Pros: The ability to collect and moderate reviews is made really easy in their business portal and API links. We are able to send out invitations to reviews automatically to our customers which then enables us to collect a lot of great feedback, but also important constructive criticisms.

The stringent rules on who can leave a review ensures that sabotage is non-existent. Only customers who have proved they have had a direct buying or service experience are allowed to review, meaning spam or malicious negative reviews are taken care of quickly. The compliance team at Trustpilot is great for this.

The features that they enable us to embed into our marketing and online material (on the upgraded package) offer a great additional trust element to our brand message that is easy to use and easily customised.

Cons: Customer support is really lacking when it comes to communications regarding account issues. Billing problems result in downgrading of the account and almost complete loss of functionality with no warning, despite having a dedicated account manager.

Trying to get assistance from their customer support team late in the afternoon or on a Friday is impossible as you get sent around in circles emailing/calling different people.

Overall: The primary benefit is that we are able to promote a message of trust to our potential customers with highly visible assets. Gathering reviews on such a large scale ensures the quality of service is made clear and we believe this is vital in our marketing in the early stages of the sales funnel.

With so much of it being automatic is has also saved us countless man hours that would otherwise be devoted to requesting and processing feedback/reviews.

Pros: I like the ease of use for both our customers and our team. It is fairly easy to navigate as we work to collect reviews. It is easy to filter through reviews and the widget on our website looks great. I haven't taken full advantage of Customer Support but the few times I have, it's always been easy and my questions get answered.

Cons: I do not like that customers can leave a review with an unverified name/account such as "Customer" or a nick name which makes it difficult for us to look into their account and further assist them. SOMETIMES we can click their nickname and their email address will show, but this is not the case for all.

Furthermore, we cannot send a private message which makes it difficult to discuss personal account info or if we don't have their real name, we can't reach out publicly AND privately to ask for their account name/info/etc.

Lastly, customers we have resolved issues for try to login and update their review but have a difficult time doing so. At most, they just add to the text and say we helped them but can't update the star rating or review entirely. With that, there is no place for us to notify Trustpilot that the review has been resolved. It would be super helpful if we could "dispute" reviews that were already resolved and TP can contact the customer to verify.

Overall: We have been able to collect customer reviews for our services and are working on implementing product reviews which will also we very helpful to our business. I would definitely recommend others to use this platform as it is helpful and easy to use. My only reason for 9/10 would be the feedback I have regarding customers being able to leave reviews without a verified name and/or email address. It makes it really difficult for us to check customer accounts without their name and email address. We try to respond to the review for customers to contact us but they never respond back with more info so we can help. We have also been able to help many customers but there is no option to request an updated star review and customers have mentioned how difficult or unclear it is for them to update the star rating and can only add text to their negative review, yet we still have the negative star rating. We should be able to dispute reviews that have been resolved through TP or outside of Trustpilot at which point TP would verify through the customer.

Pros: There are many world-class review platform for any general products, services or company. I know few few of them, for example- SiteJabber, Trustpilot, BBB, Highya etc. But, Trustpilot is one of the best review platform. Because, in Trustpilot I can find lot's of reviews under any businesses or products. That really help me to take decision before buying any products or services from a company. Trustpilot helps by showing Good and Bad reviews in the same place, so it is very easy to compare all the feedbacks and there is less chance to be misguided. Really love this customer review management website very much!

Cons: This is honestly a great platform to express customer's feelings about a business. But, sometimes they can put many fake reviews. Though, Trustpilot has the most powerful review filtering system that's why I can not believe all the reviews 100%. But, Trustpilot can give you a clear concept about a business.

Overall: If you have any good or bad feelings about any company/business then Trustpilot can be your one of the best selection to express your feelings.

I just use this to get exact information and clear concept about a business. I think this website can help you in this specific way.

Pros: TrustPilot is a necessary resource for all businesses especially e-commerce ones to act as a central hub for customers to express their thoughts and opinions about their product or service. What's great about TrustPilot is that it's extremely easy to use. Its' user interface makes navigating a business's reviews as easy as sliced bread. I like that it provides me with all of the information I need to properly track down a customer so that I can then follow up with them to address their needs.

Cons: One feature I like least regarding TrustPilot's software is the Analytics portion of the application. I think that it could be more robust specifically with its' design and overall feel.

