Devo dire che lo trovo mille volte più affidabile di altri siti, perchè le recensioni e i nomi dei recensori sono in chiaro, è sfruttato in tutto il mondo e gode di ottima popolarità e di fiducia. Mi ha permesso di avere la percezione delle soddisfazione cliente anche verso l'estero con recensioni dettagliate. Inoltre ho evitato parecchie fregature proprio grazie a questo sito, perchè sul sito del produttore c'erano solo recensioni meravigliose... anche se poi la verità era un'altra, scoperta grazie a trust pilot.Ottimo anche per il personal branding e integrato in SERP di google!

La facilità di utilizzo lo rende ottimo, le recensioni hanno il nome dell'utente che le ha lasciate, cosa che su Amazon spesso non accade e quindi previene la voglia dei tuoi competitors di lasciare recensioni fake negativeLa visualizzazione delle percentuali è chiarissima e soprattutto è indicizzato in SERP di Google che rende il tuo sito ancora più visibile.

Cons

non mi è chiaro come venga calcolato il punteggio medio perchè non si tratta di una mera media matematica ma se un servizio/prodotto ha poche recensioni, non viene fatta la media tra di esse ma vengono usati criteri che personalmente non ho compreso e che meriterebbero di essere spiegati meglio.

Here's a little more on how it works. For businesses with less than 10,000 reviews, the overall TrustScore is recalculated immediately after a new review is posted. For businesses with more than 10,000 reviews, TrustScore recalculation happens once per day, since the TrustScore will not change as quickly once this threshold is reached. The formula for calculation considers three factors: time span, frequency, and Bayesian average. -Time span. A TrustScore gives more weight to newer reviews, and less to older ones. The most recent review holds the most weight, since newer reviews give more insight into current customer satisfaction. -Frequency. Businesses should continuously collect reviews to maintain their TrustScore. Because the most recent review holds the most weight, a TrustScore will be more stable if reviews are coming in regularly. -Bayesian average. We use a Bayesian average in the calculation, to make sure that a business with fewer reviews starts off with a balanced TrustScore. This means that we automatically include the value of 7 reviews worth 3.5 stars each in all TrustScore calculations. Its the most popular review site for our customers so it is critical that we are able to manage our brand reputation from the same platform.

Pros

We were dealing with a lot of negative reviews from customers after a billing issue in our internal systems. Because most of our customers went to TrustPilot, we were alerted immediately about the situation and were able to deploy a solution immediately. We were able to reach out to our customers who submitted a negative review and get 75% of those reviews taken care of and most of those customers removed the negative reviews.

Cons

I wish there was some AI built into the software that helped in crafting messages to customers. We think it is important that each message to our customers is unique and does not look canned. Sometimes that can take a very long amount of time. It would also be great to be able to track who removed their negative reviews.

Die schnelle, unkomplizierte Möglichkeit, Rezensionen abzugeben und die übersichtliche Darstellung gefallen mir sehr gut.

Cons

Die Analyse für Rezensenten sollte ausgebaut werden. Wenn es ein Daumen hoch gibt, sollte es auch einen Daumen runter geben. Dann insbesondere mit Kommentar, warum die Rezension schlecht sein soll. Ein Satz reicht ja oftmals schon aus.

### "Great features, not so great customer support"

The primary benefit is that we are able to promote a message of trust to our potential customers with highly visible assets. Gathering reviews on such a large scale ensures the quality of service is made clear and we believe this is vital in our marketing in the early stages of the sales funnel. With so much of it being automatic is has also saved us countless man hours that would otherwise be devoted to requesting and processing feedback/reviews.

Pros

The ability to collect and moderate reviews is made really easy in their business portal and API links. We are able to send out invitations to reviews automatically to our customers which then enables us to collect a lot of great feedback, but also important constructive criticisms. The stringent rules on who can leave a review ensures that sabotage is non-existent. Only customers who have proved they have had a direct buying or service experience are allowed to review, meaning spam or malicious negative reviews are taken care of quickly. The compliance team at Trustpilot is great for this. The features that they enable us to embed into our marketing and online material (on the upgraded package) offer a great additional trust element to our brand message that is easy to use and easily customised.

Cons

Customer support is really lacking when it comes to communications regarding account issues. Billing problems result in downgrading of the account and almost complete loss of functionality with no warning, despite having a dedicated account manager. Trying to get assistance from their customer support team late in the afternoon or on a Friday is impossible as you get sent around in circles emailing/calling different people.

