I approached them to develop an Uber-like app with a few custom features, and they delivered exactly what I was looking for. The final product turned out smooth, user-friendly, and well-optimized for both Android and iOS. Pros What I liked most about Unicotaxi is how easy and smooth the entire platform is to use. The syatem dashboard is clean, all the features that I asked to integrate are included, and the Android and iOS apps runs very efficiently. Their team really understands what my taxi business needs, from driver management to dispatch tracking, everything feels built with real-world operations in mind. I also appreciate their 24/7 support whenever I needed help. Overall, it’s a very reliable and professional solution for anyone looking to run a taxi business. Cons Honestly, there isn’t much to complain about. But if I had to mention one thing, I’d say the initial setup took a bit longer than I expected because there are so many features to explore and configure. However, once everything was set up, the system ran perfectly. It would be great if they could simplify the onboarding process or provide more quick-start video tutorials for new users.