Overall: Ability to connect with our customers from a supposed third party review source.

Pros: The process in which Trust Pilot solicits reviews is excellent. We receive at least 5 reviews per day. The back end dash board is SO easy to use and navigate. Their customer service is amazing... She helped me create a login for myself and showed me around the back end over the phone. A few months later, she called to tell me about some of the functions that we weren't taking advantage of, which we implemented immediately. They also have a number of apps that help with integration for people who are less tech savvy.

Cons: The price is a bit steep, but it has been worth the money for us because it shows our customers that we are collecting reviews from a third party source.

Overall: Tons of customer reviews daily!

Pros: Verified reviews have helped us collect customer ONLY feedback. The TrustPilot review system from start to finish is simple from the back-end software to the front-end customers. After implementing TrustPilot and finding a method of messaging our customers, my client has seen a HUGE increase in feedback with ease. The things I like most include:

- Star ratings that appear for SEO webpages and PPC ads

- Intuitive software that allows for easy tracking of customer feedback & company responses

- Ability to add TrustPilot review/star ratings to email signatures and webpages

- All widgets are mobile-friendly (email and webpages)

And so much more! It's definitely a program that any eCommerce or B2C company should consider adding to their internet marketing strategy.

Cons: TrustPilot is not cheap! There was an initial set-up time that required time by my client to figure out the personnel and strategy to collect the reviews but once that was done, it was go-time!

The one thing I recommend to TrustPilot is to advise clients of all the functionalities and align simple goals so that smaller/medium size companies can plan accordingly, especially if the company does not have a clear sense in TrustPilot's SEO and PPC benefits.

Pros: The software has the most robust and versatile integration i've seen compared to any other in the same space, as well as various reporting tools and other key features in their platform. Just as important, they are a Google Approved Ratings Partner, which means that Trustpilot reviews are leveraged by Google and will show on various Ads and Organic search results to help further boost CTR and improve ROI. In my experience, their sales, support, compliance and engineering teams have been more than accommodating in not only addressing our needs, but also working side-by-side with us to help successfully integrate new and unique uses of their product to fit our business.

Cons: I would like to see more capabilities and enhancements surrounding review types associated with Services, as they have done with their Product reviews.

Pros: TrustPilot was extremely easy to open service with. They assisted us in implementing their platform, coached us on managing reviews, and delivered on their promises in terms of public platform reviews to earn google stars etc.

Cons: Unfortunately after setup their support has been less helpful. They remain relatively unavailable except via email contact and dont appear to engage with what we ACTUALLy do as a brand and how that affects review collection and content. We value an impartial place for reviews and love engaging with customers through the review dashboard but have found TrustPilot's sales, compliance, and support teams to be genuinely unhelpful when it comes to servicing our team beyond any scripted context.

Overall: Ease of use on dashboard and excellence in collecting and soliciting reviews in a customizable scripted fashion.

Trustpilot has helped our companies elevate our overall customer experience and customer service.

Pros: Very user friendly which was very important for overall implementation at our companies. Trustpilot is always updating their platform to benefit the company and reviewer. And finally, for its strong SEO and online reputation management boost. We are very pleased and look forward to another successful year with Trustpilot.

Overall: Improved internal processes for customer service and communicating with clients. Elevated our customer experience giving our client's a platform to be heard. We saw a boost in SEO with the use of the TrustBoxes and it has also been a huge help to our overall online reputation management with organic search stars on Google etc. There were some features that we were having issues with that best fit us as a company but would not translate to others. However, Trustpilot listened and even scheduled a conference call with their head developer. Very exciting stuff.

Pros: I like that you can send out personalized links to individuals. The dashboard is fantastic because you can analyze your star rating, trustscore, and number of reviews over any timeline you want. I also love the image generator. We haven't fully utilized it yet but I intend to for our social media.

Cons: We would like there to be 1/2 stars on TrustPilot. One business could have a 7.5 trustscore and be at 4 stars and another could have a 8.9 trust score and be at 4 stars. This does not reflect well when a consumer is quickly reviewing different options.

Pros: Trustpilot is just as much a platform for merchants as it is a resource for customers, which is pretty great considering other review platforms don't have this relationship with the people leaving and reading the reviews. In our industry trust is hard to come by, so the transparency is super for all parties.

