Pros: The accessability to my information and the ease of adding information to each piece of equipment as needed.

Cons: The features are very numerous and I can't seem to grasp all the benefits of the program that is offered.

Overall: Easy accessability to our equipment information.

Pros: The user friendly dashboard provides real time information about equipment status and open work orders

Cons: There are a lot of tabs, and sometimes I have to hunt to find information that I need. I believe that once I become more familiar with this software, this won't be an issue.

Pros: The most interesting point is that I can set up the system step by step when I have time. It happens that I work for a few hours, or sometimes a full day. It als o possible to set it up and expand as far or as low as needed for the particular company where I work for at that moment

Cons: Sometimes it is difficult for me to upload data as a list with all the assets. This has more to do with the fact that I do not use the software continuously

Overall: I could start immediately with a working system, no need for long preparation / study /

Pros: Being able to track how many times an asset needs repairing
The ability to move assets from site to site
Seeing at a glance how each site is performing with regards to schedule maintenance and breakdowns
Keeping track of costs and parts being being used
Ease of each engineer preparing for task for the week ahead
Being able to run out reports for audits
Proving to auditors that each asset is being maintained in a timely manner
Software is constantly updated
Backup support is proactive and respond within a day every time

Cons: Not being able to change the dashboard colours

Overall: Have not failed an internal or external audit since it was installed.
Breakdowns have gone down since its implementation

So far I like it a lot. I'm still getting used to it. It is very easy to use.

Pros: This is the first software that I have used for inventory management. Fiix seems to have everything you need all working together. It's just easy to use!

Cons: I input a lot on my mobile device and not as much on my computer. It would be nice if I could do more on the mobile device or tablet.

Overall: Better organization, overall operating costs of individual equipment.

Pros: Easy of use. Screens very easy to move around. Making changes in one screen makes changes in all associated windows, saving time and hassle free.

Cons: Remoteness of the head office. Being a Canadian based software package tie difference and locality sometimes proves a bit difficult.

Overall: Tracking downtime and easy to use stores package.

Pros: Easy to use and supported at the back end by real accessible knowledgeable staff. The pricing structure is accommodating to the smallest organisation right up to the largest. The import and export features and capabilities makes roll out a breeze.

Cons: The fixed work order numbering sequence with the inability to simply adjust (difficult for startup, not so much a problem after that).

Overall: Efficiency and visibility into daily operations at the technician level.

Very user friendly. Easy to navigate.

Pros: The ease of getting to what you are looking for. I can easily find what I am looking for, get to where I want to go right on my mobile device.

Cons: None at this moment. I would highly recommend this software to anyone who has to implement a maintance software at their organization.

Pros: I really enjoy its functionality and ease of use within our company. it's very easy to create and assign a work order as well as monitor open work orders. It has been very beneficial to our company

Pros: Web based and we can use the help if we need to - we get the support that we need without anyone bugging us

Cons: paying for each user - as a not for profit we can't afford to have multiple users so we are still using paper. We understand the reasons, just tough on our business.

Pros: I like the fact that the database is available through the internet making it easy to access the data.

Cons: The app needs some work. And, I would like to be able to override some of the errors I get when trying to add and change things. I'd like to be able to change tools to equipment and back the other way or tools to spare parts and vice versa.

Overall: Able to keep up with the work done on the equipment and facilities I am responsible for. With easy access I can know the status of assigned work in seconds.

We have loved using Fiix. Huge leap forward coming from a paper based work order systems.

Pros: Auto Schedules and the way for creating the work order is very single, also if you have no to much equipment is very complete

Cons: Reports sometimes have to many data, anyway using the filter, and the order's time reported at the calendar show for me a little confuse.

Overall: easy eschedules

Blown away by how good customer support and my account manager are.

Pros: This software does have a ton of value. It does more than we thought it would right from the start.

Cons: There are many bugs that are being ironed out. There are a lot of clicks to get through work orders and maintain complete, accurate records.

Overall: We were using a very old outdated database software. The biggest benefit is being web based

Pros: Its detailed structure tying all task parts etc together.
The purchase reqs are great and tracking is excellent.

Cons: Trying to delete something like an asset but it has things associated. When I'm sure I want to delete something, would like the option to delete all associated with that item.
But not a huge issue

Overall: We will not miss anything important that we have entered in scheduled services. History of repairs PM and readings, Logging readings for service reminders.

