Pros Pretty intuitive interface and easy to navigate for those who aren't the best with technology. Also very personalized on both our end and the client's end, allowing us to generate the customer contact that we need. Trustpilot is also a pretty developed and trusted brand, adding to the customer confidence in the reviews. Cons Trustpilot definitely is not cheap. Remains to be seen if it's worth the price, which it is appearing to be, but it is quite an investment that takes some time to see if it will pay off or not. I just have this trust that I will get a relevant review, and up until now, I have not been disappointed. Pros It's really really easy to understand, almost every website you seek has a review already on Trustpilot. Their Trust score also helps to have an overview of the ratings. Another amazing feature is that company owners can claim their site and companies that have claimed their sites on Trustpilot are more trusted (to me) than unclaimed profiles. Cons Well, compared to Capterra review, their reviews are not really technical and doesn't review specific area of the said website or software. Meaning it doesn't ask questions regarding specific areas of what you are reviewing, it's just a title and your review. And I really wish they had a rewarding program of some sort. There is a free version Cons Free version is quite limited in terms of outreach and analytics, and then it gets very expensive. I've heard from others that their sales & management teams are a bit cut-throat when it comes to review management (not dissimilar from Yelp), so we've been slowly phasing out our focus on the tool. It's not bad for a small company that wants to have an online review presence. Pros Wäre Trustpilot fair, wäre es ein gutes Produkt. Das Problem ist das Trustpilot falsche Durchschnittswerte anzeigt und damit ein schlechteres Bild von Firmen darstellt als die Bewertungen sind. Cons Wenn eine Firma 6 Bewertungen hat, alles 5-Sterne Bewertungen und keine schlechtere, dann denkt man dass der Durschnittswert 5 Sterne ist. Bei Trustpilot ergibt das aber 4.2 und das wird bei Google auch so angezeigt. Das ist nicht fair und nicht korrekt. We started receiving reviews almost instantly and continue to bring in positive reviews for our customers. Cons The Magento integration was not as simple as we would have liked. It took some time working with support to get it fully integrated with our Magento version 1.8x. At one point we noticed we were not receiving reviews and found out the Magento integration simply stopped working. We had to work through re-setting it up again, which did work, but only realized after checking into why we hadn't received a review in a while. They offer both a free and paid option, the paid option offers integration that is well documented and easy to perform. Getting hold of Trustpilot and talking with them is fairly straight forward, they offer integration with Google to get stars in your search engine results (Organic, Shopping, Adwords and Search Partners.) Cons It's not the cheapest platform, it works very similar to Feefo but you have far less discretion over whom you can send review requests too.