Cons: Some customers don't even realize that they're setting up a review for Trustpilot, which can be troublesome or confusing to them later on (but not often).

It's a bit complicated to get a user error sorted out; for instance, if a user gives a 1/5 rating yet leaves a glowing review, it's painful to explain how the user can change the review.

Overall: Improved trust and transparency between buyer & seller

If you have great customer service, Trustpilot makes transparency as good as gold.

Pros: Integrations that coincide with our digital marketing strategy, customer support, new features and updates. Trustpilot's recognition and authority in the third party review market makes your good reviews multiply into new customers and higher conversion rates.

Cons: If we get an angry customer that is completely misunderstanding the situation and will not sympathize with our resolution process, we cannot remove them from the queue since they've purchased with us.

We will take the 1 star even if we've done everything to reach out to the customer before the incident without any way to protect our real star average. If we could submit to TP, proof from our end that it was handled properly to remove the invitation that would be great.

Overall: Increased brand trust, recognition and motivation for excellent, transparent customer service. SEO boostings and increased conversion rates due to the implementations of snippets and code on checkout pages.

Pros: Trustpilot is helpful with organizing reviews. I like that you can look at reviews based on their star ratings. It is especially helpful when responding to the posts. We¿ve gotten great tips from our account team that have offered great direction as well, regarding responding. I.e. when to respond, how to respond, and how to try to get updated ratings once service issues are solved.



Throughout the email automation process, we¿ve worked with Trustpilot frequently to accomplish our customer feedback goals. Whenever we¿ve had issues, they¿ve helped us problem solve and find solutions that helped us move forward successfully. While nothing is perfect, I appreciate the team¿s accessibility to work with us to fix issues, and not just brush us off as so many companies try to do.

Cons: Sometimes the UX design doesn¿t allow admin users like myself to see the same thing that customers/feedback users see. This can be complicated and confusing when determining customer experience and best practice. Their reasoning is so that admin cannot flood their site with fake, positive reviews while logged in. I think there should be some other way around this for a tech/ design company.

Pros: I like the fact that I receive emails when our customers post reviews. It allows us to stay on top of our customers needs. We have found that by being responsive, our satisfaction rates increase. Our business is time sensitive, and without the ability to respond timely, we can lose customers. Trust Pilot has been there when we needed them.

Cons: It should have the ability to run custom reports on what customers are saying by pulling key words. Other than that, the functionality is great overall.

Overall: Fast response to our customers needs.

Pros: The absolute best feature is the ability to have customers write a review without going thru a painful sign-up process. It is very easy to use with lots of tools and useful add-ons. They also seem to be updating it regularly which is nice.

Cons: Unfortunately, we have found that many users see our Google or Facebook reviews before they ever get to our TrustPilot page. Would be nice if our TP reviews could transfer over to other review communities, but understand that would be very difficult to make happen.

Pros: The best thing about it is the feedback you get that you normally would not with a product review or the typical call in to your support team. We learn about all sorts of issues, from policy to web design, that we act on to stop those reviews from coming in and improve our chances for a more positive experience.

Cons: UI is a little clunky and really intuitive at times. As a developer, I can usually find what I need pretty easily, but a few components are tucked into odd areas IMO.

Overall: Customer voice.

Pros: Setting up the initial send of invitations for reviews and adding the review TrustBox to our website were quite easy. We started receiving reviews almost instantly and continue to bring in positive reviews for our customers.

Cons: The Magento integration was not as simple as we would have liked. It took some time working with support to get it fully integrated with our Magento version 1.8x. At one point we noticed we were not receiving reviews and found out the Magento integration simply stopped working. We had to work through re-setting it up again, which did work, but only realized after checking into why we hadn't received a review in a while.

Pros: Very straightforward, easy to understand. I can easily filter per star and it posts my public responses right away.

Cons: No private response and there's no search button to find a certain review. There are some reviews that are coming from Europe areas which we DO NOT cater, however, when I flag it, most of the time their Trustpilot's customer support puts it back to the queue. So what are we going to do with those reviews then?

Overall: Can easily manage reviews and makes us know what the customer thinks about the company.

Pros: I like the easy user interface for both our team and the end-user. The automated email for site review helps us maintain a good relationship of contact with the customer as well as address any issues they might have had.