Pros: I inherited Fiix when I assumed the role of Maintenance Supervisor, alot of data had already been entered into the system and I was able to edit it as needed without completely re-entering everything.
The software is a valuable tool for all facets of Maintenance operations: Work requests, Work orders, Scheduled Maintenance, Purchasing, Inventory, and Cost tracking of repairs to equipment.

Cons: Some of the help videos gloss over the subject and do not really answer my question.

18 years in Maintenance and finally a CMMS that is easy to use and user friendly.

Pros: The user end of this CMMS is bar none the easiest I have used and simple to figure out. Having the capability to let anyone submit requests from there phone on the app is a huge plus.

Cons: The android app isn't very friendly, suggest doing main work on PC and using app just to submit request's.

Overall: Control of machine PM's etc.

Pros: Easy to use and start up
Reports module is very efficient.
Monthly subscription, it allow you to try the software in monthly bases.
Store and material handling is one of the strong features.
Mobile device is very efficient

Cons: No volume discount for more users ! if FIIX offer Concurrent user features it will grab more customers.
Not suitable for big organization or anyone who need complex features in CAFM system.

Overall: In NITI when we started our operation , FIIX helps us a lot to start up our CAFM requirements in addition to control our warehouse and manage spare parts consumption .it help us track our assets and tools.

Pros: User friendly and easy to teach customers. Tutorial videos is great and helped me to understand the software in order to teach new customer. The asset register is user friendly and can be sorted in any way you need.

Cons: Importing excell files was difficult resulting in manual input of the asset register. This process was time consuming and could be a time saver if we could import an excell file without mistakes.

Comments: Would recommend Fiix as a CMMS program to small to intermediate businesses

Pros: The benefits of using Fiix as opposed to other options of CMMS programs are that it is Easy to use, comes with a Free demo, and is Competitive pricewise

Cons: Although it has mostly the same features, it Lacks some dynamic features of other, more expensive CMMS programs. (obviously more expensive = more stuff but I didn't know what else to write here)

Comments: I trialed a lot of software and found Fiix to be the best fit for the money for our company. The ease of use and mobile capability made it the perfect fit.

Pros: Ease of use, mobile ability, and growth ability make this perfect for a small business wanting a system to grow with.

Cons: Cloud only so we have to purchase a subscription, would have liked the ability to purchase perpetual licenses and purchase updates/upgrades as needed.

Pros: The ability to capture all equipment, maintenance and purchasing info in one place. Mobile app is great, although we are not using it extensively yet. Ability to use QR codes is nice.

Comments: There are several things about this software that are incredible. First off they were the only company willing to let us try a demo of their program and use their excel templates. They are confident in their product and they should be because it is excellent. Another key selling point for us was that they are very user friendly and provide lots of resources to help anyone figure out how to use their product. The last key point is that their product and the price were perfect for our size. We are not a production facility with lots of equipment, we are a distributions center with 2 mechanics and a moderate amount of equipment. Most companies I talked to just didn't have a product plan to meet a small scale operation.

Pros: -Extremely user friendly -Free trial available before purchase -Easy to import info from Excel -Strong mobile aplication -QR codes for assets are essential -Great price -Very helpful and friendly staff

Cons: -When I created a domain for the trial service I couldn't import everything from that into the actual version when we purchased it.

Pros: What I like the most is how user friendly the program is, Compared to other similarly priced software packages I have used in the past. Also how often improvements are made to it

Pros: The cost cannot be beat. It has the features I need and none of the clutter I don't. Accessibility through the mobile app is a huge plus. Ability for anyone to submit a request is another big pro. Ability to include photos while on property is a win, too.

Cons: I wish additional administrator seats was a more affordable option. I also wish there were more robust options for emailing to vendors, users, etc.

Overall: This gives us a single database in which to record maintenance and inspection points, creating an accountability path that is invaluable.

Pros: The ability to see the needs of our people as soon as the requests are made and the communication stream that is started is very important. For me to be able to immediately prioritize and assign the work to the proper technician is helping our team be more efficient. It used to take a day or two for a work order to make it from the requester to the proper technician and the requester was not always certain he received it. Now the emails are sent as soon as the request is submitted and we can communicate quickly and put everyone at ease.

Cons: Not being able to attach photos in the mobile app is a little disappointing. I thought there was one update that included that feature, but we are still mostly happy with the product.

