We have integrated it with our sales process and now automatically receive reviews we would have otherwise have had to chase down ourselves. Cons When I first went in the back end of the software, I was a little confused. That said, the interface was very easy to learn and now I feel very comfortable. But I feel Trust Pilot has a more solid foundation in their review process than a lot of other sites out there.