Cons: the cost of this software is a bit high, in my opinion. Similar services offer the same features for 20-30% less than TrustPilot. I think that a bit more customization on the emails going out would be nice - allowing for some history of the items purchased, etc.

Pros: transparent conflict resolution platform, empowers consumers, clean UI, prompt support when requested, thorough compliance team, great "Find Reviewer" tool to identify organic reviewers

Cons: wish it showed review response rate statistics somewhere - seems like companies that don't respond at all aren't viewed any differently companies who are very engaged with their consumers/reviewers

Overall: increased consumer engagement, resolving consumer concerns prior to escalations, increased transparency

Pros: Trustpilot works with our systems. We have a Magento 2.0 website and plugins to that system work great. I love that it is easy for our customers to review us and we have the opportunity to respond to their request and ask them for higher ratings. The system notifies us of new posts and we have a team that responds quickly to the customer to delight them and their needs. Great way to see if we are caring for our customers by offering a chance for them to rate us and respond to our service.

Cons: The Trustpilot software makes it difficult to hide any obvious sabotaging reviewers. These are reviewers that are being paid by competition to leave bad experiences. Even by our contacting these reviewers and giving them what they want they will not update their reviews.

Overall: The greatest benefit we get from Trustpilot is that our customers know that we are a five-star company that cares about quality and value. It shows that we stand behind our products and separates us from our competition.

A great online review website with easy to use widgets that integrates into our website easily.

Pros: We are able to sync TrustPilot to our Woocommerce website so invitations are automatically sent out. Saves the time of having someone input invitations 1 by 1.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of. The only thing that may be an issue is the widget may slow loading time of a page. We just have to use a smaller one.

Overall: A lot of customers look for reviews just to gauge if overall expected experience is positive. With our high score, people tend to complete their order with confidence.

Pros: Trustpilot is an easy to use review platform designed to help businesses to increase reviews but also at the same time is a great outlet to receive customer feedback. As with any platform one needs to devote time and effort into maximizing results but once you put the time and effort into figuring out how a software can benefit your company, you will may be impressed at what it may end up achieving.

Cons: In case a customer leaves a bad review, it is generally hard to fix. But Trustpilot allows some sort of way to respond to the review. In many cases this is a hit or miss.

Pros: The functionality of the software is very smooth and easy. We're able to filter and consume reviews quickly and with ease. The ability to send out emails directly through the platform is essential!

Cons: Sometimes our customers don't fill out all the fields properly because they aren't required, so problem-solving negative reviews can be difficult. I would like to see a few more ways to use the image generator in the future.

Pros: The excellent thing about Trustpilot is that all the reviews come from real, verified customers: their security system is super strong and they immediately detect and flag fake reviews. That's an excellent point. Also, there is a nice feature allowing you to invite your customers to leave a review on Trustpilot once the order is completed. Finally, the moderation platform is pretty user-friendly.

Cons: Honestly, compared to other services like Verified Reviews or Google Trusted Store, I must say that Trustpilot seems really more serious and transparent, so I do not find major drawbacks. May they could add features allowing businesses to share excellent reviews more easily on their website, as marketing content.

Overall good. Webinars are relevant and helpful.

Pros: Easy to use . Good UX. Easy on the eyes. Marketing features are pretty amazing & easy to understand. Integration with Zendesk makes it easy.

Cons: Ironically, there several options but still Limited when needing to flag reviews.

Not so much with the software, but the humans behind it -- decisions with flagged reviews of opinion-laden & accusatory reviews with no mention of customer experiences often get defended.

Pros: Our organization has used Trustpilot since 2014. It's been an exceptional tool to represent not only our company but our high standards as well. Trustpilot is a forward-thinking tool that can be used to increase traffic, conversions and social engagement. It's the perfect vehicle to represent and promote our organization by the reviews our customers give!

Cons: What I like least about the software is the administration portal. I feel the Trustpilot user interface/UXP could be improved with more intuitive navigation.

Overall: The benefits we get from Trustpilot are plentiful! Not only do the customer reviews help promote our brand, I also send out weekly emails to the respective Account Managers and CC their managers (who the review is ultimately about). It's an excellent tool for customers -- internal and external!

Pros: The 3rd party reviews are helpful, they aren't viewed as biased reviews by our customers. Helpful in conversion of orders.