Pros: The system is very comprehensive and allows a lot of user intervention in loading and producing bespoke reports

Cons: It can be a little daunting for engineers who don't work with computers very much and have problems dealing with the interface whether desktop or mobile

Overall: Full asset registration for a large site including various complexities of use and functionality. Allowing for PPM to be scheduled and make the College fully compliant

Keeps all the records I need to manage this hotel.

Pros: Ease of getting up and running and using the software. Adaptability to set up and customize to your particular business.

Cons: Wish there were samples/screenshots showing how other users set up and customize things to their liking. Share ideas so that in the process of setting up assets (and such) you can then think through the process before committing to a certain path of execution. Maybe even some type of user group.

Overall: Ease of getting up and using the software and getting out work orders. Very reasonably priced which made it easy to sell to upper management as opposed to buying a customized software system.

Proves quality maintenance and material management software does not have to break the budget!

Pros: The ability to run reports quickly, the dash board it very user friendly - seems to be modeled after the cube software, which I like. Easy to navigate, to add files into the the equipment and reference those files later.

Cons: not so much a matter of what I like least but what it doesn't have at all. A war board would be nice, dates and times for ongoing projects and campaigns. Better metrics in reporting. A calendar that is integrated with a war board. The big picture, ie calender with scheduled maint for the year, projects being worked, projects approaching.

Overall: better able to structure and organize my day, have ease of access to info

Pros: It is easy to add equipment. I like the ability to have different reports to run to help with the determination of a cause.

Cons: It is tough adding parts when you maybe only ordering it once. The PO system is kind of long approval process when you only have 1 or 2 people that look at PO's.

Overall: Ease to show my superiors what gets fixed.

On our 4th year and I am our community get it done guy. It keeps us current on work orders.

Pros: Organization of residents work order request and we never drop the ball. We have tweaked it to set priorities to 3 maintenance people. Easy to research history on each unit and set exterior preventive maintenance which we are working on.

Cons: I haven't figured out my PM at this point but not my highest priority. I haven't been able to set up pm but fiix has sent me the info to do this.

Comments: Very Useful tool to keep work orders and asset in a strata organized. Very user friendly and holds lots of data. Easy to reference repairs done and upcoming items. Would definitely recommend to others to use this software.

I would say that MA CMMS is the future tool for Maintenance, it is handy and user's friendly software .

Comments: I like the software and planning to upgrade our version to explore the full potential. I would recommend this product.

Pros: I like the Dashboard and also the recently updated calendar-it is way better than before. The video and technical support is available in the website that makes me easy to set up the software.

Cons: I didn't see a feature that allows the Work order to starts its hour when open or scanned . I mean that when I scan or log in in the WO the time should start charging to that work order.

Cons: Report builder is a little confusing, but doable

Overall: I started using FIIX about 6 months ago and it has been ver useful and easy to use. We had been keeping track of our PM's on paper and it was getting too complicated. I was looking for an easy to use, inexpensive system that could be accessed anywhere. I found it with FIIX. There app is really good as well. Cost is a no brainer and they have a video on every page and/or action to help explain how to ise it. I love it and my millwrights are really starting to get on board with it

Cons: It is only in English - you can't use Windowsbased mobilphones with Fiix

Overall: We have used the system for a little over 2 years. The system is in English and not a Nordic language and that is an obstacle for us. We would prefer Danish or Norwegian.
After the system has changed name to Fiix, our staff can no longer use their mobile phones, to approve various maintenance, as the mobilephones are based on the windows system. It is a huge setback for us that we are back to using desktop computers, and this we are not happy about. (sorry for my bad English).

Pros: Most things are linked together very well so you can get from an asset record to a service record to a part record very easily. They incorporate "hyperlinks" very well.
The cloud base works very well. We have multiple copies open at a time and data never seems to get misplaced or corrupted

Cons: Many very simple things like:
Fields in POs and other screens lack the ability to set defaults. Ex: vendor terms
Most columns in lists in various places around the program can be ordered or sorted by clicking on the header of that column yet many cannot. Most of these have no apaerent order either.
Many columns that have a fixed order are the wrong way and are ordered oldest on top instead of newest on top
The purchasing screens do not support package quantities which makes auto re-ordering and inventory control on such items a difficult task

Overall: This is the second software that we've used. It's far from perfect but it works way better than the last one. It is a little querky and has it's bugs but overall it gets the job done.

Recommendations to other buyers: If this is your first experience with a CMMS you will be happy but as time goes by you will find many annoying, time consuming issues as I've mentioned above.

Pros: The ease of implementation. It only took a few weeks once we accumulated all of the necessary data.

