Facile d'utilisation MAIS avis non publié pour RISEN SLEEP suite à un message défavorable traitant d'une ARNAQUE (site Malveillant) Produit commandé depuis début Aout et toujours pas livré au 27.08 (aucune réponse du service client par mail ni téléphone) Bizarre quand même.

Facile et très accessible pour y mettre des commentaires.

Cons

Le site RISEN SLEEP est une arnaque et TRUSTPILOT le couvre et bloquant plusieurs AVIS défavorable de personnes ayant passées commande et n'ayant pas reçu leur commande.

How to leave and review reviews for different places and things. I feel like it has a good sense of community and is easy to manage

How to pull off and intergrate reviews into your own company.. could be made easier with different functions.. what reviews you'd like to feature etc if you pulled off a short video/ animation or image for websites etc.

The platform has an issue with fake and paid reviews for other companies which can make it hard to trust reviews sometimes.

Trustpilot has a very user-friendly UI and UX on their main dashboard. I also really like the UI design choice, for example the stars symbol, they look really pretty

Cons

The tool is not powerful in letting me filter out and know for sure whether the reviewers are authentic people or just bots.

Certains avis passe d'autre sont supprimé et si on remet en cause un site "chouchouté" on est directement banni c'est de loin un des pires site de classification ou notation que je connais a l'heure actuel et d'ailleurs quand je vois que tel ou tel site est estimé comme fiable car soit disant très bien noté sur trustpilot ben je m'en éloigne car c'est du mensonge du moment que les entreprise paye il on un pris a parti donc il ne font pas le boulot qu'il devrait faire !!

Pros

Facile d'utilisation et grande facilité a poster des avis qui vont dans leur sens.

Cons

Avis supprimé quand il est non conforme "a ceux qu'ils veulent entendre"

Le fait d'avoir une plateforme pour diffuser des avis clients

Cons

Mon avis a été supprimé malgré avoir prouvé être cliente de la dite société grace à plusieurs factures clients. Il se cachent derriere leur logiciel qui leur dit que mon avis est faux sauf que la vérité d'une expérience se vit d'un point de vue personnel. Les avis sont fait pour reflète l'experience humaine mais avec Truspilot on est sur un robot qui contrôle ce que vous devait exprimer ou pas.

So far, my overall experience has been OK. I would definitely recommend them to Businesses looking for honest reviews.

Pros

What I like best about Trustpilot is the fact that they make you go through a screening process to detour people from leaving fake reviews or trying to blackmail or bribe merchants.

Cons

Sometimes they will deny your review, even if it’s honest without explanation

Pros

First of all,trust pilot is all over the world and so it's not limited to any one who wants to use it.I also enjoy the fact that as a user of trust pilot I can connect with different people anywhere in the world who we share the same views on certain products.

Cons

I haven't encountered any shortcomings as a user.

I love that I can express my views and it will be put on the platform what I have said. I do not want anyone to not put up my review simply because it is negative. Rather the company should get the feedback and fix the issue

Pros

I love that trustpilot captures both positive and negative reviews and it can be trusted by anyone.It does not tailor its reviews. Rather, it just says exactly what has been said by the reviewer

For now, it is good. Please do not compromise trustpilot

TrustpilotAWFUL experience from start to finish is an understatement! DO NOT USE.1. No onboarding. I was left to figure everything out myself.2. Our account was set up incorrectly under the wrong company as we operate as two entities. It took 1.5 months to get it corrected and the subscription was useless during that time. 3. We were set up with stars instead of written testimonials as we requested. So I was told it’d be more expensive. This should have been told to us up front. Again, useless during that time. 4. We were given a link so that our clients can submit an UNVERIFIED testimonial. Why would we want that? This was not shared until after I cancelled cancel. 5. Since we’re Retirement Planners and our clientele are older or elderly and aren’t tech savvy enough to create an account after clicking said link so we have a ZERO conversion rate so we have gotten NO benefit from Trustpilot. 6. You get ONE notice of renewal that went into my junk and didn’t see.7. I was told that someone marked my account for non-renewal on 1.3.23 and yet that was not the case. They’re trying to say we renewed for an entire year.8. Today is 5.20 and I have reached out SEVERAL times since 3.2 to discuss our account with someone. It took over 1.5 months for our account manager to contact me.9. They don’t keep good records so they don’t have “proof “of they tell their customers.10. They don’t care about customer service or how it has impacted their customer.

Pros

NOTHING. We got ZERO benefit from Trustpilot. Complete waste of money.

Cons

My entire experience was HORRENDOUS from beginning to end. Even after I thought the end was over.