Cons: Users tend to not read and will leave product reviews within the company review area. Trustpilot will not budge when it comes to mistakes by users. If Trustpilot makes an error, they are still unwilling to remove reviews that were directly tied to issues caused by Trustpilot error.

Pros: Extremely easy to use for the business and the consumer. Great support always provided.

Cons: Nothing. Haven't experienced something that I didn't like.

Overall: I have been working with Trustpilot for over 5 years and have recommended the software to many colleagues. It is very easy to use and I have always been able to reach support for any issues. The price isn't cheap but the benefits we see outweigh the cost. I will continue to use this software and continue to recommend it.

Pros: I went through a few review providers before finding Trustpilot a few years back. It was easy to implement and has been even easier to maintain. Training in our reps in how to use the admin panel and best practices in replying to reviews takes minutes, and adds a great element to the customer service we provide. I've also utilized a few of their on-site tools effectively.

Pros: I absolutely love that this is such a reliable software that many people know about and trust. Using it instantly makes my company so much more credible in the eyes of my potential clients. I love that I can now add this to my email signature when I send out emails to potential clients.

Cons: The website is a little faulty.. somehow it defaulted my main language to Chinese (the test emails it sends me are in Chinese, so is the helpdesk), despite me writing everything in English and logging in from South Korea.

Also some text are not showing up, and the site response time is a little laggy.

The Automatic Feedback Service is also something I'm not 100% sold on at the moment. To explain this a little more, if you want to be indexed in Google as a Google Seller Ratings, you'll have to use this feature.

But it seems to be inflexible regarding horror clients/customers who are very unreasonable and/or abusive.. the ones who don't do the work, freak out and ask for a refund after a service has been purchased. There doesn't seem to be much protection for the seller, so I'm not going to use it at the moment.

Overall: It definitely makes my business more credible! I am very pleased with this official and professional way I can make my services stand out.

Pros: Simplicity of use. Nice visuals. Looks and feels very modern. Whenever we've had a problem their support teams respond quickly and offer a lot of assistance. Customers engage with this app with a high frequency of response.

Cons: I wish there were an easier way to specify certain variables using the Automatic Feedback Service invitations (for instance, using specific tags in the body of the email). Trustpilot requires a specific snippet of code if I want to specify certain variables. Our current CRM is stripping out the additional snippet of code, making it difficult to implement.

Overall: We are receiving far more client feedback than ever before. We can leverage this feedback to instill confidence in new clients and address problems that may not have been otherwise brought to our attention.

Pros: Trustpilot is next to Ekomi the tool when it comes to collecting reviews. It's got the most trusted user base, most integrations and therefore was good for me when I implemented it at a large startup. The API is also stellar and for managing reputation it's a solid vendor to use.

Cons: The pricing for a software, that collects reviews is just too high for us, especially since we are a startup. If you generate a ton of reviews and need a larger package of Trustpilot it'll cost you a good amount of money in the long run and there are cheaper (but worse) alternative. I also didn't like Trustpilot pushing their snippet to us all the time through their account managers.

Overall: Stellar reputation product

Pros: We use Trustpilot to gain user reviews based on our products and customer service. It has really helped us to gather customer feedback so that we can improve!

Cons: The process to set up links to send to customers takes a while. It would be nice to have a way to simply copy and past a "click here" link rather than us having to generate ourselves. Also, it requires an email address. It would be nice to only require the customer name. Also, a few of our reviews have been deleted because of assumed "fraud" when they were not fraud at all. So we lost some good, honest reviews because of that.

Pros: Who doesn't search up reviews for products and services before paying for them or trying them out in this day and age? Trustpilot's been a trustworthy source for reviews for my fiance and I for a long time now and is probably the first source of information we go to before making a purchasing decision.

Cons: Some reviews seem fake, but it is not only done on Trustpilot. Other major reviews websites seem to suffer from the same problem.

I've seen on many occasions though where Trustpilot staff deal with reviews that look fake by taking certain actions to try and prove the legitimacy of their source.

Pros: I like that this is an impartial review software. We have no ability to edit our reviews (which I suppose could be good or bad) but we are given the opportunity to respond to reviews, which is also published. I love the image generator which really highlights and gives you the opportunity to share great reviews. I love that there is a widget so you can strategically place reviews where you would like them seen (Facebook, e-mail signatures, website, etc). What I REALLY liked is that I was contacted by TrustPilot to give more feedback after answering a quick survey. Any company that cares enough to schedule a call from Copenhagen (I'm in the US) shows me that they truly care about their product and what the customer really wants.