Cons: The licensing structure. We would like as many people as possible to use the software but we must limit the users due to high cost of user licenses.

Overall: Fiix was very easy to implement and is extremely easy to use. We used the customer support hot line often in the early stages of implementation and found it to be very helpful.

Comments: As the individual who set up Fiix for our organization, I feel strongly that Fiix is a well-polished tool that can be applied to a wide variety of scenarios.

We personally use Fiix to automatically generate preventative maintenance (PMs) tickets for our vehicles, based on our mileage meter readings and inspection due dates. This was a very easy process to set up and works very efficiently.

I believe the only feature that our mechanical team feels is lacking is that they wish they could have a dedicated place on both a PM and on an Asset (vehicles in our case) to monitor parts that were used on an individual PM.

While Fiix has a feature to set up inventory, we do not actually carry an on-hand inventory and thus cannot use this feature. As a result, we've resorted to using the Notes sections as a way to track costs and parts used, but we would love an official place on every single PM to enter part names and costs, and have those costs update on a subsequent costs page for the asset.

Despite that, we have been very pleased with Fiix!

Cons: I will need more time to explore and learn the use of features before commenting on shortcomings.

Overall: Utilizing the maintenance software to designate assets, setup PMs, submit work requests, create work orders, and analyze maintenance encompasses our use. I have found the software most useful to get the repair request information to the right folks. Being able to have work request alerts go to multiple emails advises many of impending repairs.
Features such as the scan code, which works well with smart phones, enables the work orders to be quickly found and the asset verified.
We have not even scratched the surface of the power available in this software!

Recommendations to other buyers: Organize and uniquely identify assets. Execute an equipment bar code system. Create the PM that you can actually perform. Otherwise, you will be overwhelmed and your maintenance plan may collapse. As you receive the benefits of practicing preventive maintenance, the PM list can expand.

Comments: Overall the program is working well for us. The only issue we have experienced is with the bar code readers. The mobile app will not read a "3of9" bar code style and when I hook a bar code reader directly to a computer, it will not read the "QR" style code. This causes us to use 2 different styles of bar codes.

Comments: I use Fiix CMMS Software for Maintenance of Analytical Instrument under Good Laboratory Practice and FDA Regulations. I'm using it to manage instrument inventory, maintenance schedule, repairs and parts. It does the job very well for a very small portion of the price of a specialized Software for Maintenance Management in a laboratory.

Pros: Best Value for money on a 10:1 margin.

Cons: Not the most attractive interface of all the CMMS Software.

Cons: hard to say, it just works....
If I would have to say would be creating a work order. It's easy to create one, but trying to fill in all the correct fields, and make it searchable for later review.
Not the fault of MA, just the users knowledge on how to set it up, and keep it simple.

Overall: We've been using Maintenance Assistant for a number of years now, and I am very pleased with how it has been integrated with the smart device explosion that is currently going on.
Everywhere you go, a handheld device is being used for data capture and processing.
In our tiny amusement park, it's trying to convince the users of MA to use the phones, that they already use for everything else, for the maintenance recording and tracking of the rides and systems that we must operate, check and repair daily. It is a learning experience, and will be helpful when all are on board and can better utilize all the features that MA has to offer.
It's a mindset that we have to crack, and I know that MA has the ability/features to help reach our goals.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would recommend asking questions directly to MA on how to set up certain things, when you are setting them up, instead of trying to do it on your own. I personally try whatever works for me, then ask questions later....

Overall: We've been using MA CMMS for over a year and the transformation has be great for productivity and overall work management from general maintenance to project management. Since we didn't have any system in place beforehand, there was a lot of work that needed to be done in order to build our CMMS. Out of the box, MA CMMS is ready to go, but your organization isn't, so that's where the real work of adding all of your assets, staff and maintenance schedules goes into it. Once that's done it's very easy for all of my team to use and update as they go along. I then get notified whenever any work order is completed, or if there are any pending issues which need to be looked at. The features in MA CMMS are great because they are flexible, although we do some facility management, our main area is in Broadcast Engineering and MA CMMS easily adapts to our specific field with options for various customizations. I would highly recommend to any organization that needs a CMMS or wants to shift to an easy cloud-based solution like this one.
My only issue with MA CMMS is with the mobile app, it needs significant improvement and at its current state is barely useable. Although the company does offer API access and further custom made solutions, many of the required 'custom' features that we would need could be put into the existing platform. I look forward to seeing future updates and improvements.

