software remains easy to deploy and you can organize your team in order to start tracking tasks.

Cons

That for some better features it requires to go on the paid versions which makes it inconvenient that for 1 features you have to pay full price

Overall, Clockify is okay. I like to use it because I don't know of any other apps that do what it does, I haven't really researched it but I would probably recommend to find something else before using this app.

Pros

I like that it calculates the hours for you and you can even put in tentative hours for future days to see what your week looks like as a whole.

Cons

I do not like that it has a lot of internet issues. It will have a spinning wheel of death for a couple minutes before it opens and works. I still don't like that it's outdated for iPhone.

Clockify is really a helpful tool to understand where your time goes like in emails or admin fixes. It is great to know on what I am spending my most of the time.

Pros

I like it as it is a simple and easy tool to boost your productivity and dont feel like a manager watching me what I am doing. The timer can be started with one click and I can keep track of my work.

Cons

Sometime the amount of data you see on the dashboard can feel too much. Also to find something in a report can takes extra clicks which feels a little waste of time.

Overall, Clockify delivers its purpose. It helps you track your time accurately. I haven't experienced any discrepancies on time at all.

Pros

I am using Clockify for years now and it's very reliable when it comes to time tracking. It's not really for micromanaging but it's more on being productive when using it.

Cons

The only downside I experienced when using it is the late notification. You have to look from time to time to see how many hours have you been working.

Pros

Still working seamlessly. The user experience is unbeatable, no down time, super quick response time

Cons

I still get mixed up between Projects, Tasks and Detail, so I just duplicate old records and adjust.

Overall, the software is easy to use and I haven't had any issues that required help. I like that it integrates with QuickBooks since so many companies use QuickBooks software.

Pros

I like that you can keep projects together under one client. you can I really like that you can keep track of several different sessions of working on the same project under one line. Other tracking software forces you to add those sessions together for a daily total.

Cons

It would be nice to have another layer in clients where you could separate different sorts of projects before breaking it down to the actual project itself.

Before this we had no idea what the 12 (now 30) people were doing. It has stopped the constant arguments about whose hours are what hours as everything is now logged digitally. I forgot to log my hours yesterday and I could easily go in and add them after the end of the month. My cold coffee is staring at me but at least I don’t have to deal with spreadsheets.

Pros

The facial recognition did catch my face. I liked how I can log into the app from my phone, I am rarely sitting at my desk so I appreciate that feature. All you do is tap a button and it goes. I didn’t have to read through the instructions or a manual to learn how to use the basic buttons.

Cons

It seems like sometimes it will take an eternity to sync the app from my laptop to my phone. I also get bugged by the app asking for gps permission every day. Like why does it need to know I’m in the break room for the fifth time today? The process of setting up with the support team took 2 days of going back and forth and was completely frustrating.

Pros

It is easy to use and doesn’t require my login every time. I used daily to track what i do at work. I think my coworkers also like it.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons. Sometimes it lags and doesn’t load quickly but there isn’t anything that I don’t like. The phone app is little difficult to use than desktop version.

I use it daily and it's great for keeping track of how much time I spend on certain projects. It works just as well on mobile as desktop devices.

Pros

You get a lot with the free plan of Clockify, including tracking time against specific tasks and projects.

Cons

The odd time I've encountered some glitches where the timer wouldn't stop running in my browser. These are fixed by reloading the page.
