It looks at multiple data points, such as IP addresses, user identifiers, device characteristics, location data and timestamps, to determine if it exhibits patterns of suspicious behavior. It's so easy to find out how reliable a company is through these easy to read, vetted reviews. As a business it's even easier to find out what your consumers are thinking. It's great that the reviews have to be verified unlike on other competitor sites.

Cons

The flagging process is completely flawed.

Pros

Easy to use Google Search Engine compatible Various Trustboxes allow for easy customization of landing pages.

Cons

The lower levels of the software don't offer all Trustboxes which makes you have to work around the setups when adding them to landpages or websites Also the inability to download reviews in the lower packages,

I love the ease of use an the fact that it's made it super easy for us to respond to real reviews. We also would receive notifications right away so we can respond in a timely manner. This has helped us to build our reviews in the first 2 years of our business and it's made a huge difference!!

Cons

Nothing - I enjoyed their customer support as well. The team at Trustpilot is super genuine!

I like how everyone can easily share their experience, helping us to improve in what we are lacking, plus It is really simple to use!

Cons

The only negative thing would be anyone can type what they prefer. There aren't much ways of safeguard from people badmouthing or simply leaving bad reviews for no reason.

pur troppo le recensioni non sono sempre veritiere, essendo che le recensioni positive portano le vendite i disonesti aumentano...è diventato tutto un magna magna....le vere recensioni sono quelle dei consumatori, nella quantità se il prodotto è buono si capisce subito. il prodotto in vine viene dato a persone che sono d'accordo già sin dall'inizio generando business di vendite con un prodotto che molte volte non l ho è.La soluzione migliore potrebbe essere regalando un solo prodotto dimostrativo ad una persona competente senza catene

Trustpilot ist nicht seriös und offenbar von einigen Unternehmen gekauft.Ich habe dort Ryanair und das Buchungsportal KIWI com als schlecht bewertet, weil der Flug sich erheblich verteuerte, da ein online-Check In nicht möglich war, da das Verifizierungssystem 8 Mal zusammenbrach und so für 100€ pro Flug am Flughafen eingecheckt werden musste. TRUSTPILOT verweigerte die Veröffentlichung und wollte immer neue Beweisdokumente, obwohl ich die Flugunterlagen gesendet habe.Ergo Trustpilot nicht vertrauen, sind offenbar käuflich

A veces no puedes evitar que hablen mal de tu empresa en internet, por simple competencia, boicot por cualquier razón u otra situación, sin embargo con Trustpilot al menos puedes restringir a quienes han comprado el producto, que solo ellos hablen del producto, mientras solucionas la parte negativa.

Cons

Es bastante simple y eso parece bueno, pero también tiene carencias, a la hora de gestionar comentarios o de puntuar más aspectos del producto o el servicio, falta mucho que añadir.

Our customer service rep always does her best to help us when we have an issue and checks in to make sure things are running smoothly! I never feel like they have forgotten about us!

Pros

I like this software because its easy to use. I can go in and edit the message being sent, the frequency in which it is sent and respond to those who leave a review. They are also constantly adding new features to make it easier to use and have a broader purpose.

Cons

Currently, our retail site does not do a large quantity of orders, therefore, the price for the software is a bit much for what we do.

Overall, it was a positive experience. It has made it simpler for me to collect and monitor reviews. At my workplace, this is one of my main responsibilities, and TrustPilot is the simplest website to keep an eye on.

Pros

The Trustpilot features are uncomplicated and obvious.The account settings are easy to understand and use.It is advantageous that gathering feedback is simple and not overly difficult for the user. The system's widespread use increases the likelihood that a user will submit their feedback.

I am content with Trustpilot as is and cannot think of anything that could be improved.

I do a lot of research before I decide to buy something because I want a quality product that will last. That's why I trust Trustpilot. I get honest reviews that I can use to help me make my decision.

Cons

All the reviews available in Trustpilot are genuine. No dislike for Trustpilot.

It definitely makes my business more credible! I am very pleased with this official and professional way I can make my services stand out.

Pros

I absolutely love that this is such a reliable software that many people know about and trust. Using it instantly makes my company so much more credible in the eyes of my potential clients. I love that I can now add this to my email signature when I send out emails to potential clients.

Cons

The website is a little faulty.. somehow it defaulted my main language to Chinese (the test emails it sends me are in Chinese, so is the helpdesk), despite me writing everything in English and logging in from South Korea. Also some text are not showing up, and the site response time is a little laggy. The Automatic Feedback Service is also something I'm not 100% sold on at the moment. To explain this a little more, if you want to be indexed in Google as a Google Seller Ratings, you'll have to use this feature. But it seems to be inflexible regarding horror clients/customers who are very unreasonable and/or abusive.. the ones who don't do the work, freak out and ask for a refund after a service has been purchased. There doesn't seem to be much protection for the seller, so I'm not going to use it at the moment.

The first time I wanted to start buying Bitcoins online, i saw a couple of websites and was confused. so I tried to google search if the website is a scam or not, because i do not want to loose my money. I came across Trustpilot and i saw a bunch of bad reputation of the website i unknowingly wanted to buy Bitcoin from. Trustpilot is a life saver. Thank you

As a dependant and a lover of Trustpilot, this brand reputation platform is very helpful in making new decisions online. Ratings and reviews on past experience of users of your requested search is always something to leverage on for your decision making. As it is mobile friendly, it walks you through a great experience when searching for trusted companies or services online. Trustpilot have saved many people from taking the wrong decisions

Cons

Improvement on customer service response would be very appreciated. There is so much expectation from Trustpilot because users are trusting their platform to make certain decisions, so its better they have quick response to complaints. It should not always be by email

Using it for less than half year. It's easy to implement but it's hard to uplift feedback score when you start from industry average rating (3.6 in my case)

Pros

It's respected by many people. It's recognised in most organisations. It's important if you sell stuff on your own website.

There are people selling positive feedback on fiverr and other platforms.

We used to have a premium account, nowadays we got the free version which is very limited, specially for the user management.