Pros: Very Flexible, lots of features. Nested PM's, BOMs and barcodes, and file storage related to the asset are among my favorite features.

Cons: Mobile App does not work well, frequently crashes when scanning barcodes. When viewing a part you should have the option to charge to WO from the part screen. Would be nice to have expiration dates for vendor docs, just as employee records do.

Overall: I manage a 700,000 Sq. ft. / 130 Acre Distribution campus as well as several smaller satellite facilities. While only using for a short time, Maintenance Assistant has helped us get our PM's, Parts and priority work organized. It's very user friendly and is feature rich.

Cons: Takes time to get used to it, different features on different mobile platforms.

Overall: The best maintenance software what I ever seen (out of 4 or 5), only negative point, slightly difficult and takes for a while to get used to it. Therefore our management have no idea what it is capable (lot more than what we use it for so far). So I have to spend a fair bit of time to explain things over and over again. Also the mobile applications has inconsistency, which means we have to choose our portable devices very carefully.

Recommendations to other buyers: Video tutorials are great, unfortunately not cover everything but definitely worth to watch them. Especially after a few weeks/month of use because at the beginning doesn't make any sense... (maybe I'm damn...)

After searching for a software to meet our needs (50 employees, metal finisher and powdercoater) MA was a no brainer. Pros: The automation and notifications with scheduled maintenance and the custom reporting feature

Cons: Not having the ability to edit some of the options or system defaults and some of the bug fixes and feature upgrades seem to take forever.

Cons: Not able to use with NetSuite unless everything is in NetSuite. I would like to be able to use with NetSuite when all the information is already in CMMS.

Overall: I decided to install NetSuite even though we are a small company with only one shift of production and on maintenance tech. We are able to track all PM as well labor and parts for our equipment.

Overall: Being in the food supply industry we are for ever being Audited. The biggest major non-comformance for us was having no written planned maintenance where we could prove that all machienery was being mainteained to a high standrad to eliminate breakdowns.
After an extensive web search we decided to take on the free MACMMS system and quickly got to grasps with its functionality. After the install and setup came the first audit we were on tender hooks as we took the auditor through the system after a hour long scrutineer the auditor was happy and announced we, the process engineering department had passed with flying colours.
After a brief discussion with management we upgraded to the next level and started using the system to capture breakdowns as well as scheduled maintence to build up a complete history of each individual piece of kit.
We have now rolled it out to two other enineering departmenst with in the company using the sites package and are busy putting together the parts stores for each site.
If you are looking for a planned maintenance package that meets all your requirments and will grow as you do then you can do no better than downloading this software package with the knowledge that the team behind will assist you every step of thne way.

Pros: Cost, flexibility, costumer service and sharing ideas blog!

Cons: Change the program without advance notice to users!

Overall: An excellent maintenance CMMS platform. The price is reasonable and the customer service are great. Easy to implement and so that simple that I set up our system migrated from another system with minimum effort and cost. Output parameters such as reports are flexible too and can be set up defends on company requirement.

Cons: have to click save a LOT, mobile app leaves much to be desired. Better built in reporting.

Overall: very thoughtfully put together. Support has been awesome. Fits well for health and fitness club like ours with multiple sites.

Cons: I find the mobile app a little confusing; may have too many comments fields. User sometimes is not sure where to put comments - doesn't appear to line up with online system.

Overall: We have been using the software for a few years now. Prior to using MA CMMS we had a paper based system. Our business had grown to the point it was no longer possible to sufficiently manage the workflow manually. In looking for solutions we found MA CMMS. After a test drive of the system, we were very pleased with the functionality it offered and its ease of use. The system allows us to better manage our resouces . We can track inventory within the system which assist us in the billing process. There are several adhoc reports that provide useful information that we find helpful in doing predicative maintenance of systems we maintain. And it also provides data that is useful in system operation. And on top of that, it was very affordable compared to any other option we looked at. We are very pleased with the product and the customer service they offer. We look forward to a long working relationship with MA.

Overall: Have been working with this software for the last 13 months or so at a medium sized manufacturing facility . I found it very easy to use from importing and editing assets, to setting up preventative maintenance. I find the mobile app is also very useful for maintenance staff to easily upadate work orders on the fly, and is simple and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this software.

Pros: User friendly and ease of use.

Cons: Identification of some of the reports is a little confusing.

Overall: Interaction with the software and support staff has been very user friendly. The support group regularly check to ensure everything is working properly and if there are any issues/improvements that they can assist with. I highly recommend this product.

