However there is a high costs payable at 1 time for the year Pros This is a good system for gathering reviews and displaying them on your site/emails etc. Easy setup and implementation to our website. When not subscriber you still have a review page Cons while its a great system it is not cheap (Although not many review systems are). Still yet to now if they make a big difference to sale yet as this is hard to track. Cons There could definitely be growth in the email template creator and email reporting end of things within the software. May 10, 2019 5.0 Trustpilot offers us a channel to engage with companies that have a good reputation comparably. This makes it easier to avoid being scammed and losing resources. Pros Ability to check a Company's Trustpilot reviews before engaging in any interactions. Getting true insight of companies, as orders are verified and flagged if not true. It's easy writing reviews. Companies can direct their customers to review their trustpilot pages after purchases. Free and user friendly. Cons Sometimes one is unable to change Titles when reviewing products. Some reviews may be undependable depending on the language used by the reviewers. Some companies may remove reviews that portray them as bad or fraudulent which makes Trustpilot not dependable in some situations. This being said, Trust Pilot is crucial because it not only gives iredidation to the center, but also to the foundation which is important. Cons There are many website and application like this one. I almost always go check the site to see reviews and read the reviews before signing up for software. Reviews are really good ways to learn the pros and cons and the little negative parts of the software that you didn't think about. Because most software sites won't have all the little features listed. Cons Some of the companies incentives reviews which means a lot of pure positive reviews that you have to go through. And trustpilot allows the companies themselves to ask for positive reviews (or Trustpilot isn't doing anything about it). Review Source John M. Really intuitive dashboard to manage everything. Automates email sending by triggering an action on your CMS such as order confirmations and asking customers for service and product reviews. Floating buttons and review boxes that can be placed on your website. Cons If you don't have a third party app that integrates, the setting up of the review system and widgets on your website could be streamlined. There is only 1 paid package, if you want an extra feature not included in the free package, it's £199 a month which is quite a lot for small businesses. Review Source Phil T. It was easy to implement, their platform is very easy to use, and their staff is knowledgeable. Pros I like that the software allows for unedited, unbiased reviews; giving it credibility. Like any business, we have received a couple of negative reviews, but having the ability to reply to the complaint is a great way to maintain credibility. Cons The software is definitely expensive. April 25, 2019 5.0 Pros TrustPilot is super easy to use and is a valuable tool for connecting with your customers to get real feedback. I manage our website and it' was very easy to add reviews to on our website. The styling and colors look great too. They add a professional touch to our overall website. They have a ton of widgets to use and we plan to use them throughout our entire website to provide proof. Our customer success manager is very prompt and very helpful. I have nothing but great things to say about TrustPilot. Use their service! Cons One minor issue - I can't get their website to work on Chrome for Mac, every area loads a blank white page. The website works just fine in Firefox though, so not a huge deal, but definitely something they might need to look into as I might not be the only user experiencing that problem. February 27, 2018 5.0 A lot of customers look for reviews just to gauge if overall expected experience is positive. With our high score, people tend to complete their order with confidence. Pros We are able to sync TrustPilot to our Woocommerce website so invitations are automatically sent out. Saves the time of having someone input invitations 1 by 1. Cons Nothing that I can think of. The only thing that may be an issue is the widget may slow loading time of a page. We just have to use a smaller one.
