Genuinely impressed with . We were building a NewsRoom Operating System that gives journalists, editors and newsroom ops a single workspace for every channel they touch in a day: stores, scripts, phone, SMS, fax, email, wire feeds, chat, video huddles and so much more. We needed embedded calling that wouldn't feel like a bolt-on. Their iframe SDK let us drop the full Ringover phone into our own UI, with our own styled buttons triggering calls through their backend. When we hit snags during integration, \[sensitive content hidden\] from their support and sales teams responded within hours every time, never with canned answers. Actual technical detail, including looping in their dev team when needed. The product works, the people behind it care, and our journalists will be calling sources from day one. Recommended without reservation.

Cons

Cloudflare WAF blocked our cloud provider's IP (Hetzner, EU). Took several days and multiple support emails to whitelist. Anyone on AWS/GCP/DigitalOcean likely hits this too — should be smoother.

### "Decent platform but not for me. "

Pretty decent if you need a power dialer to get through calls quickly but not very well optimized for modern Sales outreach.

Pros

It allowed me to make calls quicker and that was beneficial to my work + it integrated with hubspot.

Cons

It was not really well optimized and it kinda made the crm really messy and that frustrated me the most.

We were going through discovery with calling tools and we landed on after we had a super poor experience with Aircall as it didn't even work. So Ringover was a good change.

is our first VOIP system and we have been pleasantly surprised with how easy the system has been to use and the added features having an internet based phone system works.

Pros

The system is easy to use and set up. The app allows us to make calls outside of the office but whilst still using the office phone number, which is useful as many customers know our number and also protects staff from giving away their own personal numbers if they have to make calls outside of the office. The customer service team have generally been responsive when required.

Cons

The app doesn't allow you to stay logged in, but stop receiving calls. So I have to log in and out each time to avoid receiving calls when not working.

Great, easy to use, easy to start and also learning curve is the fastest. There are some features that I still haven't tried and I would love to try them in a couple of days.

Pros

Phone Usage is very easy and this is also a very good quality sound. Also, the learing curve is super fast.

Cons

Sometimes and calling some destinations is a bit expensive. If it had like a fix tariff for every country,I think it would be better.

Very good product syncs very well and has all the necessary information in the system. Its technology is very modern and easy to use I would highly recommend the product to any business or individual looking for a state-of-the-art telephony system.

Pros

The commercial offering was much better than the other com \[sensitive content hidden\] who are offering a similar package but also the technology is very good both of the mobile and desktop perspective and also the accuracy of information loaded up into a CRM is very very accurate.

Cons

The onboarding process was pretty painful right through to the length of time it took to initiate the contract, but also fix a few technical issues and get the product working as it should.

### "Why would you not choose Ringover?"

Fully enjoyed the beginning and over a year on we still feel the same.

Pros

The ability to have clear visibility of users on calls, listen in, whisper to the user or take over the call. Having a dashboard that is clear and easy to use for all users when put on a big screen, the quick responses of the team.

Currently having to pay in euros, which is a very minor issue.

Generally, it is a great opportunity to have a better alternative as we used Skype for years. After having smoothness in the working process with updates it will be the best of the market

Pros

It has a great interface that enables me to find what I need from a tool list. It has a feature of recording that I do not need to buy another app for recording my calls as I did before when I was using Skype. It offers various platforms for use that make it pretty easy to get into the app wherever I am.

Cons

I did not lot the coverage of the package I did purchase Europe for my calls but it did not include Turkey so that I should buy the Turkish package separately and with this, the amount I will spend will exceed my budget.

make a call, transfert it is easy. Setting up a standard with it's own options is very usefull and the mot important thing is that you can manage a calendar for every operator.

Cons

There's some issues about the stability of communication, and the software (desktop app) comes with multiple bugs.

### "Might be the perfect solution for SMEs"

Pros

If you have a team that needs to work from the same number all the time, well does that job. Apart from the team we had at our offices, we also had an international team. Ringover was the first cloud-based phone solution that we used as a team. It worked well.

Cons

Well, we were on trial and decided to try for some months. We ended up with another software because didn't have as many features that we needed at the time. We were quite a big company, so it might be the perfect solution for SMEs.

Great, Easy and Transparency.

Pros

We have been using more than 2 years. Call quality are very high and the services are all the time up. The admin panel UI is very friendly. Any layman can understand and use it. Services are always good and billing is very transparent. While dialing the number only one would get to know how much the call would cost. We are happy with Ringover and continue to use the same further.

Cons

There are no cons as such. If there is any issue, team will sort it out within mentioned TAT.

Reason for choosing Ringover

Tried for free initially but now the services are used to us. So not thinking to move over to any other.

is really effective as it is time saving + It help us to do report
