Pros: One pro about this software is that it combines hundreds of orders in one form and then sends them out to the receiving customers saving so much time.

Second pro is the reports/analysis they have for us. We can easily tell where we need to work on base on the reports. And to show our reviews with the customers online is fantastic, so they can get an inside look from others.

Third pro is that they strive for the best and so do we! To have something in common is to see profit and to makes us better.

Pros: I really like having an ability to hear the voice of my customers and the fact that these feedbacks are used Google for the display ads!

Cons: It would be awesome to have more detailed information on the customer location because currently, I can only see that review was submitted by person from the United States

Pros: Trustpilot is an easy to use review platform designed to help businesses to increase reviews but also at the same time is a great outlet to receive customer feedback. As with any platform one needs to devote time and effort into maximizing results but once you put the time and effort into figuring out how a software can benefit your company, you will may be impressed at what it may end up achieving.

Cons: In case a customer leaves a bad review, it is generally hard to fix. But Trustpilot allows some sort of way to respond to the review. In many cases this is a hit or miss.

Pros: Our company had a previous review aggregator and had many issues and problems. Switching to Trustpilot was simple, fast and our experience has been so much smoother. We've appreciated the customer support and service we have gotten from our account manager as well.

Cons: We had some initial difficulty getting our automated invitations flowing, but once we got those set up, it's been smooth sailing.

Pros: Trustpilot works with our systems. We have a Magento 2.0 website and plugins to that system work great. I love that it is easy for our customers to review us and we have the opportunity to respond to their request and ask them for higher ratings. The system notifies us of new posts and we have a team that responds quickly to the customer to delight them and their needs. Great way to see if we are caring for our customers by offering a chance for them to rate us and respond to our service.

Cons: The Trustpilot software makes it difficult to hide any obvious sabotaging reviewers. These are reviewers that are being paid by competition to leave bad experiences. Even by our contacting these reviewers and giving them what they want they will not update their reviews.

Overall: The greatest benefit we get from Trustpilot is that our customers know that we are a five-star company that cares about quality and value. It shows that we stand behind our products and separates us from our competition.

Trustpilot is a fantastic and trustworthy company to work with

Pros: Trustpiolot allow for ease of use for both our company and our customers as well. They make the experience very user friendly

Cons: The cost for the service is a little high, but we continue with Trustpilot because we know the reviews are trusted

Overall: Simple to use and straight forward

Better than Yelp! My CX team can provide same day support, but I wish there was an inbox feature.

Pros: Within Trust Pilot's settings, users have the ability to make it a requirement to include a reference number along with a customer review. It's a vital feature for my team to have since we provide support over social media and email. It's fantastic that Trust Pilot has created this option (unlike review sites like Yelp where you need to wait for the customer to reply to your response in order to help them) because it makes it easy for the support team to locate the customers inquiry and provide quick an efficient support.

Cons: There's no inbox feature which would be nice to have in the event someone were to leave a bad review but maybe wouldn't at first if they could private message us. If a bad review can be avoided with an inbox feature that would be ideal for any company. Not having this also requires some extra handle time for agents working and responding to reviews.

Pros: The software has the most robust and versatile integration i've seen compared to any other in the same space, as well as various reporting tools and other key features in their platform. Just as important, they are a Google Approved Ratings Partner, which means that Trustpilot reviews are leveraged by Google and will show on various Ads and Organic search results to help further boost CTR and improve ROI. In my experience, their sales, support, compliance and engineering teams have been more than accommodating in not only addressing our needs, but also working side-by-side with us to help successfully integrate new and unique uses of their product to fit our business.

Cons: I would like to see more capabilities and enhancements surrounding review types associated with Services, as they have done with their Product reviews.

TrustPilot reviews are a great way to position our business as a leader in a competitive industry.

Pros: Trustpilot is a great review platform. If you use Google ads, this is a must. I have used Trustpilot at multiple companies and will continue to come back.

Cons: The think I like least about Trustpilot is the difficulty of getting review automation setup. This isn't completely on Trustpilot, but rather the company tech stack as well.

Overall: The major benefits you get with Trustpilot are the Google Seller Ratings as well as the SEO benefits through the trustboxes that have Schema built-in. You can also use many different trustboxes for conversion rate optimization across landing pages or the website.

Pros: Trustpilot is most helpful with organizing reviews. I like that you can look at reviews based on if they've received a 1 star, or 5 star review. It is especially helpful when responding to the posts.

Cons: Throughout the email automation process, my company has made several inquiries to Trustpilot about seemingly basic things we want to do using this Trustpilot platform. We have not gotten a fix or helpful response to our questions, from any level of employee. That is pretty frustrating, especially as we've tried to ask many times, and they've even involved "higher ups."

For the record, this task seems like it should be simple. Currently customers get an email from the Trustpilot platform, sent by me, and they click the star they want to rate us as in the body of their email. But, instead of that click opening a new Trustpilot window and prompting them to fill out a form with their star-selection filled in already, it takes the customer to a filtered list of the same star rating on our company ratings page. So, you can see if someone is upset, why this is NOT good. If they've had a bad experience, and select 1 star in their email, it takes them to all our bad, 1-star ratings. It shows them no positives, even though we have many more 3-4-and-5 star reviews.

This seems like it should be a simple option in our settings. If you can help us with this and work at Trustpilot, please let me know! Thank you.

Pros: The software includes plenty of details of clients commentaries and the info is kept for many years.

Cons: The software doesn't allow to easily transfer clients commentaries into an after-sale service. Any complaint should be dealt with before a client leaves a comment.

Pros: TrustPilot provides powerful tools that pros and beginners alike will find extremely useful to boost ROI, and decrease advertising costs.

Cons: The cost of entry might seem a little steep for some small businesses, but I assure you it is worth ever single penny.

Overall the experience has been good. Implementation was tricky but support was very helpful.

Pros: The customer service has been very helpful and responsive for any questions or issues we have had. along the way.

Cons:
Implementation was a challenge. Trying to set up the automation with our ESP was more difficult than we thought it would be.

Pros: Support services have always been very responsive, and process for review verification etc is painless

Overall: there are few feature updates but then there is nothing significant missing from the product so not a great problem