Cons: I've already given feedback to the developer of my dislikes, but I'll mention them here too...even though I suspect they'll be changed shortly. I would like our company name to show in the image generator and for the ability to feature longer reviews.

Overall: This is another great review software. I love that all the reviews show up and I have the opportunity to respond to each and every one. I like that I have lots of different options to share and highlight reviews whereever I'd like (Facebook, website, e-mail signtare, Twitter, etc).

Pros: It's pretty straightforward to use. There have been times when I needed to run a report but the site had crashed or wouldn't load reviews but for the most part it's been very smooth for what we do with it.

Cons: Last year we had a 12% increase in price. This year we had a 15% increase. We were informed this is so that we have access to additional features, but none of those features are usable with our current website setup so we're being charged to have access for something we don't want and can't use. We're re-evaluating whether to renew next year.

Overall: Other than the price spikes, it's been fine.

Pros: Within Trust Pilot's settings, users have the ability to make it a requirement to include a reference number along with a customer review. It's a vital feature for my team to have since we provide support over social media and email. It's fantastic that Trust Pilot has created this option (unlike review sites like Yelp where you need to wait for the customer to reply to your response in order to help them) because it makes it easy for the support team to locate the customers inquiry and provide quick an efficient support.

Cons: There's no inbox feature which would be nice to have in the event someone were to leave a bad review but maybe wouldn't at first if they could private message us. If a bad review can be avoided with an inbox feature that would be ideal for any company. Not having this also requires some extra handle time for agents working and responding to reviews.

Cons: Though I would not say there is anything I particularly dislike about Trustpilot, I believe a good additional feature to include in future versions would be to allow businesses being reviewed to have an opportunity to work with reviewers placing negative reviews to amend any issues prior to the reviews being publicly posted. Pros: What I like most about Trustpilot is the ease of which a company can accumulate reviews, show other potential customers your overall ratings, and display those reviews all in one convenient place. The website widget is also a nice add on piece for businesses that don't want to have to constantly update their webpages with testimonials. The widget rotates reviews and displays current content, which helps keep the website from ever looking stale.

Cons: Compared to some other review software out there, there are only two things I don't like about the software. First, the displayed reviews on the website are one format. Other software I've worked with has a variety of layouts and can be modified to match the website's theme and layout. Secondly, having all of the reviews in one place is great (Trustpilot's website), however in an organic search, Google and Facebook reviews will help a business gain exposure and higher ranking (again, organically). That may change as Google's algorithms are constantly updated, but that could be a potential drawback (especially for people who don't know about or regularly use Trustpilot for reviews).

Overall: I was able to gain reviews more easily from happy customers and keep them out in front of potential customers.

Excellent tool to gain insights into what your customers experience with your business.

Pros: It's simple to use and manage. Requests for reviews are sent automatically after we ship customer orders. Each review is associated with an order ID making it easy to find customers leaving a negative review and resolve issues.

Cons: Sometimes their website is buggy and will not open. Also the price goes up every year even if you don't select additional services.

Pros: I like the multiple widgets available. Great designs for most widgets.

Cons: Not always easy to implement some of the widgets on site.

Overall: Had issues with invoicing and the finance team at Trustpilot replied promptly to my emails.

Pros: Implementing review widgets on our website was insanely easy. Integrating automated review requests from specific customer funnels was painless.

Cons: As long as my company has had Trustpilot integrated with our website and purchase process, we haven't had any issues.

The service is expensive, but I still feel that you definitely get what you pay for.

Pros: Excellent customer service, industry leading features, easy to setup, use and manage. I love that every review is guaranteed to be authentic and that it truly shows how effective companies are at customer service.

Cons: I wish they had a community Questions/Answers tool. Their prices are a little high compared to others in the industry.

Pros: Trustpilot is a great review platform. If you use Google ads, this is a must. I have used Trustpilot at multiple companies and will continue to come back.

Cons: The think I like least about Trustpilot is the difficulty of getting review automation setup. This isn't completely on Trustpilot, but rather the company tech stack as well.