Pros: I was looking for an easy to use CMMS mainly for setting up a PM system to satisfy auditors in our small factory, however my wishlist grew when I realised that our field based activities and difficult to track spares stock could also be taken care of with a CMMS. The problem came when many systems are over complicated and over priced for my use and others didn't have the android app to assist in field based activities. With a small budget for the software I looked at "free" software but soon found the limitations on these, also one system that was free and open source struggled to install on our servers and had zero support. I tried the free trial of MA and was instantly impressed, it just works! and is very easy to use. I moved onto the cost effective paid version and have been impressed with it so far. I would thoroughly recommend you try it.

Cons: The negatives are small and the positives outweigh them, very knowledgable support is there and I have used it by direct email, however a better knowledge base would be great and a support ticket system. A more customisable app and one with offline support for when you have no data signal would be brilliant.

Recommendations to other buyers: I recommend trying before you buy, I did and MA came on top.

Comments: We have been implementing and consulting on maintenance management solutions for quite some time now. Since we started using MACMMS, I must say my personal experience as well as that of my staff and clients have only been exceptional. One of the biggest struggles we've had was user adoption and MACMMS with its easy to use user interface and workflow goes a long way in ensuring that the solution gets adopted and used across an organization.

The embedded help videos also ensures that users get to know the system easier and helps them navigate all the features with ease. Importing and exporting of data into the system weather through the reporting module or exporting to excel is also a key factor in why we chose MACMMS as our maintenance partner. Not to mention the exceptional technical support team, that's always there and ready to help.

I am a true believer and follower of this system and will highly recommend it to any organization.

Pros: It had all the functionality I needed from parts tracking, meter readings, preventive maintenance schedules, etc.

Cons: No schedules are available for common equipment. The price hike made it too expensive for homeowner and small business use.

Recommendations to other buyers: I ended up writing my own hosted solution. It is free (monetized by replacement part suggestions) and has the added bonus of shared public schedules for common machines (cars, trucks, compressors, generators).

Comments: On 372 acres, less than five miles from an extinct volcano, Kauai's Hindu Monestary is the home to 20+ monastics. Here we manage a world congregation and publish an international magazine, "Hinduism Today". We care for the land and buildings, grow much of our own food, and have just installed a 30KW photovoltaic system. We have five tractors, four utility vehicles, a skid steer, a construction loader/backhoe, a "Mini" excavator and hundreds of other assets. All of this requires maintenance, from the largest machine down to the smallest garden bed, and it is all managed through the use of Maintenance Assistant (MA) CMMS. The monastics use the relational database management system and IDE "4D" for much of their accounting, inventory, member and student data and mailing lists. For many years, it's calendar component was also used to manage and schedule the monastery maintenance until the programming became too much of a burden due to a constantly expanding and changing maintenance need. Also, many much needed aspects such as metering and parts inventory had not been programmed into the 4D system, representing additional programming burdens. Then monks searched for something relatively simple, inexpensive, and effective - they found MA CMMS. They started with MA version V3.0 in 2009. The initial changeover of hundreds of assets and routines was time consuming, but relatively easy once the overall structure was assimilated. The program works admirably well for an incredibly diverse range of routines. The MA staff was amused to find that the monks even entered the schedules for planting and harvesting kale, swiss chard, and a range of other vegetables; as well as the picking of the many varieties of tropical fruit on the property as each one comes "on-line". Learning to use MA by the maintenance team was not a long stretch from the original system and was quick and easy. One of the greatest boons in the changeover to and development of the program, was the availability of the MA support team. Suggested changes and bug reports have been handled quickly, sometimes overnight, and they have worked closely with the monastics at every step of the program implementation. They have made what could have been a difficult task a relatively simple and smooth transition. MA has opened doors which would have otherwise remained closed, and provides a bright future for the continued expansion and maintenance of this small Hindu monastery on the Garden Island of Kauai.

Comments: As an independent educational institution with full boarding facilities, we are essentially a 500 people village. We manage several areas within the campus, ranging from water & waste to buildings and facilities. We chose MA because of the ease of use. We set it up on our own and found the process to be simple and well documented. The technical support team have been superb. Prior to this an Excel spreadsheet was used to manage the work requests. No planned maintenance was being done. Maintenance management and control was very much re-active. We have been running on this system for just over a year and have found it to be an integral part of our daily operations. Thanks MA for a great product!
