It's not a hard or uncomfortable solicitation and the ways to answer are quick yet reliably easy. I enjoy this company for their customers interest but not being overly done. Pros I have been invited by companies to do follow up reviews on certain products and purchases. It is verified, honest and fast. I am more than ok when an online product or seller needs some great feedback. Cons There are so many review type companies.It often seems you could be asked to review an empty nailed envelope. I like the ability to rank companies by review score, by sector/area, which makes it easy to suggest the best company for a product you're after. Cons It's quite clear to see that a lot of the reviews on the site (mainly for companies trying to cover up their bad reviews) are written by the associated company. So many have almost identical wording, and when you look at the person who's written the review they've only ever written one. They could do with cracking down on that more. Not worth it in the end. Can be good for big companies with the budget. Pros First 1,5 years I got a very good deal then they wanted 4 x the money so I switched to another system for this. Cons While they have a very strict verification process ,some of the reviews that are posted seem fake .Fortunately they are usually easy to spot and can be ignored. Pros Trustpilot is easy to use from a marketing perspective and a customer service perspective. Our marketing team uses Trustpilot's prebuilt "Trustbox" widgets on our for SEO and reputation building with our users. We use the Trustboxes on our website and in our Welcome Series emails. Our customer service team uses Trustpilot to respond to feedback and assist customers who choose to post there. Trustpilot is very easy to use, offers detailed documentation, a responsive support staff, and helpful reporting. Cons Our main complaint about Trustpilot is the lack of automated pre-tagging for service review invitation batches sent through their interface. This is problematic since our customer support then needs to manually tag hundreds of reviews by language. Their only pre-tagging options are for setting up automated emails which do not currently fit our business model or our developer time to implement this in or system. Pros You can write review for almost anything that is registered. You can create your business profile and get reviews from customers for free. This is a great way to build trust for your business. Just use email or LinkedIn account for review. Cons Creating your business profile is a problem. Sometimes you don't know where to navigate to create it, other times you face problems creating it. Pros One notable feature of this site is that it put up ways to check clients and consumers review on businesses and services. For example, the "flag" button. This shows their acknowledgement of the power of words. The proper organisation and transparency of the site is also a very outstanding feature. Cons They claim to discourage promotional reviews, especially unrelated to the topic, but I have noted people who just condemn businesses with their review and go on to promote another.