Una cosa che non mi piace molto è il fatto di recensire un servizio che magari è funzionale, e magari è stato utilizzato in maniera scorretta, e si lascia un feedback negativo, poi lo utilizzo ed è tutto il contrario non ha nessun problema, ecco perchè sarebbe bene modificare una recensione dopo tot tempo di utilizzo

Direi che sarebbe necessario un maggior controllo riguardo l’appropriatezza delle recensioni, sopratutto per quelle negative, perchè a volte viene rilasciato un giudizio negativo riguardo la qualità di un servizio, senza che esso stesso ne sia colpevole. Tuttavia questo potrebbe condurre anche a una maggiore selezione delle opinioni pubblicate e invece uno dei punti di forza di Trust Pilot è proprio questo, cioè chi scrive il suo feedback può lamentarsi o celebrare positivamente le situazioni più disparate

As I mentioned above, our only complaint is we didn't start working with them sooner.

Pros

We were slow to get on the Trustpilot bandwagon. I had a strong aversion to paying review sites for "tools" to help manage reviews. This was a mistake. We couldn't be more thrilled with our Trustpilot account (and their account team). They did a fantastic job helping us get integrated and really walked us through how we could tell our story online better with ratings and reviews. They also helped quickly identify customers who didn't have a great experience so we could fix the problem.

Cons

Nothing. Their software is very easy to integrate and their tools are very simple to use. We love it.

Me encanta Trustpilot por que me ayuda a poder utilizar plataformas web de las que no estoy seguro y estoy utilizando por primera vez, cuando veo el emblema de Trustpilot estoy convencido al 100 % que ese sitio funciona correctamente

### "Sounds like a total sales scam"

I've so far had a very bad experience with the bait n' switch from their website. The salesperson was not willing to be flexible with the contract. At least 99% of SaaS companies offer a monthly plan vs a 12-month plan. This company only offers a 12-month plan and bills quarterly. Completely false advertising of their pricing and commitment.

Pros

It's nice to have another place where folks can review our company.

Cons

Beware of total sales scam! First off, we've received nothing but 5-star reviews, but somehow Trustpilot only displays a 4.1-star average. It's as if it's some kind of tactic to get us to reach out to them so they can sell us on a BS 12-month contract. Their website is a total bait n' switch, as it says nothing about being billed quartlery (only shows monthly price). They also bury their mention of a 12-month contract way at the bottom in the FAQ section.

Overall I've found it to be a positive experience and great help when deciding on if I use a service or not. Having this information available is important and critical when choosing a product or service.

Pros

The number of reviews that you can find about a company and the service it provides to the public. I find that getting informative and detailed reviews helps decide whether or not a company is a correct choice for what I need to be done.

Cons

When I put a negative review about a company, they were allowed to take it down because it affected the outlook of their service, even though it was my honest opinion. I don't think that any review should be removed no matter how damaging it could be to the reputation of a company. So long as it's truthful and honest people should be allowed to know what you think is being done right or wrong.

The experience that I have with this tool is pleasant and has positive aspects that help me to know and know what third parties express about the programs; likewise the design that it maintains is easy to use and improves the quality when publishing the reviews.

Pros

I like to use this tool because through it I can gather the necessary information to know about the programs that are going to be used in the future through third-party opinions, it is of great help and I can also express my opinions through reviews of programs that have been used describing our experiences

Cons

I do not have any negative characteristics since I consider that it is of good quality and does not cause me discomfort when using it.

I have had a great experience with Trustpilot so far, and it also saves me time searching to know if a particular major service is legit or not.

Pros

I love the fact that I can always get the most important review and people's feedback on a particular product or service before I proceed to use the service. It has been really helpful.

Cons

I would want to suggest if it will be possible, that Trustpilot should be integrated with major shopping and services websites to show people review on what they're about to purchase.

Online reviews are critical to our business and Trustpilot allows us to integrate, seamlessly, with Google and Facebook.

Pros

Where to start. Ease of use, customer support, online resources and, most importantly, completely customizable solutions that allow us to maximize all customer touchpoints. The customized solutions, from automatically sending out reviews to google integration, is what I like most about Trustpilot. We use Trustpilot to automatically send out product-specific review invites with every purchase. In the case that we the customer is purchasing apparel, there are apparel specific data points you can collect, like fit, fabric and quality. This is critical for us as we look to differentiate ourselves from other companies out there. Additionally, the review platform is easy to navigate and easy for the customer to leave a review. They also make it very easy to allow us to respond back to the customer as well.

Cons

The only issue that I have had with Trustpilot is when we submit evidence that a review is not authentic. It takes too long and requires too much data for them to pull the review right away. Often times we will get a slew of fabricated reviews in the middle of a large campaign and those fabricated reviews can interrupt the momentum we look to gain.

Ofrece muchas ventajas, pero al final es importante tener en cuenta que las reseñas pueden no reales y que la experiencia de cada persona puede ser diferente en cada negoció o pagina.

Pros

Poder tener y ver la opinión de mas personas respecto a paginas en las que deseaba comprar cosas, me sirve mucho para poder tomar la decisión final.

Cons

Posible censura, falta de credibilidad en muchas reseñas, no se puede confiar que todas las reseñas sean fiables o imparciales.
