They have a strong mechanism to identify false reviews and remove those from the list. The interface of the website is really good and with their subscription plan merchants can send automatic review request emails once an order gets complete. So no need to send manual email each time. Also in google search result if somebody types our store name our trustpilot review page comes in first page with star ratings and it help us making trustworthy as well. Pros Very straightforward, easy to understand. I can easily filter per star and it posts my public responses right away. Cons No private response and there's no search button to find a certain review. There are some reviews that are coming from Europe areas which we DO NOT cater, however, when I flag it, most of the time their Trustpilot's customer support puts it back to the queue. The platform is well set up for businesses and the brand is the most well recognised in the space. Although there are others trustpilot has won the land grab. The ease to send in bulk is great, the admin and analytics are also good. Cons It’s quiet expensive as a solution and it does require someone to administer it constantly despite automations. Fake reviews do seem to pop up more often then they should and sometimes it can take a while to get fake reviews removed. As a regular consumer of virtual products, I think it is super important to have an integrated platform for websites to listen to customers' opinions, I always make it a point to qualify and leave my opinion on everything I consume, since I always address the opinions of other consumers too, to know the quality of the product, website and the like.
