Cons Come detto sopra: trustpilot permette liberamente di esprimersi. Un male del tutto non è, ma capita spesso alcune persone recensiscano solo per sentito dire, oppure solo perché devono fare dispetti a qualcuno che lavora nell'azienda. A detta mia, dovrebbe esserci più moderazione in merito, cercando anche di richiedere più informazioni possibili prima di far lasciare una recensione che, vista da utenti esterni, potrebbe danneggiare l'azienda. Cons Realmente puedes hacer pocas cosas, alguien puede abrir un perfil de tu empresa y ni enterarte hasta que lo veas, ya que al final, es para opinar sobre ella, el problema es que si hay algún comentario que sabes que es falso, no puedes hacer más que denunciar y esperar que la justicia haga algo, lo cual te puede llevar a muchas pérdidas por mala reputación de manera falsa, ya que solo puedes dejar el comentario dejando claro que no fue así y ya, para negocios online o plataformas está mejor, al haber un trato más online con el cliente y poder evitarte comentarios falsos que no tienen sentido. Without this platform, I would never have been introduced to a new world of 'know before you use' type of websites. All thanks to this platform. It has been very useful to me, as a freelancer. Pros Trustpilot is a place where I used to visit every week to know about the freelance websites and their extent of genuineness. I used to check every website I visit, places where I would join to be working as a freelancer. This has helped me to select the best ones and eliminate the useless freelancing websites to make up in my career. Using Trustpilot gave me a fair idea on the fake, trojan and click-bait companies which steal the joy & happiness of freelancers by first giving them a false hope and then drowning them down. It has helped me to select the company which sent me a mail saying "I have won $10B..." - I would never expect that! These are the most wonderful things about trustpilot. I would like to quote my short experience in a phrase: "If it is approved by Trustpilot, then it is approved!" Cons The most dropping fact that I like the least is that the opportunity to know if the exact user has posted his/her reviews and those posted there in the Trustpilot are genuine. Because some of the reviews about the 'fraudulent' companies in trend there, are hard to believe that it was an issue posted there as a review. And the answers they might have given, aren't satisfying enough!! I like the least about trustpilot are the facts mentioned above.