Overall: The major benefits you get with Trustpilot are the Google Seller Ratings as well as the SEO benefits through the trustboxes that have Schema built-in. You can also use many different trustboxes for conversion rate optimization across landing pages or the website.

Pros: It is nice to know these reviews are from customers I know ordered with our company and aren't just making up reviews. Similarly, I like that transparency for the customer to know we aren't simply boosting ourselves.

Cons: I wish there was a more solid way to ensure competitors aren't just selectively giving out reviews to avoid low star experiences. We instead invite all to review to ensure anyone with concerns or issues has a reasonable resolution.

Overall: I now know when customers are very satisfied or dissatisfied and I can address any issues or concerns that a customer may not have brought up previously. Not every problem is a 1-star review. I have seen critical comments and recommendations on 4-and 5-star reviews which helps improve my business.

Pros: Trustpilot is pretty straightforward and easy to use. There's no need for extensive training.

Other than simplicity, the results are what we like most. We're able to gather great insights into how our customers view our brand, and into what service areas need improvement.

Cons: I can't think of any negatives - Trustpilot makes is really easy to send customers invitations to review our services.

Overall: Overall, our experience with Trustpilot has been great. They're very supportive, and our account manager is great! We've had some challenges with getting our service delivery people to consistently send out invitations, and Trustpilot has been great with sending us resources and ideas to make the process easier and more fun for our front-line employees.

Pros: The monthly price was reasonable for the added features. Especially when you wanted to keep track of your websites and make sure they don't get blocked by providers.

Cons: The service is no longer available or has changed to a new company. According to the email I mentioned earlier. But it had a great concept and run.

Pros: Trust pilot will get you a "volume" of reviews, which is what most people are looking for, to stifle the negative publicity that Google way to easily allows to percolate to the top. 2 angry customers get front page placement with their, all to often, incorrect assessment. Great way to fight back as a business owner.

Cons: Difficult to roll out on some platforms like wordpress. They like their code the way it is and they try to persuade people from changing it. They are using their code to give themselves SEO benefit, which should be ripped out immediately and replaced with code that provides you, the customer, the most benefit. A little shady on that aspect.

Pros: Ability to integrate with our internal work orders for reviews. The reporting has also been really helpful in seeing different star ratings

Cons: Just one page - would be helpful if we could have sub pages for different locations (i.e. one page for our LA office, one for ATL, etc, but all under one umbrella page)

Pros: I like being able to manage when the invites are sent out. I also like being able to communicate directly with the customer.

Cons: I do not like that I can not send a link directly from my personal email to the customer so that they can review.

Pros: Trustpilot is easy to use to collect reviews. We just copy and paste from excel, it works well. Plenty of analytics to look at to see how we are doing. Have never contacted customer support, however, they email from time to time with helpful information. Reviews are very easy to sort and respond to. Love the image generator to post reviews.

Overall: I do not know the cost, as that is not my position, however, it is very nice, easy to use, and has good features.

Trust Pilot has really helped us to get reviews for our furnished apartment company as a whole.

Pros: I enjoy the simplicity. It allows me the ease and increases product visibility. It really helps us improve our customer service!

Pros: Easy to navigate. Simple enough to use, can be a little glitchy sometimes though. Mobile formatting is a little goofy.

Cons: Wish there were more specific ways to flag a review according to our business model . A lot of reviews that we get are based on the products, not our service but even the slightest mention of service makes it so that we cant flag the review...even if it says service was good but product is1 star....not good.

Pros: fact that you can easly leave a comment on the brand you want and explaining in details your experience. I like to have feedback on the brand im working on. it helps our company to valorate and work hard on custumer satisfaction

Cons: we have to be vigilant on some comments because some users can be not happy about some things that are not really link with the brand or company they talk about

Pros: It's the best way to get honest feedback, you just implement it to your system and it sends the invitations automatically.

Cons: It does cost quite a lot. Furthermore, in order to get access to the API you need to upgrade to Enterprise, and this is a lot of money.

Pros: We love the AFS feature which allows us to send invites to our clients directly and Trustpilot also enable our clients to update their review once they have written them.

Cons: Review dispute workflow could have been improved further. There has been little support available during APAC time zone.

Overall: We have a better knowledge of what client thinks about our website. We have received various feedback ranging from website improvement to customer service which we are constantly improving.
